OnPoint Community Credit Union Ne Sandy Blvd, Portland

This Onpoint has always been a good location and they provide notary services. Today I brought in my estate planning paperwork and waited less than 5 minutes before Ian Smith helped me to get everything taken care of. The front desk tellers we're great and so was Ian. I was in and out with no issue in less than 15 minutes! Thank you guys for being so great. See ya next time I needed any Onpoint things taken care of!

I really wanted to say I'm extremely pleased with this C.U . I was a member of a previous cu and it was great but not as great as OnPoint. I honestly was just coming in to see the perks of OnPoint and left with an account I didn't feel like was gonna rob me blind of my hard earned cash . Brody went above and beyond and listened to my questions and gave very detailed options on each account and how it will serve me well . I honestly don't think would've opened an account without him and his knowledge . Brody your a rock star and hope to work with you in the future!

Rose City Branch has been improving the outlook but the service is an F. Why? There are no polybags depository and coins counter machine but the worst of all, member like me couldn't deposit at this location because there were too much loose coin in my deposit. What is the point to improving the outlook but sacrifice the service to member. I hopefully get this to the Onpoint board of directors who supposedly know that the Rose City staffs only criticized that they were not equipped with all machines that make life better for themselves not member who has to go elsewhere miles of way to make deposits or poly bags dropped. That's why you guys who consider being a member. Be aware of it.

I love on point.. kind ...helpful and just great employees doing a great job to help customers. Would recommend onpoint to anyone who wants a better way to bank.

My experience with ever visit at OnPoint has always been amazing! The bankers are always on top of things. They're polite , friendly and very helpful! I would definitely recommend OnPoint to both family and friends!!

I love OnPoint. My favorite Bank I've ever used. Checking and savings both. Conveniently located all around Portland. I've always received excellent customer service. I come to the location inside of Safeway once every two weeks in order to deposit my paycheck. They can print checks for you at the bank if you only need a few. They can also replace your debit card on site if you need a new one. I can't reccomend this bank enough. I would try to work there if I didnt love my current job. You should bank with on point.

Chris was very helpful in opening my new accounts and described what it all meant, & answered questions i asked. He even asked myself to try out my new debit card at their ATM. Item of Note: go up to teller & he /she will refer you to next available accounts personnel.

I love my local on point cu branch on sandy blvd. Can walk in any time to receive fast and courteous service. Feel that I am treated like a human being, not a tedious number.
