We were referred to Justin by a friend after getting the run around from another loan officer we had worked with previously. After the first phone call, we knew we wanted to work with him. He was patient and understanding of our unique and complicated situation. And he was very honest and helpful from the beginning which made the process incredibly easy. He always returned our calls and explained all of our options and recommendations. Needless to say, he exceeded our expectations! If anyone is looking to get a home loan, this is your guy!!!!

I am giving 1 star only because I cannot give zero. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. I have been given conflicting information since the beginning of this process. No one seems to communicate with each other or seem to have any idea what is going on. Everyone I speak with gives a different answer or reason and when the Title Company reaches out to them for information, they do not even know what they are talking about. I currently have a closing scheduled for today, which may not even happen because they will not provide the correct information. Absolutely would not recommend.

They provided us all mortgage related services in-house, which helped expedite the process & assisted us on all matters in a professional, timely manner with a personal, customized touch, based on our financial needs. Micheal Garza was an excellent loan officer to have as a first time home buyer. He was no nonsense, answered all of my questions quickly (within 12 hours, hes a busy guy so i get it), and really helped me keep grounded during the very tedious process. My pay structure was different than what they were used to seeing but Mike helped me every step of the way to eventually get me into my gorgeous new house. I would definitely do business with them again.
