Stay away wasted time with Frank Martorana ,not professional at all .Never return my calls or called me He was not able to do the closing and I have great credit and references good thing I found Rocket mortgage and was able to closed in 2 weeks record time. Stay away from Omaha mortgage. They are not good

My experience was not good. The representative made a mistake regarding the value of my home. I pointed out the mistake and was told that the numbers would be adjusted and I would receive a call back and email. I received neither. It's a number game.

I worked with Rhonda Muir in August, September 2019 for a reverse mortgage. She was exceptionally easy and thorough. I got quotes from a number of lenders, but hers was the best, optimized to get the most money available to me. She had no problem going through all the little details and was especially good at explaining the options when there was a choice to be made. She was very accurate about what would happen and when. I feel well served. I'm very happy with my choice and can't imagine anyone going wrong with her.

Ted's work is thorough and detailed. He did a reverse mortgage for me and when I was made an offer I couldn't refuse I sold the property and paid off the mortgage. He is the person I send my clients to and was crazy patient with a very difficult client. Always made her feel at ease.
