Rica and Ryan are absolutely wonderful! I originally started my loan with Rica but I do have to call in sometimes and speak with them. They always have explained everything in detail and are always helpful. I have been with them over two years now and never had an issue.

Asked to have my current loan replaced with a lower interest one. Lady said oh absolutely and it will give you a little cash back (not much). I'm at work trying to work as she is trying to rush me through a lagging website. Long story short she increased my payment by 50 and didn't hardly lower the interest rate at all maybe 1%. They will take every penny from you while rushing you so you don't have time to read stuff. She didnt help me this second go around they basically stole. Will never use this company again

So' I applied and got approved for 11k. Then when I talked to them they said 2500. Then after talking more he told me i was approved for nothing. This was a real disappointment. As a student and full time time working mom it over joyed me to know that i was approved. But it really hurt to find out otherwise.. Very hurt. ... So my experience lets me to believe that they give False info and misleading. Which resulted in lower creditscore. This really sucks. Thank you One Main.

Rika & Barbara are great woman and work with u when you get behind on payments so you r able to keep your vehicle I give a high shout out to these 2 ladies and want to said Thk u so much

These people care. Your not a number. I super appreciated their attention to the customer service experience. There was no stress with the office staff or with the process. Thank you Anthony for your help! You changed our lives!

I never leave reviews!! In fact this is my very first one!! The lady rika is horrible!! She is absolutely rude!! From the jump this lady is so terrible rude!! The other woman I spoke with was very pleasant!! But rika made the entire experience terrible after much undeserved rudeness I no longer wanted to work with them and she decided to say she was going to decline me service AFTER I said I no longer wanted the loan and told her what I thought of her!!

I highly recommend OneMain Financial for your loan needs! Reka and Barbara are very friendly, informative, and their customer service is excellent!! I have done several loans through the company and they will continue to receive my business. Barbara is quick but also thorough, she doesn't leave any details out.

The ladies in the Leesburg office were so nice and great at explaining everything. I found OneMain had better interest rates and monthly payments that are affordable. Definitely worth doing business with.

They will approve you really fast. But God forbids you late for 1 day in your payment. They will blow your phone up. But you got to give them 10-15 days If they owe you. First and last time I will use them

If I could select a zero star I would . I recently received a pre-approval letter from One main Financial for a personal loan . This Bank misleads customers to apply for loans while their real intent is to deny your request to lower your credit score therefore reducing your chance with another bank.They conduct hard inquiry credit report.Don,t bother to reply to any solicitation offer letter received in the mail...its a joke and a waste of time.
