I’ve had a loan with One Main for a few years now and I have absolutely loved their support and customer service. They have helped me not only understand my loan and are super easy to contact, but have also worked with me so many times to ensure I can make my payments without difficulties. Thank you so much! Sandra was able to assist me in getting the perfect loan for my situation. It was easy, quick, and she was very nice to work with.

Use caution. I applied on line, it said I was approved, I sent all the required documents. I then received a phone call from their office stating I was approved for a loan, but.....I needed more collateral. So pretty much it's a car title loan company. I also took a hit on my credit. Waste of my time.

If I could give it no starts, I would. I applied online for a loan, it told me to go in a store and talk to someone. I was hoping that i would get a loan amount around what i applied for, even if it was like a couple thousand dollars less, i would have taken it. Well, a lady named stacey kept calling me non stop. My home, my cell, and even my work. I finally went in on my day off, putting everything else I needed to do aside, thinking she might get me approved for what i was wanting. I walk in and she asks for the vehicles VIN numbers. I gave her all that. Then tells me there is another car on the account which I tell her it isnt mine. Anyways, she continued typing away and tells me the highest she can approve me for is only like a couple thousand bucks. Lady, I can easily fish out that much on my own, didn't need you to keep calling me every single day to get the VIN of my vehicles and finally when I gave in and went to the location, to tell me that's all you can get me approved for. Ridiculous. Waste of time. Stay away.

I've been with OnMain Financial for a few years now and it has always been easy and affordable. Now they have really up their game I didn't even have to go in the office and my money was in my account the next morning. Thank you!!!!!!

Go somewhere else and get a loan, Sandra is incredibly rude, will talk over you and treat you like you need them. Very unprofessional, not to mention how slow they are. Instead of reaching out to you like a real professional customer service agent, they will pester you with text message after text message to call them!!! I went to SoFi and got approved same day, no hassel, very polite. STAY FAR AWAY FROM OneMain Financial and especially Sandra. Must be that time of month....

Worst experience ever! Thanks to Sandra Dickenson, I will never do business with One Main Financial again. She was extremely rude and unprofessional with no people skills at all. She becomes upset when questions are being asked and apparently she does not know the answers to. I'm assuming that she gets that way due to her incompetents. I've been a long time customer of One Main in good standing. Thanks to Sandra, I will no longer continue my business. She bit the hand that feeds her.

Faithfulness and longevity mean nothing to this company after years to be talked down to after verbally being told I was approved for a loan just didnt sit well with me, I'll keep making payments but the trust is broken, I recommend other resources for your financial needs.

Sandra and the team at One Main gives excellent customer service. They make you feel like family at the Riverside area office.
