Love there costumer service, love the policy with no interest for the first loan you get. That really help us costumers going through really hard hardship. I’m really thankful for the ladies helps. I wouldn’t wanna go somewhere else to cash my checks either. They have really good percentages 🙏🏼 Gracie is one of the best ladies in the store with great costumer service. I honestly recommend this store.

My wife and I went Saturday afternoon to this cash place because she needed some help she was stressing out because we’re both going through some hard times. She went to get a loan and the young lady that was there was so helpful so respectful I believe her name was Yesenia. She did her best to help my wife out she was with a big smile in her face even though the line was non stop she did such a amazing job I went to a different pay day loan and they weren’t busy at All they were so rude didn’t wanna help us out and honestly I recommend this place I give her a 5 start young lady if you’re seeing this god bless you. You’re a amazing young lady and I really hope your boss and workers appreciate the hard work you did Saturday I never seen a store this crazy cars going in and out. And she did it. I hope this company does something amazing for her I will be coming back here once again thank you.

gracie had a very negative attitude. I just asked how much it would be to cash a CS check of 3,000, she said it can be from 3-6 % I had to ask her three times which one is it... 3 or 6%, then she said shed have to see the check?? for what??? just give me the fee amount. She then calls me ma'am to show me her discontent.

Today I went to get a pay day loan I was helped by Jessenia. First off she was so helpful she did such amazing job despite the fact that she was working alone today, honestly the line was non stop she was running back and forth. I Definitely think she deserves a big thank you from the company. At the very least deserves more recognition for all that she did, not only for me but to all the costumers that were there today. I was very impressed by how even under a noticeably stressful situation (there being a non-stop long line) she managed to keep such a positive attitude and a smile on her face. Thank you so much once again jessenia your amazing! Because of my experience today I would highly recommend this establishment.

Will not visit again. I don't expect exceptional customer service everywhere I go, but I was not even given good customer service. I was told I needed to visit the store near where I lived tor the status of a payday loan requested. I don't understand why I was turned away for another store to give me my results. I do, however, visit the store I was told to go to (during 5 o'clock traffic mind you.) and actually received the most amazing customer service I have ever received in my life.

This place is the best every time I go in for any occasion the girls are very helpful, specially Gracie she is very patient and polite. I would recommend this place for any check cashing or utility bill payments.

I've been consistent with USA cash for close to 8 months now. There service is efficient and friendly. Jessenia went the extra mile for me and although I was delinquent upon my own accord they were more were than willing to work with me. All it takes is simple communication. I highly recommend USA cash to anyone. Thank you so much.

This place was okay because they advertised that they do they take gift cards. However, every time I arrive with my gift cards, they're always telling me, "the computer just went down. Don't know when it will be up and to come back again later." Today will be my fourth attempt to redeem my gift cards. To my surprise, the store manager noticed me right away, a aw motioned me down to the counter after a warm greeting at the door. That is the right quality set of skills that anyone would love to work besides.
