Since I was using voice text let me correct for you this place is unprofessional it seems like the employees hate their job instead of helping customers you guys were on your phone talking to each other ignoring the customers that were in line like I said if it wasn't for the guns you guys wouldn't survive but don't worry especially in California it's not going to last too long then you'll just be a thrift store

I miss the old owners. Update; I should have posted this months ago, but I forgot. I went back to give it another shot and they were awesome. Very helpful and friendly. Found exactly what I was looking for and they even marked it down a little more for me. My previous review was right when they had taken over as the new owners and after thinking about it for a bit, I realized they must have been stressed out with all the frustrations of taking this business and making it their own. Anyhow, you guys are doing a great job and I look forward to stopping by again soon!

Went in with my dad to get his gun license and was super weary because my dad barley speaks any English but pricilla was super patient and helpful! Definitely good people at this shop

The manager and staff are very helpful and friendly. The amount of time spent from when I had first walked in the store and walked out was very quick and easy. The amount received for item that I was selling was more than other shops in my area and I was also very impressed with how well the staff kept the store sanitized under the current conditions. I will definitely do business with them again and I will recommend them to others.

When I first pawned my aunts rings for her, The staff was very nice and professional. Once I came back for rings my aunt had passed away and rings became priceless to our family. One of the rings was switched with a less valuable similar ring. I Confronted them immediately and they seemed confused. And questioned my statement. I was sure this was not my ring. First difference this ring was gold and my ring was white gold. From the way my ring was found almost immediately this seemed to be practiced behavior to con naive people out of their valuable. Becareful

I went in the other day and couldn’t have asked for better service. The lady by the name of Priscilla helped me out with all my needs and even learned a couple things! Great store and great service. Will definitely be coming back soon!

I went in not knowing exactly what I would get for my item. All I know is I was a little short on bills. Dustin was very professional and worked with me on the amount of money I needed for my rings. His co worker and himself and were both great. I recommended coming here. Dustin even explained how they test the rings for purity. Thanks guys!

Went into the shop and was greeted by a guy who asked me what I needed. Tried to show him what I wanted to sell he said “no just tell me” so I tell him and he tells me to go to the counter and have the young lady help me. The young lady then has to ask him what he thinks of my items.. you know the ones he didn’t want to see. They turn down most of my items and then offer me next to nothing for one of them. Pawn shops are so frustrating. It’s like they’re in a business they really don’t want to be in. I don’t know about this place guys.

Great experience! I used to work in Sales so whenever I walk into a shop I need to feel welcomed and greeted! Inland Jewelry & Loan did just that. Also, thank you to Priscilla for being so kind and understanding during the entire process. I came in not knowing what I wanted but she helped me pinpoint just what I needed!! Please check this place out and ask for Priscilla next time you go in. She is heaven sent!

This place is awesome! 10/10 recommended to anyone in the area. Not your typical pawn shop feel, when you walk in everyone is very nice and attentive. If you go definitely ask for Elsie she's a great gal, she will answer all your questions and make you feel comfortable. If you are thinking of coming here you should it's a great place!

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and this place sets the standard for Pawn Shops. Why you ask? Simply put, I don’t feel that I’m in a Pawn Shop as soon as I start speaking to someone here. From what I know I believe it’s family owned and/or partially operated. All I know is that it feels that way. Customer service is absolutely wonderful. No grimy employees. Just people doing their job professionally. They make me feel comfortable and that’s what keeps me coming back. I almost lost my guitar to them by one day and they showed me compassion. It happened once before at another place in Riverside on Tyler when I was 18 with my first guitar and let’s just say they smiled when they said sorry can’t help you. THANK YOU LADIES AND GENTLEMEN for showing human kindness. You inspire.

I went to 8 different stores and hated every ring I saw. Came in here looking for an upgrade for my engagement ring and Pricilla helped me find the perfect fit! She made the entire experience so amazing. 10/10 would recommend

Brought 18k gold and diamond ring in. They told me it was 10k and sapphires. I had three jewelry stores test it and even myself with acid and diamond tester and its 18k and diamonds. This business has to lie to make money.
