The pawn shop down the street offered me 10 dollars for a nice citizen watch. These guys over here offered me 60. Very polite .

If you're looking for an honest pawn shop look no further. These guys will make sure you get the most bang for your buck whether it be on a pawn or on a sale. I can't remember the guy's name but on the paper it says J.P. go see him. He's a young looking guy, real cool and great with customer service. He didn't make us feel like we were intruding like some places in downtown S.B. He's helpful, friendly, fair and didn't try to lowball us on our pawn like Just Pawn It Inc. did. -50 if there was a negative star THIS PAWNSHOP would earn it. Brought my jewelry in and came back to broken jewelry. Then the one of the workers flashed he's gun at my pregnant wife (who jewelry was broken) and two children. While the other called the police, also making disrespectful comments. They was disrespectful and very unprofessional, and I did not feel welcomed has a YOUNG BLACK FAMILY trying to do business with them.

I have been going here for many years. I love the staff, they are so, so sweet. They take care of their customers in every which way they can. They got the best items and deals inside. I recommend that before u buy or pawn anything, go here, u will see the difference. Its a plus and beyond five stars❤️

Kind, friendly, outgoing, and honest staff with fantastic management. The folks here do an amazing job. They gave me an exceptionally fair loan on my laptop PC. It was quite easy to redeem my pledge also. Another pawn broker on Magnolia Ave. in the Riverside Plaza area, whom I won't name, would not even consider advancing me a single red cent on my laptop. But Market Street Jewelry and Loan gave me the money that I needed without trying to take unfair advantage of me. I'm as pleased as punch 😂 and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest pawn broker. A zillion thanks for helping me out when I needed it most.

These people are idiots. I went in with an almost new Bolivia gold and silver watch I paid $300 for a year ago at the Air Force base px. The guy there tried to tell me it was worthless. Can't trust their appraisal skills. I have purchased there before, and I went once before to purchase coins. They were grossly overpriced. I will not be returning.

The riverside location is stupid, but the woodcrest location is smaller and a little more friendly, but yet they both tend to make you feel as if the stuff your bringing them to get a loan on is either stolen or just not worth anything at all. What ever ebay says your item is worth both locations still deduct 10% from that price, and I find it funny once you start asking questions or one knows a little more about a item then they do all of a sudden they dont know anything they give you the feeling of JUST HURRY UP AND LEAVE !!!
