However, during the session several concepts about what happens after I pass on were clarified. Now I feel very confident in explaining the reverse mortgage to my children.

My life coach actually helped me set up a way to pay all my debt off, with less then the debt settlement wanted. By using this company, I'm paying less then I would have been paying . You add 25% to a debt settlement company and other fees. Great way to get back on your feet.

Was required to complete this training to apply for a reverse mortgage. Was given a list of organizations to pick from and am so very glad I picked Credit.org. Best customer service experience I have had in years!! Highly recommend this company and hope you get the same Financial Coach I did!!

The rep I spoke to was very kind but I need legal help to remove some fraudulent items from my credit reports. I was provided with a legal group that will supposedly help me but I haven't heard back from them. Not sure if I will.

The coach was great. I am 83. She was very pleasant, took her time, spoke clearly, and repeated things very patiently, when needed, to make sure I understood everything.

Credit.org was easy to reach by phone to schedule the counseling appointment. The counselor was very thorough in going through the many details about the program. The confirmation emails preceding the session, as well as the post-session emails were very timely.
