I have had a few loans through this institution and they have always been fast and accommodating. This most recent loan I just got, Mike the rep that helped me was amazing. He was speedy, knowledgeable, and got me a rate of 7.9% which is awesome. I will continue to do business with this amazing establishment in the future. If you need a loan, look no further!!

Helped me get out of a bind. The reps, Konstantin, and Ivonne are amazing!! Very professional and courteous! But the interest rates are out of this world high. FYI, The app doesn't update well. I would recommend this place, if other loans with a lower interest aren't available to you!

Telling someone they didn't send specific documents over, which are required for 99.9% of any financial loan, (when they in fact, did. I know, because I was there when the initial interaction took place, and witnessed EVERYTHING) is absolutely ridiculous. The lack of professionalism in this recent interaction with your office is a bit more then ridiculous.

i pay my bill early every month I have never been late or missed a payment and this month I paid my bill and they also took the bill out of my account??? I am not happy about this I really hope that they can/will reverse that charge.. or consider that my may payment. I am a little more than unhappy this morning..

Ethan was the most professional loan specialist I have ever worked with. The minute I called he made me a priority and explained the process from start to finish. Applying for credit is stressful enough but Ethan and the team in the South Salt Lake office took one burden off my shoulders.

Definitely not impressed with this institution. Applied for a personal loan and was pre-qualified. They attempted to call me a few times in the middle of the day at work. When I was able to call them back, I was told the person assigned to my application was on the phone with someone else and they would call me right back. No one called back. I called an additional 2 or 3 times and also left voicemails to be reached again. No calls. Finally about 3 weeks later I call in again and someone is available to speak to me. Great! Until this poor girl didn't know what she was doing. First she said they didnt have my application on file. Then she said I would need to reapply and a credit pull would not need to be completed because it was within 30 days. Then I inquire how they lost my application. She then looks again and says, actually the application expired and we will need to pull another hard credit pull. No. I definitely won't be consenting to that considering they couldn't be bothered to speak with me for the first application. Wish I could have this inquiry suppressed considering they dropped the ball in contacting me. I also work in finance and it's pretty sad that they weren't able to get their stuff together considering this was a small loan and pretty straight forward. Oh well. Another lender approved me at a lower rate so luckily didnt end up needing them after all. While I'm sure the people in office dont care that they have some pretty terrible customer service, I'm sure others would appreciate the warning.

Desperate times call for desperate measures, but do whatever you possibly can to avoid this place! They dress it up nice and are very friendly, but this bank is not here to help you. This "bank" is here to take advantage of your desperation and cash in on it. The interest rates are sky high and accrue daily! Meaning after a year of making $270 payments you will have paid $1000 off of you principal balance. Take my advice, avoid this place at all cost!! The people that work here should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people that are probably already in a financial bind.

The interest rates are higher than traditional lenders, but Jess than one tenth of places like payday lenders.
