Really wish they had negative stars! Worse company ever! They fail to realize without small businesses they won’t be anything! Charging me literally double what I financed without consent and when I ask for a copy of my contract I’m told 30 business days for a copy or to look in my email! I will never ever ever ever rec’d this company to anyone. Not even a dog. I’m currently looking for a lawyer! They should really be put out of business and all under a jail for fraud!

If I could leave NO stars I would. This is a bait and switch company. They refused to refund a $199 documentation fee for a loan that was terminated and null and void due to incorrect numbers on a finance agreement. This is NOT the way to run a business. Don't do business with them! I'm still trying to get my money back that is owed.

Wish I would have read reviews before signing anything. I must agree with almost everyone on here. They are extremely rude, unprofessional and liars. I seriously don't know how they are still in business. We were also charged twice in one month, given wrong information and harassed about being "months" behind on our payment when the wasn't so. Have also been trying to get our payoff amount to no deal with them anymore. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!! If you do call them document! document document,! record the calls !! We are too talking to an attorney.

This has to be by far the worst customer service experience of my life. It seems because your in contract with them they feel it's ok to speak to people how ever they want. I'm currently waiting for a manager named rock to call me back, which never happened. They are NOT here to help the small business, but more like create hurdles for you. They have nothing in place to help and I agree with all the negetive reviews. So call another company. Take your business elsewhere. These next few years will take my dream of being an independent successful business owner and make it a difficult journey. Sad that in such trying times people/ a company like this exist.

DO NOT USE CLICKLEASE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TRAPPED IN A CONTRACT WHERE YOU WILL PAY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ABOVE YOUR FINANCE. THEY ARE ALSO VERY HAPPY AND CONFUDENT THEY WILL BE ABLE TO PLACE JUDGMENTS AGAINST YOU WHEN YOU ARE VICTIMIZED BY THIEVES. THIS COMPANY IS NOT HELPING SMALL BUSINESSES. THEY ARE TYING THEM UP INTO CONTRACTS THAT DO NOT FAVOR THE CLIENT. I now have to hire a lawyer to recoup potential adverse actions this company will try to take against me as I am trying to file an insurance claim for a revospin device stolen from my home. They're delivery companies are horrible and once you sign the contract, clicklease will not help you recoup any money from the companies they fund.

I wish I could give zero stars. My business partner had a heart attack and passed, so I struggled to keep up with payments. When I expressed this to them and asked if they could defer a month they said no. When I asked if I could pay half now and half later, they said no. They continually harassed me with phone calls. I’m talking 5 to 6 calls a day. Let me just start with the loan process. The interest rate was not stated, so I called them and they said the interest was built in to the fee that you pay at the end of your loan. Mind you, the loan was $15,000, the fee was $2300. So I thought 15% interest wasn’t too terrible. I enter the portal, and it does not show my balance. So every month I pay and out of nowhere they increase my payment by $60. I call them curious as to what my balance is since the portal has no way of showing you, and they told me $24,000! This was never stated on the contract and it’s designed to confuse and trick you. Side note, any time I ask for any information over e-mail or text, they say they cannot disclose any information, even after I authorize them to. When I ask them to show me their policy that states this, they don’t give it to me. This company is a scam and I’ve been trying to get out of this loan. I tried transferring the title and they refuse to do so. I asked if I had an option to repo it, as I cannot run my business alone, and they say they’re not in the business of repoing, yet the fee paid at the end is actually a buyout fee. If I do not pay it, they take it back, yet they can’t take it back now? I literally cried on the phone with the manager begging her to help me with options on what I can do, her response was “how are you paying your bills if you can’t afford this”, which I thought was extremely personal and unprofessional. Do NOT take out a loan with this company. They’re a bunch of scam artists and they refuse to disclose anything that could incriminate them over a message because they know they’re crooks.

They were able to finance equipment for my business quickly and I appreciate all their help.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. This has been the worst experience ever. So many hidden fees. They take random amounts of money out of my account other than my monthly payment. I’ve had to do a stop payment on my checking account due to the fraudulent charges from this company. Im currently working with an attorney to see what my options are. I DO NO RECOMMEND!!!! I was told by their customer service today that “They will get there money one way or another”. Very rude.

They deserve -5 stars. They have absolutely no customer service and do not care about your financial situation. They will not try to work with anybody on changing payment dates nor do they give you any explanation on why they cannot change a date. There Response to everything is borrow money From somebody you know.

Once everything went through it, i was fine. It took 2 days to complete rather than the advertised 10 minutes. Just be certain to exercise patience and see the process all the way through. Customer service was helpful when a "glitch" was identified. Thanks a bunch!

He enlightened me to some things that I was completely unaware of and explained how I should go about handling my situation/concerns. The previous person I had spoken with told me to just submit an email regarding my concerns. However, when I called back after being disconnected, I spoke with Paul and he took the time to address my concerns and more.

The process of using Clicklease was extremely easy. It was done completely online and allowed us to get a decision quickly. After we got our decision there were just a few documents to sign. Signing was easy because it was all done digitally. We then were able to move forward with purchasing the equipment we needed for our business. After a few link discrepancies and having to call clicklease and use their live chat, I finally got everything in. It’s not a bad system but still has some bugs to work out. However, the service rep was very nice and the live assistant was prompt in responding.

I call today Jan 31, 2022 to find out when was my last final the payment and if was possible they can send me an email with this information regarding my payments. Unfortunately the answer was that I needed to log in to the website to see a full view of the account and questions about payments. The problem is is that I made several attempts and the website is not responding, I even try resetting my password and I am still waiting for a notification on my email.

So far everything has been pretty simple - Hopefully the duration of our contract goes just a smooth :0)

Worst experience with this fraudulent company they recently over charged me with besides my regular 703 .0 payment completely left my account without funds without my permission. Have called several times and they tell me all kinds of excuses except giving my money back . I’m a small bussnies owner and this have caused several financial problems and loss of profits due to this incident. No manager or no employee will help no matter how many times I have called . All this on top of the extra 10 thousand dollars they are charging in interest!!! Please please stay away fro this company at all cost

This company is a sham and I would not recommend them to anyone starting up or continuing a business. Financially this is the wrong route to go and I learned it the hard way. I have had nothing but problems with them since the day I started with them. If your a struggling business owner or you don't have the money to start up a business I would suggest looking elsewhere than this company. If your business happens to fail while using them they will make sure and take you down with it.
