I have taken two loans out with One Main Financial, and both times have been incredibly smooth! It’s so easy to access help when you have questions and you can talk to someone locally. During COVID quarantine, they were very helpful and understanding about payments and gave me options to help me even further. Amy at the Thomasville Road location is very knowledgeable and helped me choose a plan that would actually save me money in the long run, and she gave me some great advice to help me build my credit. I can’t say enough kind things! I have never had such a good experience with a financial institution as I have with OMF. Highly recommend!!!

I worked with Mandy, my family and I saw that we had a few bills we would like to pay off from house projects and credit cards. We were tired of giving them a ton of money just for interest. Mandy was spot on with awesome service, great advise, and has a great personality to work with. She set us up with a loan that was not too much or too little to pay off the other bills and have a little left over for another project at the house. Our payments are very affordable where we should have the loan paid off well before it's due. It was a great feeling to eliminate the bills after receiving the loan the NEXT day! We wrote out our budget and with this simple loan on top of the stimulus money, our monthly bills went down $1400 per month. So it's a no brainer to go with this LOCAL firm! I’ve had a loan with this company for quite some time now. Everything a been great. I’ve made my payments on time and always called ahead if something came up. COVID19 cost me my job back in March, I was finally able to collect all of my unemployment this week and upon making a payment, they wouldn’t waive the late fee. A late fee I had absolutely no way of avoiding. Given the circumstances, it’s extremely disappointing I had to pay the late fee. I wouldn’t recommend getting a loan with people who don’t care about a global catastrophe...

She explained each step of the loan process thoroughly and invited me to ask her questions. The entire process was completed during my lunch hour.
