Value Pawn & Jewelry N Monroe St, Tallahassee

I’ve lived in Tallahassee for 22 years, and this is by far one of my favorite pawnshops to go tohere. Ever. The staff is kind, attentive, and always willing to work with you if they can. I kind of don’t want to leave this review just because I don’t want to give away one of my favorite spots. But I have to shout them out. thanks so much guys!

Best in the city, don't bother trying any other one. Employees are friendly, professional and polite.

This place has a bunch of new staff that I really like. They help me out a lot even when they're busy they do their best. You can tell this place is changed around for the better. They seem way more honest than the last people especially the last managerthat was crooked and dishonest. Great job guys!

Poor customer service, guy never asked who my employer was but decided to put down that I was homeless. I work two jobs and live in a 4 bed 2 bath. Very unprofessional

Both Rueben and Melody has been a joy to work with during my visit and I will be giving value pawn 5 stars. Plus the store looks much different.

I do not recommend this store to anyone. They treat customers badly. really disappointing. don't have a bad time. really lousy

Wow these guys are awesome! Very respectful and helpful. The place was clean and they had a great selection of everything. They even bought some of my used things I was going to just donate adding some cash to my wallet. I was nervous about going to a pawn shop but after visiting with them I felt comfortable and found all kinds of stuff I didn’t even know I needed! It was kind of fun the entire experience. Thanks guys for helping me out!

Just got off the phone with their new management and I instantly deleted my positive post to update it and make sure you all know that their new staff is completely and utterly horrible hands down. I gave them every opportunity, regardless of the way I was treated, to show me that my business can continue with them and I've been shown clearly that I will not be bringing any further business to this place and will most definitely go elsewhere. Luckily my lowest option was one start otherwise no stars.

Brett was very helpful! This is by far the best pawn shop in Tallahassee. Gotta check it out!! They’re the only pawn shop I’ve been to around here that even sells a GREAT and extensive selection of electronics! I was very surprised with the laptops they had and their value!

One time had someone that was great, the next time we went in it was nothing but RUDE behavior from the staff. (Some older looking lady with a short bob) The older man in the store is pretty nice, but we didn’t care for any of the other employees sadly. Also they rip you off compared to other pawn shops around town. Sad but true. I wouldn’t suggest coming here unless it’s a last resort.
