They've always been super nice when I've gone in there. They're extremely friendly!! The only reason I don't go to them anymore is because I moved to Quincy, where the staff is just as awesome! Fast Payday Loans, by far, excels in customer service!!!

The people are so friendly and helpful. I recommend this location over any other loan places.

Am thankful that this place exist to help push through the hard times in between paycheck. My favorite location is North Monroe. Kelly is amazing!!! She has a wonderful personality and always make me feel welcome. The wait time is never too long even when the store is completely full I always get to the counter and out the door quicker then I expected!!! A Five Star experience definitely!!!!

Manager is disrespectful to her employees and is so burnout with Fast Payday Loans Inc, that she doesn't care how she talks to her employees or how she treats them. She needs to go elsewhere, maybe she can be happy and treat people fairly. Which is why the customers have a hard time remembering the staffs names because she runs off all the employees with her nasty attitude!! And the only way she gets good reviews is to bribe her customers with reduced fees on their loans if they leave a good review on Google! Also, to the customers I loved y'all, but Kelly is only nice to y'all because y'all are helping her get that fat bonus!! Good riddance Kelly, may you find something that makes you happy.

I’ve had some trouble and started using their services recently and I have to say this is one of the nicest places to do business at the staff are amazing and always make you feel like a part of a family. Shoutout to Kelly and Juanita for always being nice and friendly every time I’ve had to come in. You go ladies!!!

Wow this place is like another home. When you walk through the door the staff greet you with a hello and a smile. While your there they treat you like your sitting on their porch at home with conversation love it. They help you with as much knowledge and kindness. Love this place Kelly u rock!

Kelly was awesome. I spoke with her over the phone and she was very professional. When I came into the office I was greeted and out the door in less than 5 mintues I even got a good laugh out of her which I needed the most. Money and Bills can become stressful at times. I am greatful for places like Fast Payday that offer these type of services and most importantly people like Kelly that let you know that sometimes bs happens but keep pushing!!! She rocked.
