If it were possible to give a zero, I would. I applied and received an email and a phone call about 12 hours later saying I was denied for a loan. Then a few hours later I get a call from Cass telling me I was approved (what?). Set up an appointment for 1pm today. I sent in all the necessary documents and less than 20 minutes later, I get Chris calling me and telling me I was denied. To get someone's hopes up is beyond unprofessional. I should have known better. I worked until 3am and woke up early to gather every piece of info I needed. It's bs that one minute they can help you and the next they won't.

One main worked so hard with me so that I could get an auto loan. They didn't shut me down at all. Matt and Chris talked with me over several days till I was able to get a loan that would allow me to get an amazing car. It meant a lot bc I had been in a car accident and was in desperate need of a car to work so it was awesome how helpful they were!

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Matt Metcalf was the employee who "helped" us. From the moment we walked in he acted like we were inconveniencing him and our questions seemed to annoy him. He even rolled his eyes a time or two. I dont think asking why the Interest was so high was hard question to answer. I just need a small loan so I walked out and decided to pay cash for the car. It wasn't worth the hassel if I had to deal with him again.

Chris and Matt are exceptional!! They are always so helpful and kind and they always try and help me anyway they can!! I haven’t had a problem with anyone in this office yet, I love them all!!

I am grateful to One Main for allowing me to have a loan when no one else would. The people are friendly and always helpful.

**DO NOT try to get a loan from OneMain Financial*** Easily the worst loan lender I have ever dealt with... they tell me everything I want to hear until it’s actually time to happen. They run my credit after they tell me they are 90% sure of getting me approved it comes back and they say I need a co-sign. (Which I told them prior to this that I would need a co-sign, basically ignoring what I said). Anyways, I bring my co-sign in with excellent credit well over a 700, they run his credit and tell me “it’s a good score but we cannot use your co-sign.” They should of clarified who can co-sign and who can’t, it’s that easy... NEVER gave me a real explanation as to why they couldn’t use my co-sign and when I ask for the co-sign policy so I can find a co-sign that fits in their guidelines they say they can’t send me the policy..... just a bunch of BS here and ***********VERY UNPROFESSIONAL********** DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!

Tryed to redo my loan with them. Told me to get a trade in value on my vehicle. That they have the title for. Then told me they couldn't do nothing to help. My truck is dying. I guess they want me to walk to work. Thanks Matt and Chris for doing nothing to help a long time customer. Update truck died now. Now I have no way to work because of this a** holes. Thanks for nothing jerks.

Chris was amazing at making sure I understood all my options and what I needed to get the loan.

Most loan places i delt with does not compare to onemain. Never turned me down when I needed th help with funds .Matt thank you for helping me out. Outstanding in my book. Thank you again onemain
