As I'm sure everyone can understand ordering a new car can be challenging in these times. My dealings with Jeremy Sylvester at Kutztown Cadillac was an awesome experience. We ordered the 2022 CT4 in late January and it arrived in mid May. Jeremy was in constant contact with me and the manufacture with regards to the cars progress during the build and shipping. Thru my experience with Jeremy he was vary caring and attentive with me as a customer and was always available if I had a question. You can't go wrong with Jeremy as your salesperson. The car is everything I wanted, Thanks Jeremy.

I had a great experience at this dealership. Worked with Jeremy in sales, Julia and Todd in finance. Needed to drop off my title and was able to get "The Guru" Mark to go over many of the caddy's features which helped a lot. At least here you can kid around not like other dealerships I've been too. Me and my wife have bought four cars from Kutztown autos pre-owned lot.We have been satisfied with every vehicle we got. The service department goes out of their way to fix everything so you have a car running at it's best. They've always accommodated me with a loner if there was a recall or any issues with my vehicle.

The service department was incredibly helpful and were extremely nice. Ian was my advisor and I felt he was extremely knowledgeable, very courteous, and incredibly accommodating. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Having an older GM Hummer they have been fantastic at finding parts and being able to fix it quickly and perfectly. I enjoyed my experiences there so much I recently purchased a newer GM Canyon from them. I will not trust any other dealership with my vehicles! Kutztown Auto is amazing!

We started the deal on the phone because we live 2hrs away. Once we got to the dealership we were greeted by our salesman. Everyone we spoke to was very nice and made the process very easy. They even had pizza for us for lunch.

I called this dealership approximately a week before my actual service visit because my check engine light came on and Ian asked me to swing by and he would check it out. He told me up front what the problem was and that it would cost me approximately $350 for a number 5 cylinder misfire. He cleared the code and said it may never come back on again it and that it could have just been a fluke but with my luck it did come back on and I took it in for service. Ian explain to me that the cost was going to be double because of where the cylinder was located and that since I'm only 20,000 miles shy of a thousand mile tune up that it's best to get that done right away since it made sense to do it while they had the manifold off. While I didn't like hearing that it was going to cost me double, I appreciated the fact that he explained to me in layman's terms and I allowed them to complete the job. I explained to him that I had a lot going on at home and needed to be at home fixing my bathroom and he kindly offered me a vehicle to go home and continue on doing what I was doing. That was so much appreciated. He did say upfront he wasn't sure that he was going to be able or had the parts to do the job in one day but it got done and by the end of the day he kindly delivered my car to me which was a big help. I did not have to stop what I was doing to go pick it back up. It's nice to see good customer service once again and a dealership that listens to the customers needs. The car is running great so far. I was taking my vehicle to another dealership that was approximately 25-30 miles one way and really was not happy with the fact that I had to return the vehicle because of a job that was not done properly.

I started my purchase request with requesting online to deal with 3 dealerships. Vincent was the second person to contact me, however he actually took the time to read over what I was requesting. We had a quick conversation over the phone and discussed the top 5 things I was looking for in a vehicle. Within an hour he had a truck that met my biggest needs and was able to get things moving from there. Excellent to deal with and didn't waste my time. Additionally, after my purchase was complete he followed up with on how I was enjoying my new truck. It was nice to have that personal touch. I also dealt with Cal during the purchase. He was quick yet thorough. Knew I didn't want to be kept a long time and we were able to get everything taken care of fast and efficiently. I expect to continue a great relationship with the people at Kutztown Auto through the service department over the coming years and would highly recommend to friends to purchase a vehicle with them in the future. From the moment I called I was met with a straight forward, one of a kind gentleman. I could not speak highly enough about my car buying experience at Kutztown Auto Company, and its all thanks to Sales Advisor Jeremy Sylvester. I owned a 2003 Cadillac CTS and drove it into the ground. That car was amazing and required little to zero maintenance. It is because of that CTS that I knew I wanted another Cadillac. I have been looking for a new Cadillac for about 6 months and I finally decided it was time to pull the trigger. My first stop was to a dealer in Hazleton, PA where I was met by noting but disappointment and horrible sales tactics. I then called Kutztown Auto Company where I found not only 1, but 5 Cadillac Escalades that fit my exact wants and needs. my wife and I were driving cross country and our tire was leaking air. Kutztown Auto was very nice and assisted us right away. We were very pleased with the efficient service and fair price.

Buick corporate should go look at what they are putting on their Certified Pre-Owned lot. A 2017 Buick with 3 original tires on it dated 2017 that are dry rotted and 1 newer tire dated 2020 - because the 2017 probably blew out from the dry rot - was listed as CPO. They have had the vehicle for almost 6 months and weren't willing to move on the price at all, low balled the trade AND wanted to sell it with the 3 bad tires. They then offered to change 2 of the tires, but not 3. When I said it wasn't safe for us to put our kids in and they would have a deal if the 3 tires were changed, they declined. Over 1 tire. They must not want to make a sale. I've sold cars for 13 years now and never have I tried to put someone in a car with dry rotted tires. Our mechanics actually look at the cars and follow the CPO checklist of what can and can't be certified. I have photos of all 4 tires that I will be sending to Buick in hopes that the next time they try to sell a car as CPO, they actually look at the vehicle and check off every item on the CPO list. AND TO YOUR REPLY, I TOLD YOU FINANCING WAS NOT A PROBLEM. 809 CREDIT SCORE AND I COULD PAY CASH IF I WANTED. DRY ROT IS DRY ROT. DOESN'T MATTER IF THE TIRES PASS, THEY ARE UNSAFE. THE RUNNING BOARDS ALSO HAVE THE PAINT RUBBED COMPLETELY OFF AS THEY ARE INSTALLED INCORRECTLY. I SELL CARS FOR A LIVING TOO AND WE COULD NOT GET AN ENCLAVE. THIS IS THE ONLY REASON WE DROVE AN HOUR AND A HALF. DISAPPOINTED. We bought one, CPO, perfect tires, no paint defects and the rate was 3.98...guess what I told you was correct. Maybe you should listen to your customers more.

Today I purchased my first Cadillac from Kutztown Auto and the experience was wonderful. The dealership had a particular model I had been researching and it was an incredible buy-beautiful exterior and interior, low miles, and a flawless history report. The sales associate who took care of me, Jeremy, put all my doubts about buying this vehicle at ease. He let me make my own decision and went out of his way to make the buying process a positive one, from finding me all weather matts to filling my tank for the ride home. I was assured by the sales manager, Rick, that I wouldn't find a more sound and well equipped vehicle for my price range, and even gave me the vehicle's CaFax report showing it's recent tire and brake replacements. Overall, I would rate this as one of my best car buying experiences from a well organized and caring dealership that offers cars of exceptional quality and value.

Jeremy did a great job and Todd made sure to make the process quick and painless! I would highly recommend them. This was my first car buying experience and I can honestly say it wasn’t intimidating at all. Jeremy made sure that I understood everything before I left showed me all the bells and whistles in my vehicle and even called to follow up with me a few days after having my car. The owner, Phil Cavalcante, took the time to share information about the dealership's history and his interest in satisfying his customers. The sales representative, Marc Konchinsky, went out of his way to satisfy me, the customer, and even delivered the vehicle to my home. I had visited two other dealerships and did not receive the attention or interest Kutztown Auto Co. paid to my requests. We had a great experience purchasing a pre-owned car from Kutztown Auto. We were looking for a used Cadillac that would meet our long term needs and fit in our budget. Jeremy and his sales manager brought several choices to us, but none of them quite fit. They promised to keep looking for us. The difference is, they actually did follow up and eventually found exactly the car we wanted. It is great to find a dealership that does what they say they will. This is our fourth purchase with Kutztown Auto. We will be back. Update 2/12/2021 - just purchased our fifth pre-owned from Jeremy. I stopped into Kutztown Auto with a leaking tire last week. I had never been in the dealership before. My car was taken in and the tire patched in no time. Everyone was very friendly. They made my day much easier. Much appreciated!!

The staff where friendly and noticed my inspection was coming due and offered to do that as well. The service waiting area was very nice especially the work station they had set up so I could work easily while i waited. They where also willing to work on my 21 GMC while another more local dealership Bob Weavers refused to work on it. Saying they only work on vehicles they sell. With so few vehicles out there and my truck type especially this is so wrong. They wont get my business i will continue to make the journey down to Kutztown. Just a great staff.

I recently had my Cadillac serviced, oil change, filter and lubrication as well as checking my air conditioning before the summer season begins. I dropped the vehicle off the evening before as I didn't choose to wait for it. The service department contacted me to ask if I was having a problem with the air conditioning or heating system, which I informed them I was not just to have it checked. The service department also let me know that before inspection in Sept. I may have to replace my tires, which I thought was very nice of them so I'm prepared for inspection in September. I have had my SRX for about 5 years now and each time it is serviced I have always received exceptional service. I appreciate that the mechanics address what needs to be taken care of in the future so I have time to take care of the maintenance or have them compete it at that time. Both Service reps and mechanics are excellent.

Excellent customer service! No one sounded annoyed when talking with me on the phone or in person, which I appreciate so much as I hate talking on the phone. Very friendly and helpful! I will continue to drive farther to bring my car back!

I have to say that in my car buying experience of over 55years and so many vehicles I’ve lost count of Kutztown Auto is fantastic. My salesman, Jeremy Sylvester, was terrific. He was straight forward, didn’t make up stories and run back and forth to a “manager” and coming back with another story and price. It turns out I purchased a car from him in March but although the car was nice I wanted a bigger one. I came back in June and Jeremy made a fair offer to me allowing me to switch cars. Get a car at Kutztown if you want to deal with real people, and use Jeremy to buy that car. Its straight forward business with none of the hype and shenanigans of most dealers.

Although they did fix my car correctly the first time (which is why I have to give 2 stars rather than one). the car was one month out of powertrain warranty when the rear differential failed. GM paid for 60% of it, however it still cost me over $1000 for something that was failing well before the warranty expired in order for me to be able to drive my supposedly reliable 2015 car again, with only 65K miles.

Hands down the best dealership to work with-respectful, patient and helpful. Very friendly and kind staff who make sure you are treated well in every step of the process. I highly recommend this dealership!

Worked with a sales person named Tom Palangio who assured multiple times that the condition of the truck was excellent and it will be detailed and ready for delivery before we made the 2 hour drive to to the dealership. When we got there and the truck was a mess, it was dirty inside and out and there was scratches all over the tricks (some touched up with the wrong color paint) , rust spots on though the metal and one of the taillight had a puddle of water inside and it had mold growing in it. I understand buying a used truck is a process and there are good and bad vehicles out there. The part that was unacceptable was the lack of integrity from the sales rep and how the dealership handled it. The sales rep Tom just waved it off like it's not big deal that I drove 2 plus hours to buy it on his word, and his sales manager did not offer to do anything rectify the situation. Overall it was a terrible experience, I would be cautious dealing with this kutztown auto if you are expecting trust worthy sales reps or perfessional level of service. To the owner feel free to comment and provide feedback to your sales team.
