Went to sell a piece of jewelry. They told me a clean 1 carat ruby in 14k gold is essentially scrap gold, and the ruby has no value. Obviously that is not true, but they were pretty aggressive with their opinions. Do your research and know exactly what you have before you consider selling here. They deal in whatever they can make a buck on, and obviously are not experts in the field of fine jewelry. Take the time to find a buyer who appreciates the true value of your jewelry, clientele of the pawn shop most likely are not these people. I'm not saying they were disrespectful, they seemed nice enough, but had very limited knowledge in jewelry. I had also talked to them about diamonds, and they kind of just glazed over when I talked about cut, color, and clarity. They assigned diamond values based on carat weight alone. Proceed with caution.

As most pawn shops I went in not really expecting to much but as I glanced around and noticed the wide variety of items they have and how reasonable they are on negotiating their prices I seriously have no complaints and to say the least my customer service was through the roof the day I stopped to look at a fifth wheel camper I was helped by an associate by the name Jared he was greatly helpful with the whole experience as far as going out of his way with helping me with the towing situation and all which was very much appreciated considering the hassle I would of went thru trying to figure it all out on my own

This was the most horrible experience I have ever encountered. The manager was so rude he had me crying. NEVER GO HERE EVER! I was talking calmly, just asking if they happened to see my rings that were recently stolen. The manager told me to get out of his shop leave it to the cops to take care of. And my rings were not bought online or on a stolen credit card btw.

Friendly people here. Got some quick cash at a fair price for something I didn't want to risk selling through my online business. A reminder to customers. If you are nice to people, people are generally nice back. If you want to feel entitled when you don't like what you hear or see, then you should expect the same in return. I can see the golden rule runs strong in this shop.

My daughter and I were looking for something interesting for my wife for her birthday, and I thought it was time she learn to haggle, so we went to Capitol City Buy and Sell. She didn't get a lesson on haggling because they accepted my first offer at a reasonable price with no pressure, but the experience they gave us I could not afford to buy. We bought my wife a guitar, a friendly blues maestro played my daughter a song, I got to talk to a couple other vets, they hooked us up with different options for instruction for both my wife and daughter, gave her a free race car, and I think everyone made some friends. Not the experience you'd necessarily expect in a pawn shop, but we live in strange times, and you can get what you need and more in places you don't expect them.

Horrible Horrible Horrible experience with the immigrant store manager with glasses and a heavy accent. I been there 3 different times each time i called ahead of time so that i wouldnt waste gas. Each time the manager is always yelling and over analyzes my products, i tell him watch his keys before he scratches my laptop because if he scratches it and dont buy it my product depreciates he asks me what i want for it and deliberately tells me no he's not interested all of a sudden "get out of his store" for no reason at all. He needs to respect foundational americans that fought for immigrants to come here hes rude, arrogant, unprofessional and unwelcoming i will never come back he need to to be fired.

Came in looking for a guitar and my dude Don hooked me up at a very fair price. TV prices are really good, great guitar and gun selections. Highly recommend

I would definitely recommend going here if you're buying or selling. They have some great stock, vintage furniture and cameras. Everything there was fascinating to browse, and I will definitely be making more trips here mode often.
