The Manager James is very professional, friendly, an such a caring guy. He strives to run a friendly/professional environment. An takes any concerns or issues seriously. I appreciate the hard work James has been trying to do. To make coming into the shop a more pleasant experience. Also he's one of the only people to answer the phone if he's there. Lol

Pawn Plus of Lancaster has turned around over the years!! Very professional, clean store. The new Employees Crystal C. And Ashley that have been there for awhile now. They are two of the best employees they have ever had. These girls deal with so much on a day to days bases. And hold the store down!! Theirs one male worker Sean. He's a bit grumpy sometimes ;) ;) But he's a good guy and will try his best to work with you and give you fair prices for your items!! If you're not to sure how a pawn shop works. Do a little reading before you take your items in. They need to make their profit as well. So keep that in mind!! Crystal C. And Ashley. 1million% deserve a raise!!!

I went in today with my tv to try to pawn it because its not the first time i pawned it last time it was like 3 weeks ago and when i walked in there was like 5 people in front of me and they seen me walking in with the tv after waiting like 10 15 minutes they wanna tell me that they are not accepting tvs anymore unles is from year 2017 and up they saw me standing there waiting and they didnt say anything ahead plus they had an attitude yall need to do better because people go there to get loans not get judged or get smart with us.

Tried to sell my iPad but the guy in there turned me down talking about we don’t expect them models we take newer one only. I don’t feel that is right because of the age or models you don’t know who will buy them.

I just wanted to say that my experience at Pawn Plus was a very positive one. Everyone there was so nice and helpful and Shawn too care of my need and was very pleasant. I also would like to say that the store looked so neat and inviting. I will definitely visit them again in the near future 😊😊 I visited the store this past week and once again received EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE 😊😊. Since my last visit they rearranged the floor cases and I must say it looks AWESOME!!! I almost thought I was walking into a different store. The new set up offers allot of space to browse and see all the great items they have. I'm also happy to see the jewelry back 😊😊. Shout outs to 3 of the many great associates there go to Shawn, Dianette and I can't forget Joy 😁😁. You guys are so AWESOME and I send you all hugs and many blessings 😇😇. I tried having my boyfriend pawn a camera came with SD cards, worth up to $134 (used)with the batteries for it they offered me $10 like it was made with dirt

I didn't even know they had layaway until Brandon offered it on a product I was looking at. I was very happy because I wanted the necklace but did not have the full amount. I was able to put 10 percent down. Now no one else will get it and it will be mine when I pay it off next month.

This place is absolutely horrible! The service sucks! The manager is some self proclaimed “chick from the ghetto” whatever that means. She literally walks around talking on her Bluetooth headset, and then just looks at peoples items and tells them it isn’t worth anything. She’s a joke and will run this place into the ground. Now she has her puppet working there and he’s just as rude and walks around on his headset as well. One of the owners who just sits upstairs all day has a side business with the manager and they have been purchasing items themselves or selling them to friends for less than they pay the customers who bring the items in. There’s a review from a guy named Matthew on here. He’s one of the owners. This place just really sucks. There used to be a good crew of guys in there. Way back in the day and then just recently less than a year ago and now the place is always empty and the people just suck. Good luck to you folks who still go there. I’m a fair guy and I realize the place is a business and must make money but they will tell you that your item is worth $5 and they’ll sell it for $10 but then you’ll see the item posted in their store for $50. The only time you’ll see that item actually sell for $10 is when one of the employees decides to purchase it or sell it to a friend. They just take advantage and do not care about the customers at all

This place is turning around for the better with the staff, Brenden was great to work with and hooked me up with a few tools for a great price, and considering I’m just moving back to Lancaster they said they can hold the items for a few weeks till I get down here officially. I’m a little worried about leaving my purchased items there, but i’ll see how it goes. If it all goes well I’ll definitely continue a lot of business with them! I’ll be back to update soon.

I was in the store the other week and the tall bald headed guy in the front made me feel very uncomfortable asking me if he can take me out to dinner. All I wanted to do was sell my stuff not be harassed. Having a employee like that will make you lose business. You lost my business!! Not every female wants to be hit on!

Haven't been here in a long time. Went in to sell a laptop. Brandon. a welcome addition from York Pawn Plus, gave me a loan of the same as if I sold it to them, allowing me to hold onto it. The best part? They shorted me $22 when they gave me the loan money, I didn't realize it until a day later, called, left a message, Ivette called me Monday, I explained, she checked the cash drawer from Fri and sure enough it was $22 over. I went down Tues morning and collected the money owed me. ANYTHING could have "happened" to that $22, but these guys were spot on. Welcome Brandon!

Brandon was amazing! Thoughtful and attentive to my concerns. I had a retail experience. They were clear on returns and exchanges. Thank you for the stellar customer service. I will be back!

The people that work here are fabulously, so helpful and nice.I have been going here for over 10 years.

I took my grandmother's ring and a necklace there that my brother gave me in exchange for cash...I was just about broke at the time. I never rec'd a letter stating that my time was coming up to retrieve them like I've gotten in the past. I thought because of the pandemic they were closed. Then after some time I saw online that they were open. I am still upset that they sold or are selling those items...my grandmother's ring can't be replaced. I just hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I've going here for years with my wife Crystal almost 12 now. It's been a little difficult now with the virus. But Shawn and the two Crystals there have been awesome. Customer service is on point.

They don’t buy anything that I bring by even though the website says they buy just about everything. Tried to sell a desktop new with everything included and they said no. Sold games and only got $5, tried to sell skateboard and nothing. I’m going to stop trying at this point.

Walked in at last minute still had help no issues pawned my lap had an agreement with payment easy in and out well recommended don’t believe word on streets

Pawn Plus is an amazing store. I've been searching for years for a particular Jordan Sneaker Style and apparently it's one of the rarest Jordans to find now a days. The NIKE STORE online doesn't even sell them. JORDAN doesn't make them anymore. I've seen used ones on EBAY and other seller sites but they are in pretty bad condition. I just so happened to check a web link to PAWN PLUS online and WHAT DO YOU KNOW?? THEY HAD THE SHOES IN MY SIZE!! This alone makes this place pretty special. I quickly asked a member of store staff to help. Brandon immediately knew what I was talking about and expeditiously retrieved the shoes and rung me up. He was very friendly and the store had a comfortable atmosphere. 5 STARS!

If you are in need of money go here if you have good jewelry! I sadly feel like I should have got a lot more from three Diamond rings. But I really needed the money. The one girl didn’t seem to know exactly what she was doing while looking at my friend’s jewelry. But for me I got a guy that helped me good. And went back to look at my friend’s jewelry. He took more from what the girl said no too. Also make sure to bring your security number with you. I’m giving half stars because I feel like I should have got more instead of $90 for both three rings.

Yalonda made selling my watches an experience (a positive one) that I won’t soon forget! The staff is always upbeat and seem to like their job! Which says a lot about the management! I love shopping for tools here. All the new workers are awesome keep up the good work. Those rude customers that post low score review's think they know everything. When you sell or pawn stuff you get street prices its been like that forever so deal with it. Pawn Plus YOU GUYS AND GIRLS ROCK!!! Dont sweat the rude customers!!
