I found the people working at this location to be very accommodating, understand my needs, willing to help with options at a rate I can afford. If there is some issue, they handle it right away. The manager was my loan officer and explained the process thoroughly. If she was not available, any of the other agents knew of me and could answer my questions. This office makes you feel that you are important to them and gives you proper guidance in your decision making.

The staff was incredibly helpful at a time where we were in a little bit of a jam because of the storm. I've dealt with a lot of lending institutions personally and professionally over the years but OneMain has been one of the best experiences I've ever had! I highly recommend Jenn and Kim to anyone who is in need of some financial assistance!! Thanks!

Dont get a secured loan from them!! They will not try to eventually after making consecutive payments help you refinance to an unsecured loan hoping that you will default..they will say you have a good chance of refinancing (after they run a hard pull on your credit)when your sitting there,but then after you leave you get a call saying "corporate " didn't approve it.worst experience ever

First time I got a loan was great ! Interest was high but out of convenience I was fine with it . I paid loan off within 4 months went back for loan 2 the next year and this time no collateral got 3500 paid off around same time . Go for loan 3 and only needed 2500 and now they said no and that I need a co-signer on any amount . It is because they didn’t make enough money off of me in interest charges because I paid it off to early I’m guessing. I am very disappointed in them . I will say customer service at the office is great though .

Jennifer treated me with kid gloves. Quick, efficient, professional attitude. We discussed several interest rate plans, time frame, early payoff. Lowest rates around town, convenient location.

First off y’all make money by loaning money and therefore declining me a loan I guess y’all are not making any money off of me. Got declined on a loan that would’ve been so easy to pay off in about three months. Guess you got to have better collateral than just a paycheck.
