I have been coming to lendingbear for many years and have always felt like family. They do not make it embarrassing that your borrowing money. Plus the pawn shop has amazing deals!

Lindsey the manager was extremely personable and helpful. I had no idea what I was doing and she got me in and through the process with no trouble at all. -thanks Lindsey and Lending Bear team!

Went and saw the ladies today after not being there for a few years. When i called they informed me of their move and the new location! It was really easy to get 2 by the way..i have always had exceptional service with the LB team. Today i met with Lindsey and it was a breeze. A few updates and i was out the door. Great job ladies! I highly recommend this location.

I called them and asked some questions prior to arriving. They were all so kind and professional. When i came in, they were just as kind and addressed me by my name. The atmosphere in there is great! There prices are great and lending they provide is fair. They also have payday advances! Just a geeat fantastic place, id reccommend this place to anyone! Thank you

Professional, courteous, polite staff. Always kind and very personable. I enjoy visiting every time I enter the establishment. The pawn store has a good selection of everything from televisions to tools at great prices.

My husband and I make sure to stop by the Lendingbear every time we come into St. Augustine. The staff is always helpful and friendly. My husband purchased a Dewalt chop saw recently and he loves it. He also purchased a Drimmel kit that he uses often. Both purchases were reasonable and totally worth it.

Very friendly very professional and very courteous love lending bear especially this one so far anytime I’ve needed them they are there and they even remember me! Update: almost a year and still the best customer service from these ladies I’ve seen besides myself in the service provider industry!!!! If this company doesn’t send them places I’ll be upset!!!!!

Chelesae always helpful and if you don’t have exact things I’m looking for. She tells me what the closes thing you do have. I look for guns and tools for my husband. She is knowledgeable with merchandise which is a great help.

I’ve been to this location three times now and the associates inside this business are some of the most thoughtful and eloquent individuals I have ever come across. They are business professional so that nothing gets misunderstood or lost in communication when dealing with new customers like me (I’ve never done a paycheck advance before entering this Lending Bear location), but they have such a sincereity to the way they have spoken to me (and continue to speak to me) that I feel welcomed and that my business with their location is appreciated. Taking out a paycheck loan was easy all three times. I was in and out within 20 minutes for my initial loan and then 10 minutes for the following two. Come in prepared with the items you need and it’s a breeze! I would definitely recommend 10/10.
