This by far is the best Pawn Shop in St. Augustine!!. Been shopping here for years. It has the friendliest staff that make you feel like family. They have great estate jewelery and some other unique items. Great prices on gold!!!!

Florida Cash is more than a pawn shop. I had the very best customer buying experience ever! Came in with my daughter who was looking for jewelry. Steve worked with her to find what made her happy. He brought a selection from the back when she didn’t seem to find what she wanted out front. He also wrapped her purchase in gift bags which is pretty freaking awesome. Their customer service completely exceeded my expectations! Thank you Steve.

I just would like to commend Christina for her great customer service. She cleaned my ring for me and helped my boyfriend and I browse options for an engagement ring. I came here today to pick up my bracelet that I had serviced and Cody helped me with my transaction when I dropped it off and picked it up. He has great customer service skills and is always polite and helpful every time I come to this store. Also, Jordan assisted me with publishing my review and also was very polite and helpful. Over the years I have taken many jewelry items in to either get a loan, to sell, or to be repaired (I just picked up my favorite ring which had a loose prong and stone)... not ONCE have I had any issue with their services- in fact, every time I go in I am blown away by how courteous, knowledgeable and fast they are with their services!!! Florida Cash is an amazing store to go to. The people are very friendly, nice and respectful. One day when I went to the store, I had Christina Usina helping me. I told her a few details on what I was looking for and it was like with the little bit of detail, she knew exactly what it was. She was very patient, always had a smile on her face, and never seemed to rush me! When I go back, I will definitely call ahead to see if she is working, because I know just from past experience how helpful she is, she will get the job done with knowing what I’m looking for! Florida Cash is a great store and 9 times out of 10 they have what you want.

Love the customer service. Tammy always takes special time to help my wife pick out some beautiful jewelry pieces. It's also a huge bonus that Florida Cash has a layaway option for the times when my wife gets to much help. Along with jewelry I've picked up quality tools, silver coins, and some name brand art work (Emmett Fritz). Im always impressed at the knowledge of the friendly staff, and the sheer volume of merchandise carefully placed around the store. If your visiting St. Augustine do yourself a huge favor and pop in. You never know what your gonna find!

I absolutely highly recommend this pawnshop. Cody is an awesome helper and makes me fee confident in whatever I buy. I purchased my first gun and they assisted me with my paperwork as well as answering all the questions I had.

All of the folks that work there are fabulous and very helpful and knowledgeable. Cody is the BEST though as he knows each person that he deals with and what they like. I love the fact that you can trade up your pieces so you get full price to upgrade to a new piece. It’s my favorite store!!
