Had a wonderful experience here, Chris the Store Manager was amazing. We were in a tight bind an he really came through with helping us. I cant thank them enough,. On top of that he really made us laugh a lot it was just an easy and enjoyable process. I really recommend anyone to go here.

Insta Loan..is a good place to barrow money. Jamie..has always been very nice and helpful in assisting me. They have always been..honest and straight forward in the process. I would highly recommend them to family or friends. Update 11-29-19 I just had another great experience with Mackenzie. She was very professional and walked me through the new improved loan system. I would highly recommend them for any of your loan needs.

They are very professional & courteous. Walked me through every detail of the loan before signing and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Within 30-45 minutes I had my $ & the manager even followed up with a phone call a few days later to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I will definitely go there again if their services are needed.

I highly encourage you to visit the St Augustine location for the BEST customer service ever. I was reluctant to visit until I read the reviews, so I decided to give them a try. I cannot say enough good things about by experience. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and will go out of their way to help in any way they can. I was in the office for 35 minutes from beginning to end, and walked out with my debit card ready to use. Ben was a pleasure to work with and made the process amazingly easy. If I can give them negative stars I would!!!!! Nobody in the company knows what’s going. They will not give you any information and everybody has different stories and tells you different policies from store manager clear to the corporate office. I paid off several vehicles to this company and now The process has changed to make it very difficult to get back your title.so please be aware they do not give you all the information when it come time to pay off your loan!!!!!!!!!!!

I just want to say Jamie and Pat are very kind and considerate . The problem is the way the company wants you to pay it back . There was so many obstacles, but Jamie was very apologizing. They need to get the online program in motion and have better ways for payoff, or even payments.
