Charlie or Charlene, was very unprofessional. She made me feel stupid for wanting to payoff my loan. Also, made it seem like I couldn’t pay it off there because it would be too much trouble to get the information. I contacted a different branch because of this and they were awesome, and even congratulated me for paying my loan off.

Terrible place. We got a loan there three years ago and paid it back in 11 months. Today, I tried to get a small $2k loan (even though I was pre-qualified for $5k in flyers and online). I had my car title to for a vehicle with only 90k miles on it. SECURED HELLO! My wife and I were ignored when we first arrived (two customers two workers). When it was our turn, our loan officer interrupted our time to greet the Jimmy John's driver and sign... Then moments later we didn't qualify! Fantastic waste of time. No clue how they even stay afloat... everyone run.

Called to set a payment on a different date than the auto payment scheduled. Made the payment and they still tried taking the auto payment on top of the payment I made in It's place. I didn't have the money in that account so I got charged for non sufficient funds not once but twice. I called and left 2 messages and sent emails and have yet to hear from anyone. That was over a month ago. I didn't put any money into the auto pay account and let myself be charged the nsf fees thinking maybe that would get someone in contact with me, it's been almost 2 weeks and still nothing. Customer service sucks. Borrow elsewhere. *** Update*** I requested a payoff amount online so I knew how much it was going to be to pay off this stupidly high interest loan, and guess what?! I got a phone call the next day from, you guessed it! One Main Financial in Woodbury! What was it about? My emails? No. My unanswered phone calls? No. Anything I had been waiting months for? No. Just to see why I wanted to pay my loan off before it's end date, because they lose out on all that interest. Oh, and to offer to borrow me more money at a 32 percent interest rate. There are hidden fees everywhere they don't outrightly disclose. Please do yourself a favor and don't borrow from these people.

Charlie was rude and refused service to me because I disagreed with the loan payoff amount that Charlie verbally got from my current auto lender. She asked me to leave the office even after having completed signing my loan documents with One Main. Very un courteous, very impatient. She reflects poorly on One Main Financial company as a whole. Don't recommend her at all!

Karissa Such was courteous, helpful and professional. I've been dealing with OneMain for a few years now and have no compaints.

After a second application was submitted online, and after some time had passed, I had to initiate contact with a local branch to check the status of the application. Once I was able to connect with someone on the phone, the One Main Financial loan officer was unaware that my application had even been submitted (Makes me wonder how my security may be compromised in the future). After a brief phone conversation, every document that had been originally requested and submitted was requested again, and again, and again. Literally 5 different times to include an application that was submitted and denied strictly because, "They hadn't heard back from me?" What? I was approved for the amount that I sought, but after experiencing the incompetence of the local branch and the untrustworthy online process, I declined the loan and rejected any further relationship with this lender.

Fast and easy. Just disappointed on the interest rate!!

Charlie and derek are great! Awesome place to get a loan especially if your credit isn't the greatest. Very helpful and willing to work with you. Definitely reccomended!
