There is an online portal where you apply and also upload all needed documents such as pay stubs, tax returns, etc. Additionally, you receive regular updates via email from the system showing where your loan is in the process. Jeanne was wonderful to work with and spent a lot of time discussing our financial needs and what made the most sense for us - a very personalized approach.
