Michael Vanella with USA Mortgage was excellent to work with! Him and his team were very professional and easygoing. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions. They never made me feel like my questions were silly and their responses were quick and easy to understand. Their loan portal was easy to navigate and it made the transfer of information seamless. Mike explained each loan type to me and gave advice on what he thought would be best for me.
