The technology this company uses is so fun and makes things very explanatory! The app for tracking the status of your loan is fun and easy to track. They are excellent at communication and go above and beyond to help you through it all! I will forever be grateful to them! I would not have thought I would be buying a home any time soon with my credit history, but they made it happen and were able to land a great interest rate and make me feel extremely comfortable through the whole process! They are personable and kind! Even in today's housing market they were able to be flexible and make things happen! The Flat Branch team I worked with was Katie, Kelsi and Kyle.They are extremely helpful and responsive. For example, I was leaving Kyle a voice message on a Sunday afternoon.
