Melinda P. - loan agent - was very helpful, and professional. We only came across the credit union (never heard of them before) when we purchased a new Bronco, and was financed through the dealership. They offered the best rates. So far, so good, but I am one that will update a review if things change.

I recently extended a LOAN through Oklahoma Credit Union. It was a most easy transaction and I received a fair and exceptionally good interest rate. The experience was totally positive and the banking agent was totally professional THROUGHOUT ! I now have a PLAN which was made easier because of OKCU. Thank you very much ! Mark W.

I have used this credit union for years. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make it easy. I have financed a number of cars and my home with them. And, they often go out of their way to help out.

Megan Albright did an excellent job with helping me set up my banking accounts for the first time I highly recommend anyone go to OKCU for all of your banking needs they truly are there to help.

They are super friendly, its easy to get an appointment and meet with someone who will assist us quickly with our banking needs.

Can I just say how much I love this credit Union the only downside is direct deposit isn't immediately but it's doable I've heard of the horror story when trying to get your account name changed and all you have is a temporary license, this bank gave me no issues at all so many of customers tell how their banks wont take their temp ids.

Gage Doonkeen did an amazing job helping me with my truck loan! He was very helpful, kind, and positive. He discussed credit and offered suggestions for future improvements to my credit. He made the truck buying process so much easier than any experience I have had in the past!

So I decided to join this credit union because they are part of the same co op of credit unions that the credit union I use for my car loan that I had gotten while living in a different state. I want to give an honest review here so please read until the very end. I opened my account at the Edmond branch and it was a trainwreck, it took 2 hours to open 1 joint checking account. At one point the rep left to make my first deposit and was seriously gone for 30 minutes. After that I was still unable to get all the funds in my account that I had wanted, and had to return the next day for further assistance from a more experienced banker. 2nd issue I had was they failed to send me my wife's Debit card when they sent mine so we are still waiting on that. Even after all that I would say this is a pretty good place to Bank. Everyone I've talked to has been extremely friendly and genuinely wanted to help solve the bumps in the road as we've gone along. Everyone has been kind and courteous. The branch manager at the Edmond (quail lake) branch has been so amazing and very kind. She has been my problem solver and always willing to help. So yes we all make mistakes and stuff happens and this has shown me that if things happen in the future, I'm in good hands and won't have problems with finding someone that can help, everyone there I'm sure will take the time to help!

Great experience working with Melissa Chavers at OKC Credit Union. I gave her a call on my why to the dealership to purchase a vehicle. She had me approved and made the car buying process a breeze. Oklahoma's Credit Union rates are far better than what the dealership can offer
