Dela Davis has been my favorite person at Focus Federal Credit Union for years… I moved to Focus because I wanted a better banking experience, little did I know I would get to know the staff and see them at the grocery store! Dela and everyone that works for her and with her, have been fantastic to my family and myself. I know that if I have a tough question or need a quick loan, I can call to ask and she will go to work. It is so appreciated and Focus had really helped us live our lives. Thank you

The customer service at Focus Federal is spot on. If you need assistance with any type loan then FFCU should be your go to. Michelle in the mortgage department is an angel in disguise!! You won’t be disappointed with anyone from FFCU!

PLEASE BE CAREFUL especially if your a VET with PTSD with ANXIETY issues! Their STEALING my money. I had a car loan and a credit card with them for over 3 years. In May they started charging my credit card a return check fee $25. I reached out to Navy Federal to find out why it was returned. Navy federal said that they didn’t show any Transaction returned for the amount or from that account. I called Focus who said that it was returned because the account number was incorrect. I told her that my account number has not changed for my credit card or auto loan which the auto loan payment I didn’t have any issues with. She verified that both loans had the same account number and didn’t understand why it was returned and refunded the fee. August I received another fee I went to Navy and told them what was happened and they told me to get a tracking number. I spoke to the bank manager at Focus and requested that the automatic withdrawal be stopped and also requested the tracking number and she said she would look into it. October I got another fee. I called the bank manager and she said it was because the stop payment was submitted after the deadline but still couldn’t explain to me why I keep getting the fee, she was still not able to provide the tracking number. I have not been able to get any resolution and as a disabled VET visit with PTSD this situation is really causing me to have more anxiety issues. UPDATE: My fees were refunded in November but still no explanation as to why I incurred any fees in the first place. In there defense they said that they work with a 3rd party vendor for credit cards and they have not been able to get the information from them. At this point I’m always on edge every month worried about what my statement will reflect and if I’m going to have to deal with it all over again. My plan is to get a loan to pay off the balance on this card and close the account which of course will probably have a negative impact on my credit but I’ll whether deal with that then the anxiety of what’s to come next. Also I’ve been dealing with this since June. Most of the communication was always initiated by me. There was never a time that I was called or emailed and didn’t respond. Like I said I’ve been waiting on a tracking number to provide to Navy Federal so they could do some research and still til this day haven’t received anything. I did get a call today but that was because of the review I posted yesterday prior til today I last emailed someone in October with no response!

I had a good experience with Focus Federal. People have to understand where their credit is before applying for a loan, that's with any financial institution.

I have been with this credit union for years and I absolutely love it here. Lisa is such an awesome person inside and out. She has so much knowledge and is willing to share what she knows to help you. I appreciate her so much.

I highly recommend this credit union. Pre approvals are easy and Interest rates are very competitive! Had a slight hiccup on my second loan but Chandra Goodson got right on it and had it straightened out in minutes!! Thank you for exceptional customer service!

I been having a hard time understanding my new credit card and everything that comes behind...I call all the time and it seems like I'm just not getting the help I'm looking....but today i talked to kamda and she was so helpful and patient with me....she made sure I understood everything before hanging and gave me great advice on using my card....you rock girly!!!!

Theresa Le was my loan agent. When I purchased my car, from the time I completed my application, she was always available! She gave me great advice and even got me interested in looking for cars that I hadn’t originally considered. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle, take all the leg work out of it. You have all the bargaining power when you go in already knowing your interest rates and the amount you are approved for. Be empowered and see a FFCU loan officer. You will not regret it.

When I say this is one of the best banks I've banked with it's legit. I'm hard to please as I work in the custom service industry. I've always been helped in a fashionable form by amazing women here. Della, Theresa, and Samantha a few I can mention are always so wonderful and helpful!!! Love this bank and the customer services which should be renamed customer care, because you genuinely feel the care and support!

It seems to be taking some time to process the payoff on my trade in, financed through Weokie Credit Union. My new car loan was processed a week ago by Focus & I don't show the payment has been processed to Weokie yet. I am coming up on my next due date so, this is a problem
