I have been with OFCU since 2018. I had all of my children sign up with this credit union as well. They are so very helpful no matter how busy they are. I love how they make you feel like you're the only person who is important at that moment when they communicate with you. They are all very professional and they make you feel comfortable from day one. No matter what is happening in your life they have a solution to help you and bring your mind to ease. My most recent interaction is with Crystal and Libby. I have 2 separate things happening however, they both take the time to communicate and explain what's going on. I had a stroke back in 2019 and even if I repeat myself and ask the same question multiple times, they never make me feel like I'm a bother to them. Thank you Ladies and all the staff at OFCU. You all ROCK!

I've been with Oklahoma Federal Credit Union for over 20 years! Paid a 2 signature loans off way before time! Paid off a car loan as well! Moved back here to assist with family. I asked for a signature loan was denied Wow really?? I guess doing a credit check to bring my credit score down, then deny me the loan is fair practice. Nah it has let me know you that I need to take my business some place else I valuey

I have gotten two auto loans with Oklahoma Federal Credit Union and they always treat me fairly and give me a great rate. This last time my loan officer was outstanding. Libby worked hard to get my loan processed the day I sent her my paperwork, even though I sent it to her at the end of the day. She was easy to get ahold of and explained the process to me. I was especially impressed that she was flexible enough to text me which is what I needed to get things done in a timely manner. I will continue to use this credit union going forward because of their commitment to their members. Thanks again Libby!

Done business here several times over the years and have taken out many loans. Officers were willing to work with my and my husband to find the best solution for us at competitive rates. The bank manager is awesome but he is busy but calls us back within a day if we need anything. One of our top go-to banks now.

Oklahoma Federal Credit Union has always been good to me. I hate they moved out of the VA hospital because it was easy for us who work there to use the site. Anytime I’ve needed anything they’ve always been courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Much much better than a regular bank.

I have been a customer at OK FED CREDIT UNION for about 10 years and I have had no issues whatsoever with the credit union or staff. I initially met with the branch manager and he set down with me and explained everything.. All employees are very & Courteous

I have been given nothing but great service at this credit union. I think you get what you put out in life. The interest rates are amazing for me. The staff have always been friendly. I feel comfortable with them and I look forward to many more encounters.

I have been going here for a while and have never had any problems. Nice inside and nice staff. I have done 2 car loans and a motorcycle loan through them and its all been good. They also helped work with me on my loans as well.

Been with them for 5 years Don’t waist your time trying to get a loan through them.

The staff been great to since day one but the bank manager.. Whatever she is is completely rude. I had fraud theft many times with them and she did nothing to help but to give me a ATM card.. So I stop using the bank well now they have been charging my account with a negative balance of -$40 and guess what they're not getting a dime out of me. This bank is horrible if you do use them only deposit a little or better yet use a saving account only.
