This does not reflect this specific branch but the corporation as a whole. Sadly big banks will bamboozle you any chance they get. They will also hang up on you after a two hour wait when you ask close out your account or for the corporate address to write a formal claim letter to the VP. They also told me I didn’t qualify for a student account when I was a student and within age range.

I recently opened a checking account online and needed to transfer funds. I stood in line over 20 minutes with a broken foot. I finally had to leave. They need more staff or at least someone in the offices could help the one teller that they had. I'm praying the other branches have better service than this one.

I came to buy quarters. Only one window was open. This 30 sec job took 15 minutes.

I went in to create a checking account, and the teller told me that it was not possible to do it in the building. She said I had to go online to create a checking account. Then the online didn’t work and when I called, they said they didn’t know how to help.

Great experience! I came in on a Saturday. Lobby was fairly busy. I had a business account issue that I needed help with. Sara Timberlake the business banker took the time to sit down with me (without an appointment) she was so kind and helped me right away. Sara did an excellent job of representing the branch with her over the top customer service. Thank you!

Solid 5. The guy at the front walking around and hosting customers talks fast and doing things efficiently. Very professional and helpful. Last time at another Chase branch，I waited 45min with no staff in front. And I was asked to wait until next available banker.

Did not have a great experience here. They seemed to be understaffed and there was a significant wait with at least 5 people in the waiting room for a basic task to be completed. I only needed to get a form signed for direct deposit and the request was treated like I was asking for an act on congress. (i am being a bit dramatic but I did feel the task was not a wait for 58 minutes for it to be handled and stamped by an employee.) I think they could limit the wait time by handling simple task first.

I love Chase! They always have great cx service, the building is clean, the inside is clean and most importantly I always feel like my money and my information is secure.

Chase is one of the oldest and largest financial institutions in America. It has a very good reputation, and has been well known for decades. If you are looking for a safe place to put your money, you couldn't do much better than Chase. They can also help you with loans, mortgages, certificates of deposit and other things to do with money. Go by and make a deposit. Chase Bank is just about the same as any other bank.
