Northwest Bank W 26th St, Erie

This Bank used to be smaller and more customer oriented. Interest they pay is poor, the interest they charge is high, and their fees for checking ore unreasonable. I just closed my account and switched to a credit union. However the employees at this branch were very friendly and helpful!

I worked with Angie and she helped to make an impossible situation so much better. She was so kind and helpful and extremely patient with me over a few day span. She even called me first thing in the morning when she figured out what the problem was. I can't say enough good things about the wonderful customer service she gave me. She is truly an asset to your organization.

I used to have my business account here. There ended up being tons of fees that we incurred that were definitely not discussed before opening the account. Be very wary of the fine print at this bank

My brother has been banking here for years. He is mentally challenged, and now physically disabled. The people at this bank have been exceptionally kind to him. Getting him a seat when he can't stand in line, making sure he gets what he needed. I can't rate their care high enough. Great people. Even the security guard looks out for him!

Spent years and years at this branch feels like 'Cheers' know you by name. Lori is the best teller I can think of. The remaining staff is equally as great too! The security guard is even friendly!

Over 20 years here at the W26th Street branch now ! NO Problems, NO Hassles, & NO.Complaints. What more can I say ?
