Niagara's Choice Federal Credit Union Sawyer Dr, Niagara Falls

I've been a customer for over 10 years, wonderful customer service at the Wheatfield location. The tellers are caring and always remember my name. Any questions or concerns have been addressed in a professional and timely manner~ no complaints!... And I'm a tough critic :)

I never have done business with them... What I want to address is their advertising. They treat loans exactly like any other bank or credit union in the area. The ad states they "look at more than your credit score, as long as you're making good decisions... blah blah blah" If you want any sort of unsecured loan expect to have 750+ credit, just like any other financial institution. Maybe my review is unfair, but maybe they shouldn't tell bold faced lies in their advertising.

Very pleased with my experience here.....convenient and easy to become a member, all the employees are friendly and helpful, and the manager is wonderful to work with. Really helped me get the loan I needed. Thank you!

The teller, Samantha, is extremely rude. She’s always slamming on her keyboard when keying stuff in, popping her gum, rolling her eyes, laughing and talking about people. Checking her texts while in the middle of depositing my check, she messed up and had to change it because she wasn’t paying attention, her Apple Watch was more important. She is the rudest woman, for absolutely no reason, and one of the biggest reasons that I try not to frequent this location, and why I’m thinking of switching to another credit union. Not sure what her issue is, but it’s very disrespectful and unprofessional.

The Credit Union is better than any bank. Low or no fees on checking and savings accounts. I walk-in or use the outside cubicle for the ATM.

Great people that know what they're doing and good rates on loans.
