M&T Bank Military Rd, Niagara Falls

I came here on July 11 to open new accounts and Cathy Drake was my banker. She did a great job and it was a pleasure to be there. Cathy also took the extra time to make sure no detail or mistake was left out. Double checked everything and that made me feel really good especially since I live north of Toronto. Thanks again Cathy and M&T Bank Military Road Branch!

the ATM does not always have money. i have gone there sever times early on my way to work . and got the sorry this is temporally not working. even at 0830 am. also i went in to the bank once to and the customer service is slow.

Always speedy to help me and help explain what I need and how to get it. Never have had an issue yet with this bank. Never had to wait more then ten minutes in a line or to talk to a consultant about opening an account. Staff is very friendly.

I was on hold for an hour and a half so I decided to go to the bank in person and when I walked in no other customers were there and not one of the people who work there were on the phone so I don’t see how I was on hold for almost two hours if they weren’t even busy worst bank ever

The Reason I am leaving M&T is because of the slow service and staffing levels at their branches. Also because of multiple times their ATMs are out of Cash.

This bank is only good for people who need a local brick and mortar bank for withdrawing small amounts from the local ATM. NOT FOR TRAVELERS!! As soon as you leave town, your ATM card will not work. Their security system is so antiquated that it requires you to call in your detailed travel plans if you want to use the ATM. And even then, I have found that it often simply does not work.

The worst customer service that I’ve ever encountered! Before I even had a chance to be seated, Jackie, basically told me that I wouldn’t be able to open an account. After I was seated, she asked a couple of questions about the type of account that I was interested in, made a quick phone call and then asked why I didn’t want to open an account with the bank that I use for my personal banking. So, instead of her figuring out if/how she might be able to help me, she actually tried to discourage me from banking with M&T. Must be the melanin, sad!

Always short staffed. Often leaving people waiting for them to open the doors after their opening time because they are standing at the counter talking and laughing. Regularly tellers won’t have their drawers out and have to wait for them to get their money out.

The absolute worst customer service at the counter. No one ever offers to help. So much wasted time at this location. Many times had to walk out. Took all my money out of this location and went to Citizens Bank where the workers actually do their job well.

Terrible customer service. Do not walk away, run away! Nasty people without respect for customers.
