Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) N Military Rd, Niagara Falls

Not bad so far . I don't trust banks but have not had any issues. Better than key bank

BANK OF AMERICA NORTH MILITARY ROAD is a safer location to do banking. I like the improved security measures put in place. E. G. Armed security to procect customers and employees. It’s not easy money for a criminal to get in and out of. THANKS B OF A for caring about customer safety.

I made a withdraw from one of the drive thru ATM machines. I asked for 200 dollars; the machine gave me 140 dollars. Bank of America sucks at addressing claims over the phone. I've been placed on hold for over 35 minutes. Will visit the branch in person tomorrow. Let's see how it goes. If I don't get my 60 bucks back. I'll cancel all my accounts with B of A.

Fairly friendly staff. Line speed is generally quick. 2 drive thru ATMs and one inside. One of the drive thru machines seem to always issues. Both ATMs also now utilize the chip, swipe than reinsert (at least for BoA cards). Not the biggest lot, fills up quick during peak hours.

Seemed to be a bother to the teller to deposit my money. Line was longer than expected as other local branches have recently closed down.

The worst bank I have ever been to, Actually there were some fraud activity in my personal bank account and I have to be there ASAP. The activity was from amazon digital with different ID, I google it and I knew that was a fraud as I have not been using any of this website. For yours and mine surprise the guy in there, instead gave me a number and ask me to call for amazon to make sure and ask them to cancel? Is he even serious, he is not supposed to be in Bank of America customer handling as he is not experienced he don’t even claim that dispute, but he said he did. I was so unsatisfied that I called the customer service number the next day and asked if there was a claim we made from bank then they said no. I have to put the dispute from the call. I don’t recommend this bank to any people. The worst experience ever.

ATM limited to the amount it dispenses. Went into Branch. Cold reception from first teller. Asked to withdraw $5000. Puts disgusted look on face and sends me to other teller. Waited. To add insult to injury. Other teller has cold attitude. I do receive my amount. She says bye in cold voice. First teller probably can't count for five thousand dollars. She might get a coronary. Alerted manager about tellers and their reception. She too seems oblivious. Too bad the ATM can't provide large amounts tailored for a customer's daily withdrawal amount then I wouldn't have to deal with this nonsense. I think the tellers like dealing with a certain type of people. Say they were very warm and fuzzy to their type of people. Too bad it is being practised within a Bank of America location.

Worst bank tellers I have ever experienced. They are either lying to me or going against bank policy every single month. If I didn't have to pay my rent through them, I would never step foot in thier bank again.

There are mostly near to retire people working, have more experience with banking system. Fairly friendly Staff.

I dread having to go to the tellers, because they always seemed annoyed by me.
