Citizens Bank Niagara Falls Blvd, Niagara Falls

I always go to the Tops Citizens Bank down the road because they’re so nice and patient and polite, but when I come to this one it’s the total opposite. I only come to this one when I absolutely have to. I’ve had multiple experiences of just rude workers or workers that don’t want to do anything and make you feel bad for even coming in. I’ve come in for my job to do deposits and the manager(I think) gave me attitude about how he hates doing them. this time I came in and I walked up and the worker said “can’t you go somewhere else with those? it’s my last day and I really don’t want to do that. please just go.” like seriously?! I had to tell him the other one was closed (for lunch I guess) and he did them but with attitude. I shouldn’t feel bad for coming in to have them do their job. I know it’s his last day but he did not have to take it out on me.

The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help solve whatever problem you may have. I am really satisfied with this Bank.

You can deposit your check at just about any other branch except this one. Unfortunately the people work here are terribly ineffective. I’ve had my account with Citizens for 10 years now, so the system has my maiden name and my new legal name. Depositing a check with either name was never a problem before. This branch however couldn’t figure out how to check for the maiden name. I had to travel 5 miles to the next branch to deposit the check

Open a account 1 year ago and every time I deposit a check it takes 10 days or more to clear when they are Local checks,I dont understand , I can go to this bank where this check is from and cash the same day,why it takes citizens 10 to 14 days is total b.s!!@ so they can charge fees and get interest is all,B.S

Citizens bank is a good bank to deal with however this particular location is absolutely terrible. First off the atm never works properly, either you can not make a deposit or you can not with draw funds. Additionally the female manager of the bank is completely unprofessional. I visited the bank with my girlfriend who is a bit younger than myself and she had made an inappropriate comment to another bank employee about how disgusted she was with the relationship. I like the bank itself so I have since switched to the location in Tonawanda.

Manager was Rude and Unkowlegable He pushed me out the Door like I was taking too much his time. Also Overdraft Fees are Very Unreasonable they tripple them after 5 days

This is the best bank in the area with the friendliest workers. Only getting 4 stars though because their ATM is still the same one from the 90s and is a total piece of junk. Always broken, or very slow time to upgrade Citizens!

Seriously seriously you want to know why I only gave them one star.?? The bankers have no idea what's going on. Seriously perhaps we should go to a One world Bank

30 years a member at that location and refused to cash my personal check from that back , drivers license exp. 3 days
