Had not one, but two excellent experiences here! The first, Tyler helped me find a great Nissan Altima that I am super happy with. He even called in periodically to make sure the car is still treating me well - it most definitely is! I felt he really listened to what I was looking for and didn't rush or pressure me into buying a car, which is how I have felt at other dealers. On top of that, he got his manager involved in order to get me the best deal financially despite me not having a down payment or exceptional credit score. The second, Tyler assisted my wife and I buying a truck - once again, he really listened to what we wanted and was not pushing us into buying something. We found the right truck, and once again they were very flexible with financing and got us a great deal! Overall very impressed, highly recommend, and hope I never have to buy a car anywhere else!

Great service. Customer service very pleasant and polite. However it will be very very helpful if you would have a gym a small gym so that a customer saw a weekend for a long time and at least workout instead of sitting. Some of us just walk around trying to get some exercise but a gym would be really beneficial. Keep up the good work.

We have purchased 2 new cars from Newton Nissan South. We have always had a great experience until issues with our new Sentra. It shouldn't be a big deal to get fixed but so far we have been made to feel foolish everytime we have mentioned the issue at routine services. Our remote start will not work consistently. It is not that hard to lock the door and then press the start button using the key fob but one time the car starts and the next time i won't Everytime we go we are told the tech tried it and it works fine. We have asked members of our families and friends try. One time it works then the next it won't. It is not that big a deal but good grief why would we spend time making up stories about a key fob.

NEVER TRADE YOUR CAR IN HERE! I had a brand new 2022 Rogue SV (less than 500 miles on it) Perfect condition, paid $35K for it last week and they had the audacity to offer me $25K for it!! When you hear about SLIMEY dealers, this is what comes to mind! BEWARE!

I understand that you bought your brand-new Rogue very recently out of state, and that you've been working with our team over the phone to trade it in for a different color. When our team put together numbers, it was based on the value of the vehicle when you bought it. They investigated the original invoice and found it's MSRP was $30,540, which is why we valued it at $25,000 based on the depreciation that happens after a new car leaves the lot. We are very sorry that the dealership you bought it from marked it $5,000 over MSRP. That is not how we do business at our store, but we cannot match such an inflated price. Son traded a 2017 Nissan Sentra he purchased from Newton Nissan new for a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sahara for his son for his 16 year old sons first auto mobile in 30 days the radiator went out not covered under his warranty sent a long email of repairs needed Brakes all around Brake fluids Bleed the brakes Thermostat Radiator Compressor no air I ask why they knowingly put this car on the lot if they knew what was wrong with it no good answer but will charge 849.00 for radiator and thermostat that’s with the discount they got a car for an even swap that never was worked on and had 30,000 miles still new condition I will let this review speak for it’s self

The Jeep Sahara is a much older vehicle, with many more miles on it, and therefore it was sold "as-is," which is disclosed in the paperwork at the time of purchase. Your son very smartly bought a warranty to cover most repairs; however, the radiator is not covered, as you noted. Our team is working hard to help resolve this issues at a reduced repair rate, and we will do all we can to help. I worked with Ron on closing the deal on my 2021 Rogue Sport. Topher and the other staff members were absolutely wonderful as well. Everyone was helpful and friendly to me and my 5 year old daughter that accompanied me. Ron kept her occupied while I cleaned out my old car and other staff stopped by to drop off fruit snacks while Topher kept her occupied with a coloring book. That made it easy and less stressful not having to worry about her when working out purchasing the vehicle and signing all of the paperwork! We (mom and me) went to buy a new 2020 Altima. The experience was terrific. The sales people were very professional and respectful of Mom's needs. They took excellent care of her. She is 75+ years old, and very particular but fragile. First off Adam, Salesman was excellent. He was very thorough and patient. We are a straight forward no haggle type shopper and he took that in stride. He was willing to work with us on our requests. Now, he wanted to introduce us to his sales manager which was fine but his sales manager was an absolute jerk. He wouldnt work with us at all. He wanted our personal data added to system to even speak with us regarding final cost which we had explained to Adam wasnt going to happen. He then told us since we wouldnt comply the cost for us was sticker plus all the fees associated with. We politely told Adam thank you and left. If you want a great salesman ask for Adam. If you want a no hassle process go somewhere else.

My family & I have been getting cars from Nissan for a long time. Here recently though, I had my first negative experience. I’ve been thinking about trading my car, so of course, I went to them first, seeing what they’d offer for it. Now, they’d been advertising on FB that they were giving $2,000 over KBB estimates & since KBB said mine was worth about $16,000, at the time, I was excited to hear about this. They messaged me, offering $14,000. However, when I made a trip to the dealership, they brought out the paperwork with about $13,000 on it for the trade. Long story short, we basically had to argue with them about not only their false advertising, but the fact that they didn’t want to give us the, in my opinion, low $14,000 they initially offered. They kept saying car values change constantly, blah blah blah, but when you claim to offer $2,000 over KBB, that’s what people expect. Period. Later on, I went on the Nissan website, using THEIR OWN appraisal tool & it said mine was worth $15,500-16,000 as well. As if all this back & forth, lowballing, false advertisement wasn’t bad enough, they never even mentioned that the $14,000 offer was for my car as is, unseen…. They wasted days of my time when they could’ve just said that from the get go. So they just wanted to stick to that number, instead of simply saying, “just stop by one day & we’ll get a better appraisal done for you.” Even when I did though, they kept trying to find reasons not to give me what my car was worth. I’m done. After all these years & all this time, this one horrible experience was enough to make me never go back. By the way, KBB says my car is now worth $18,000 & I got an offer from carmax for $18,200. Don’t just accept whatever a dealership tells you. I’ll probably sell it & get a beautiful Mazda! :)

I had never bought a vehicle through a dealership before, and I have been working on bringing my credit score up. I had been seeing ads on Facebook for specials at Newton Nissan South, and this month I gave it a shot. I knew I wanted a Pathfinder or something close to it. I have 2 used Nissan vehicles, and used to work in their call center a long time ago, so I am very familiar with the brand and how they strive for excellence in sales, service, and care for their customers. A text within 24 hours of confirmation of my appointment to let me know who to ask for helped me not feel like I would wait around for a long time and the conversation ended with "I will try my best!" When I arrived and asked for my sales associate, Elizabeth Daniels, she came to greet me and we sat down to discuss what I was wanting and I provided my papers to see about approval. She then picked out a vehicle based upon what I really wanted (3 row seating, heated seats, any color except yellow and red), and I was surprised with the amount of features and how new the vehicle was (2018 Infiniti QX60). Elizabeth was so friendly and identified with me the whole visit, it felt like I had a friend. Remember, I have rough credit, and I was almost betting about being denied. After the road trip, she went to the finance department and provided all the paperwork they needed to get approval... and she came back with the biggest smile on her face! We worked out the details and I got approved!! I had a schedule to keep that evening, so she made sure that I could try to keep from being too late and took care of details as I waited. Once I signed the agreement, she waited for me and expressed her happiness, which was very genuine. She even called me 2 days later, making sure that I was satisfied and that my children were enjoying our new vehicle as well. She is DEFINITELY a wonderful person and she loves helping out her customers!! Thank you Newton Nissan South for the wonderful experience and for doing everything you could to get me financed!! I definitely will send people your way and I'll get another vehicle from you when I'm ready to trade up my Titan!!

Sales guy (Joseph Nichols) went way above & beyond to over-deliver. We are very happy with purchase & experience. First, he sent a video of the car we were interested in, which was a nice touch. Then when the first car fell through due to an accident, he was able replace it with newer model at a good price (even letting us choose the color we wanted out of 3 cars). Then, he personally delivered it directly to the house, which was many miles away. Very good communication throughout process. Would highly recommend!!

Purchased a new Nissan Armada several months ago. Recently had a routine oil change, tire rotation as well as having some minor issues fixed. I was able to call and get an appointment in a few days and had the service and repairs fixed within a few hours. Waiting area and restrooms are clean, several different options for seating as well as snacks and water/coffee, free WiFi, charging areas for electronics.

Everything was fine, EXCEPT for the video playing on the TV in the waiting room. It was a go-pro style mountain bike race video. About 30 minutes of wind noise and other sounds the bicyclist would hear. It was irritating at best. The visual part was ok and it could be ignored if not interested, but the sound could not be ignored. Not a pleasant atmosphere for those of us held captive until our service was complete. Let me add that I have a knee injury that prevented me from moving around a lot and there were not many places to sit out of hearing range of that TV. I would rather.listen to commercials than that video.

My introduction to Newton Nissan South began with Chris Milliken in internet sales. The progression from that initial interaction to the purchase of my 2021 Titan Platinum Reserve was completely seamless. Chris was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Let me start off by saying this is by far the absolute best dealership in all of Tennessee! Our salesman, Tyler, was such a pleasure to work with! He was so friendly & no pushy sales tactics which is hard to come by at car dealerships nowadays. We previously used another Nissan dealership in Nashville for our last 2 vehicle purchases & it was never a good experience, they had pushy salesmen & didn’t care about you as a person, we were only dollar signs to them & it showed! Be careful when terminating a lease early with this dealership.. even if you purchase from them the same day you turn in your lease. I was shocked to learn that I had been turned over to collections on a leased vehicle I hadn't owned in over a year. I spoke with three managers in regards to this issue.. finance, sales and general, and was promised by each of them that they would handle the situation, and/or call me back. Not one of them did. Also, the finance company charged me for items they say weren't with the leased vehicle. Except when I turned the lease into the dealership, those items were very much present and accounted for. Ultimately, after numerous calls and emails, the situation was resolved. The collection agency stopped pursuing the issue, but there is still a negative mark on my credit due to the late payments thanks to Newton Nissan South. My husband and I purchased two vehicles from this dealership, but I will never do business with them again. Edit: I had the opportunity to have an open conversation with the owner in regards to my experience with this dealership. Mr. Castro reached out to me almost immediately after this review was posted, and was very understanding, apologetic and helpful. In light of my positive interaction with him, I have revised my review.

When my family and I care in we were greeted by the receptionist. We sat down and waited to meet with Dustin. He was the most professional and up front salesman I’ve ever worked with. He was very detailed oriented. He was also very knowledgeable of the Nissan car that we ended up choosing. The sales manager was a nice guy. The maintenance guy was really nice and told us services that is offered. Dustin was there pretty much every step until we got to the financial guy. He was very nice as well. Dustin was with us when we transferred our belongings to the new vehicle. Overall it was a good experience better than our previous experiences at other dealerships. In the future we plan to come back to purchase another vehicle.

Newton Nissan is hands down the best Nissan dealership I've been to. From the minute I arrived in till I was off the lot I was treated like a guest in my best friends home. Dalton was my salesman he did an amazing job listening to my needs and helping with my vehicle choice. I was very taken back with the atmosphere of Newton Nissan South. Typically at car dealerships the employees hover and make you feel pressured. Instead Houston really took time just to ask me what I liked and didn’t like. If I had a question about something cosmetic or mechanical about the car he was very quick to answer and very knowledgeable. Also, Nate was so easy to communicate with about the financial aspect. He explained everything in simple terms and really made me feel like what I was buying was worth it and a solid purchase. I highly recommend Newton Nissan South for any purchase.

Aside from one somewhat big negative (in my opinion), something that we believe really made this dealership great is how kid friendly it was. There were complimentary snacks (more than just one item) as well as your typical free water, but they also had a great little play area for kids. The receptionist was very sweet and with everyone we saw, there wasn’t a single person who made us feel like our kids (1.5yo and 3yo) were too loud or in the way. We drove 1.5 hrs to this dealership to purchase the truck my husband wanted and the dealership itself definitely didn’t let us down. NEGATIVE - they did not fill up the truck with gas before we drove away with it. We have purchased multiple vehicles in the past from a variety of dealerships, and every single time we have had a full tank of gas in our new vehicle. This was frustrating, especially as I said, we had an hour and a half drive home, and is a major downer in my opinion considering it was a very nice dealership. Maybe it was just us? Everyone I have mentioned this to has also said in their car buying experience they have also always received a full tank of gas or complimentary gas card. Still satisfied, just kinda took away from making it “an awesome experience”.

All of the people in the service department were very helpful and professional. The waiting area was really nice but could have used more chairs. It was pretty crowded and some people had to stand. I love Newton Nissan and will continue to drive to Shelbyville to get my car serviced.

My wife and I bought a 2014 Nissan Versa Note in July. The salesman, Ron, was absolutely wonderful. After getting it home, we noticed the car would shake at 60MPH. We didn't notice it during the test drive because we didn't get up to that speed. We tried getting the tires balanced and replaced a rim that was a little iffy and it still shook. We took the Versa back to the dealership. David and the service team went above and beyond to make sure the problem was corrected with no additional cost. To say we are satisfied is an understatement. In the future, we will buy all of our vehicles from Newton Nissan South. We can't thank you all enough!

If you live in Middle Tennessee, Steer clear/Beware of NEWTON NISSAN SOUTH, in Shelbyville TN, for ANY service needs. On 6/15/22, went in for a new battery, since corrosion kept appearing on the posts/terminal. 18 Nissan Altima. Replacing original battery. In @ 9:05, out @ 11:30. Supposedly replaced battery, 999M1-ND35C. Total charge $238.63, which included $24.49 in SHOP SUPPLIES (for what, I have no idea. Battery in, Battery out, what supplies were needed)??????? Got home, out of curiosity, popped the good to check out the new battery, and WHAT DO WE FIND???????????? THE ORIGNAL F'ING BATTERY FROM 2018 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't believe this, period. I immediately wrote the owner and told him what happened (I wrote the owner first, because I knew the GM and service manager would try to make some excuse for why they didn't replace the battery after two and a half hours). The owner of the dealership called and simply said he didn't have any explanation of why this happened. I told him he was going to refund our $238.63 IMMEDIATELY, and that we would NEVER EVER EVER do business with them ever again, or take any vehicles to their dealer for service again. Owner's response, "Well, I can't blame you there". Refund received, but never any followup for WHY they charged a customer $238.63, and didn't do the job. The S/O was assigned a tech, and it was started right there on the invoice. REPLACED BATTERY. Had we not immediately looked under the hood, we would not have known until what might have been months later. Steer Clear of Newton Nissan South, in Shelbyville, TN ****************** ADDITIONAL RESPONSE TO DEALER*********** But here's the problem, YOU NEVER EXPLAINED WHY THE BATTERY WAS NEVER INSTALLED! Yet you had no problem closing the service order, invoicing it, billing her for $238.63! Your Tech 32111 stated they DID replace the battery. Had their been a situation where you'd determined she DID NOT need a new battery and there was no need for it to be replaced at this time, that would have been ok. Unfortunately, this was NOT the case, you billed and took money for services that WERE not performed. This is highly unethical and surely an integrity issue on the part of the dealership. It clearly makes you wonder if such routine maintenance such as oil changes are even done properly. It's truly sad when you can't trust a dealership any longer. Unfortunately, this has cost your dealership future revenue in maintenance, and in future sales of vehicle upgrades. If we had not caught this issue, and brought it to your attention, there is no telling how long this would have continued with us, or any other customers of yours. We will certainly pass this experience on to friends and work associates.

Our salesman, Adam Neideraur was amazing!!! We were looking for a new car because mine was totaled in an accident. We stopped by just to look because we were trying to decide what we wanted. Don't get me wrong. They were friendly. But second time I've called ahead and asked how long for a simple oil change. 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Get here. They say the same thing. Next thing I know, I'm sitting here for 3 hours plus!!! I get if they are busy. But don't lie about how long it is gonna take. 3 hours is an insane time for an oil change! I wouldn't have even brought it if I didn't have a coupon. I usually do it myself but thought I'd save myself a mess. Guess I'm just gonna continue to go back to doing it myself. Even if it cost more in the long run

I contacted this dealership about a Titan back in mid May, at the time I could not get approved with what I had for a down payment but mentioned I would have a significant amount early June. I contacted 3 other Nissan dealerships since I had purchased 2 cars from Nissan before. 2 of the others (Manchester and Murfreesboro Nissan) never bothered to call me back and let me know I wasn't approved. Nashville got me approved for an older Titan, which was fine, but also wasn't super ideal as it had high mileage for the year. Well 2 days after they approved me Luis from Newton Nissan calls me to follow up from where we had spoke back in May (After being ignored by the other dealerships, this came as a huge shock) and wanted to know if I was still looking for a Titan. Explained the situation and he made some Magic happened and got me approved for a 2021 model and even let me put some money down to hold it until I have the full down payment this Thursday. The whole team over at Newton has made this a very pleasant experience and by far the best experience I have had with a dealership. Luis also didn't try to pressure me into something I didn't want like Murfreesboro did when I originally bought a car from Nissan. I will never buy from another Nissan other than Newton going forward. We will be purchasing another vehicle in July and I only hope we can find the make and model we want with Newton.

First, I have to say.. as someone who has been a customer of Newton for a few years now... I say, you have some of the best teams when it comes to car selling and customer service. This time is no exception either. We just got a jeep from Newton Gallatin not just two weeks prior, and had the best sales man ever... Matt Jenkins... As I was lookigng around at Newton Gallatin, I remembered you had Newton South, so I looked at this location also.. and to my suprise you had a sinlge pre-owned jeep . a little neglected by its former owner. So, I reached out to Matt about it. He sent my contact info to a rep at Newton South, and he reched out to me. His name is Ryan Donegan. Again, a superb , friendly and out standing professional. Not only did this man reach out to me, he also came in and met with me on his day off from work. Something he sure didn't have to do. But, I absolutely appreciated it. Went in for an oil change. Bout my car brand new and got free oil changes for 2 years. I was a week late and they still have me a free oil change. You can’t find great service like that. It was even washed when they got done

I'm in NM and my wife is in VA and we found what we hoped was our dream car in Shelbyville TN! Purchasing a car sight unseen is a nerve wracking experience but the Newton team came through for us - standard maintenance + a recall service and then a great detailing and lots of pictures and questions answered and we did the transaction with confidence that the car was all they said. If I could leave less than 1 star I would! I am very disgusted in the way I was lied to by the salesman at Newton Nissan South. I bought a used Rogue which had a shimmy in the trans while getting up to highway speeds. The salesman explained that the dealership would repair the problem free of charge to me. This was during the first of December, I couldn't get in to have the problem repaired due to the Christmas holidays and the fact that they were booked up, so it was January before I was able to get an appointment. I took the vehicle to the dealership and low and behold, the service manager stated that I would have to pay for the repairs. So I said no, and took the vehicle home, within the next week the transmission went out and I had the finance company come and pick it up after I explained how Newton Nissan South screwed me over. Now I have been receiving phone calls, and letters in the mail soliciting sale of other vehicles. I have asked repeatedly for them to remove my name out of their system and they seem to refuse to do so. The next phone call or correspondence by mail will be taken directly to an attorney. I'm tired of being harrassed by these people!

Went to Newton Nissan to find a car for my youngest daughter and talked to Liz Barnes she hooked me up with a nice car that i could afford. She was very nice and knowledgeable and I drove home with a nice 2014 Sentra. My oldest daughter liked what i had gotten we went back the next day and spoke with Jessica Newcomb and well walked out with a 2013 Altama. Two cars in two days. I bought a used car from them, after buying the car I find out that they done work on the adominor and the owner before us said the miles it showed was less than it actually should have.. after requesting the car fax we found out it was true and they never put a sticker on the door showing the adominor was changed out or turned it into car fax... so be careful with this place.. cause now I have a car that we don't even know the actual miles and they don't make things right when they do wrong was offered 2000 too keep quiet but didn't take and still haven't got them too do anything for their wrong doing... After posting this the co owner contact me within 24 hours and he did everything he could to make things right with what happened.. thank u Mike for making things right... very pleased with our talk. So if something happens don't give up cause he will make it right if he knows of the situation..

Only reason i'll return is that we have a warranty with you all. Nicole in service has been beyond wonderful to us, but we are equally upset and disheartened with our purchase. Since November, our Pathfinder has been in to get worked on no less than 6 times; why are we paying for something that requires this amount of maintenance? We are purchasing another vehicle this Summer, but will not be coming to Newton for it. Very disappointed and will be steering others away from your dealership. Edit: Brought it in AGAIN......transmission....AGAIN. I expect this to be the last time, but am not hopeful. Fortunately, my Ford's run better.

I felt like I was the only customer the minute I walked into the doors! Everyone was courteous and I didn’t get left hanging around waiting or having to ask for assistance. If anyone reads reviews please read this. Me and my husband wanted a certain used truck at a Newton dealership. We arrived to another New vehicle in front for us to look at not the one we wanted, was told we could probably get the new one around the same price as the used we wanted. Ok, I understand they trying to sell the newer ones but I didn’t understand why they didn’t bring the used one up also. We go inside and we’re taken to his office and he proceeds to tell us about the new vehicle, I’m confused so he leaves to get the numbers for us to see. New one was in the 60s to finance, the used vehicle we wanted was 26 thousand. Now keep in mind I’m trading so I have negative to make up for, which I was prepared for. Still confused I asked what was wrong with us getting the used truck that is the one we wanted. He got up and said he will go get the numbers. Came back with the paper for it and showed us the best they could do, I would have to put down 13 thousand, payment 502 he said now I know that’s out of the question flipped it over and slid it out of the way and pulled the new one back over. We said we can’t afford the new one and we apologized for wasting his time and stood up to leave, he sat in his chair the whole time never said a word to our apology or us leaving his office just sat there staring at us. I was so relieved to leave that uncomfortable place, I cried when we got to the car from his attitude, Demeanor, and how we were treated. I left went straight to Newton Nissan South still crying went straight to Luis Jimenez, he helped me get into a vehicle once and I remembered how great he was. I told him we will just look for something there, Luis informed me they could bring the truck there and do the sale. Luis then proceeded to Tim Green a sales manager and told him what happened and he came to personally assure me I would be treated with respect and they would do everything they can to get me in the used vehicle we wanted to begin with, as Tim is doing his job I told Luis we have not even got to see the vehicle in person yet. Luis was shocked and jumped up and said he would take care of that, he went to the other dealership and got the truck and brought it to us to test drive and finally see in person. It was exactly what we wanted, they took it back had it inspected cleaned and a tank of gas while we waited for Tim to get us numbers. The feeling of happiness that they were getting the truck ready for us, the confidence they had in us that we were driving away in the truck we wanted was GREAT! Tim come back with the numbers I needed 10 thousand down my gap from previous vehicle refunded 1 thousand so I needed 9 thousand down and my payment was 503. They didn’t dismiss me and try to put me in a new vehicle, they asked how you want to proceed, I ran to the bank and got a cashiers check is how I proceeded. Luis Jimenez and Tim Green showed me the upmost respect and help and did their jobs the way it should be done. They didn’t judge us and dismiss us. We got the truck we wanted and ONLY because of Luis Jimenez and Tim Green at Newton Nissan South!!

Newton Nissan South does an impressive Jekyll and Hyde to their customers. When you purchase the vehicle they are professional and courteous. But when there is a problem their shady and deceptive practices are borderline dealership fraud. We recently purchased a used vehicle from their lot. The vehicle visually and mechanically drove and felt great. I specifically asked the sales rep Tori if there was anything wrong with the vehicle and she stated it was in great working condition. The price was fair and we even purchased an extended warranty to cover any issues we had after the purchase. Within 24hrs and less than 100 miles driven on the vehicle the check engine light had come on. When inspected by a family mechanic it was discovered the vehicle had a blown head gasket. This was only discovered because they had changed the oil prior to the sale but upon inspecting the radiator the coolant was mixed with oil to the top of the cap. This is an estimated $1000-2000 repair. On top of the $3300 extended warranty they sold us does not take effect until after 30 days and 1000 miles have been put on the vehicle. To make matters worse it may not even cover it regardless because the warranty only covers "internally lubricated parts" and gaskets are only covered when "required by a covered part". During this time frame the dealership had contacted us and advised they needed proof of address for the loan to process. When we advised them of the head gasket and also advised them we would not provide the requested information to the bank until we discussed how they wanted to handle this. Sale rep Tori stated she would speak with a manager. Forty five minutes later I received a call from a sales manager who advised they pulled the credit report and submitted it to the bank to push the loan through regardless. To put that into perspective they pulled information we refused to provide them to push a loan to close full well knowing the vehicle had a critical fault. When asked how their professional mechanics that charge $150 an hour to work on vehicles missed a blown head gasket when they changed the oil on this vehicle prior to sale. The sales manager did not have a response only stating they would have just sent it to auction. The only thing he would offer is a 50% discount on their hourly rate to repair it with a 10% markup on parts cost. He stated he would get back with me to see what can be done but has not returned my calls in two days. I contacted Nissan Corporate and filed a formal complaint. I am pending their response. I contacted them today to get a quote on how much they would charge to fix it. I was placed on hold by a sales manager who was checking what they could do and the line disconnected. I called back and was transferred to the service department and left a voicemail to call back. I did receive a call back from the service department this gentleman was actually helpful took my contact information and stated he would call back with the quote. But the unsettling part is he seemed very surprised that the sales manager had offered me a 50% discount on labor. I am still waiting for that response. In all this has been a horrible experience. The sad part is I would have purchased another vehicle from them. Because I understand that things happen. But the fact that they went behind our back and pushed the loan through anyway is a disgusting way to treat their customers. You can hide behind the "As is" part of the contract all you want. But just because you can do something doesn't mean it is right. This is pennies for you but the extra expense of this repair is devastating to my household. So take my experience as a warning. Take what they tell you with a grain of salt and demand they provide you some warranty of their own before any sale they offer. As it stands right now this one star rating is very well earned for them. If they for some reason have a change of heart and decide to go good for this I'll update it.

Scheduled an appointment in advanced to get my first free oil change. Drove an hour to get there only to find out it would be a 2 - 3 hour wait due to several employees calling out. I wasn't notified in advance of the excessive wait by any of the workers, and was even asked if I could come back at a later time after driving an hour to get there! I then requested a schedule change for the following week at noon with one of the service tech. Today I called to see if I could change my time to an earlier time, and the lady I spoke with couldn't even find my reservation! That is unacceptable, and highly dissatisfied with their service!!

Had a good experience with the sales team! Chris miller was very professional and worked hard to help us out! The service manager was very transparent and honest with us which I personally really like to see. I work at a dealership so I know how it is. Also Joel in finance was awesome as well, very friendly.
