I went in last month to get another vehicle since I totaled. Thomas Young was so kind and very helpful. I saw 3 different vehicles online that I was interested in 2 of them was at the Ford lot but the other was at Newton Nissan. And Thomas was kind enough to pick the other vehicle up so I could look at it and I instantly fell in love with. Thanks to Thomas I walked away with 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. It is exactly what I needed. If I need another vehicle again I will definitely be back to do business. Highly recommend

Newton Ford South was excellent on communication and willingness to help. My 16 year old daughter wrecked her first car and I spent about 6 weeks in a TERRIBLE used car market looking for her a cheap/dependable replacement (and those 2 words don't often go together in current used car market). I was floored at how many dealerships - both the big name ones and the little local used car dealers - never even bothered to respond when I called/messaged to get details on various cars. Newton Ford South - Brian (manager) and Chase (salesperson) in particular - responded immediately to my texts. The Altima I was interested in had just been traded so pics weren't online yet but Chase checked on it, sent me video/pics of it, answered several other questions, drove it, and even had roughly agreed upon price before I left work early and drove 30 minutes out of town to test drive and check on it. Unfortunately for me the car wasn't quite as good as I hoped. Most of that was just minor issues (very much expected in the price range I was looking) and fact that they hadn't had time to do a full detail on it yet since it had just been traded. My only real complaint is when I first got in and rolled windows down the driver side window would never roll back up - I think an electrical switch problem. I would have hoped that their quick inspection would have at least verified things like windows rolling up and down/switches working etc... That's only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Brian and Chase offered to get that and other minor things fixed and even followed up the next day to say it was being taken care of. We ended up buying somewhere else but I definitely feel comfortable recommending Brian, Chase, and Newton Ford South due to how helpful and responsive they were. Good experience.

I'd give 0 if I can. I went in looking for a car under a specific price range since I felt I don't need to spend more than what I decided for a car. Sales man laughed and looked down on me. While looking at a car in my range my dad asked about a suv that his gf would be interested in. Sales man once again laughed and said you are not able to afford that. Very unprofessional of that young salesmen to act that way. I'll happily take my business to another dealer where respect is treated. Just because I got pre-approval by ascend for 65k doesn't mean I need to spend it all.

Very good experience. I'm not a youngster and bought many cars over the years but never like this transaction. I found a car on line and sent a message on Sunday when they were closed. The Internet Manager, Brian Hosier responded quickly, and got back to me Monday to answer all of my questions. He got the sales person Ken Smith involved. By Friday my new toy was delivered to me. Did I mention I never went to TN from GA? They made it easy. I never bought a car this was (not seeing it or driving it) but I was very comfortable as they were responsive and gave me all the information I requested. And, it was a good deal! Thanks.

I went to look at one of the new ford maverick they had a bigger one than what I was originally looking for. he explained the vehicle to me in terms I could understand. never pressured me to buy more than I needed. They really helped me buy out my vehicle at the end of my lease when dealers in Murfreesboro (Ford of Murfreesboro) wanted to charge me ridiculous amounts for a non required inspection and warranty. If you're in the same position and don't want to be extorted, drive South and ask for Lisa Cook and you'll get a fair deal and great service. Dealt with quickly and as a human being not an open wallet.

We were so pleased with our experience tonight! Our salesman Thomas Young was amazing! During our test drive the school called and we needed to pick our 3 children up immediately (missed the bus). He was happy to ride with us in the car we we're testing! He also kept them entertained while we completed all paperwork! This was really a great experience all around. Even if I would not have left with a vehicle today, I would be leaving a nice review! Hope to do business with you again soon!

Friendly enough staff although this makes week-5 of not having my 2018 F150 due to transmission and cam phaser problems (6-weeks total, 5-weeks continuously - and counting). Ford will not commit to a timeline when a new transmission will be shipped. Replacement of a truck under warranty with an EcoSport car is not acceptable for this length of time.

I was in an accident and my vehicle was totaled, so I was not excited to be car shopping at that moment. I met with Chase Carter at Newton Ford and his patience and understanding made the whole processes so much better. I was able to get a new 2021 Nissan Versa and I love it, Chase was great to work with and it was overall a great experience despite my circumstances. I will defiantly go back next time I am looking for a new vehicle!

Purchased 2 vehicles here before - looking at getting another due to previous good experience. Looking at a Bronco I was quoted 20K over sticker price - sticker is ~45K and they were charging me close to 65K. Vehicle was marked up almost 50% from sticker! This price gouging should be illegal. Stay away from Newton, and stay away from Newton's internet sales Brian H. who was rude and insulting, but perfectly fine with me paying 20K over sticker.
