Jovanny Garcia helped me get a new car in ONE day, when I was SO out of luck! Thank you so so much for the help! I don’t know what I would’ve done without Heritage! Highly recommend!!

I've always had a great experience with my bank but tonight I checked my balance and a bill I had scheduled overdrew my account. I had 3 $25 fees and I called and apologized and wanted to see if I could get the fees back. The lady was extremely rude and said it would be the one and only time I can get them back and it will never happen again. I had money in my savings but they didn't pull from that. But she was extremely rude like it was her money she was having to give back to me. I will be closing my account when I come back home.

I've been banking here for over 20 years. I've always had very nice professional service. When they upgraded the mobile app, I had no clue how to set it up. I went to a teller and she was more than happy to help.

Friendly staff, good products, and convenient locations. Will give 5 stars once HSCCU adds Zelle to online banking and mobile application.

I am very happy with my experience at heritage south. I was able to finance my first vehicle with them. The process was quick and easy. Debbie Drewek made it as easy as it could be and I’m so excited with my new car.

I took 800+ dollar bills to deposit into my account the next morning somehow 200 dollars were withdrawn, i called and they told me the bank teller accidentally took 200 dollars out....you have to be careful in you make a deposit

LOVE MY BANK! Have been to several others and it was always one issue after another.. I will stay w/ them as long as the customer service stays the way it is! They always greet you and are very respectful.

Been a member for 16 years and always have been treated with excellent customer service, I stopped by the office in shelbyville to check on one of my accounts and was very disappointed with the customer service I received from Debbie. I wanted to make this review to let the bank beware of the situation. Because over all they have great staff that works there. I should of just requested for one of them. I hope no else gets the service I received from this person.

I have banked in many places, and known many staff and management. Today I experienced the most outstanding service from this amazing credit union that i joined about 10 months ago. I walked in to ask about an auto loan and Ms. Gabby one of the great personable tellers was speaking with i guess one of the loan officers, Jovanny Garcia. He had me in his office not only offering good advice but selling a repo auto that was exactly what i had planned to spend the week seeking. His attentiveness to detail and professional action made me decide to increase the money I hold in this credit union. Quick? The total process took less than two hours if that.did i mention he took lunch as i did while my mechanic went over the car. All in that 2 hours. I do and will HIGHLY recommend Heritage South credit union for your banking needs. Ask for Jovanny Garcia tell him Larry sent you. (Not that will mean any different treatment.😉) It couldn't get better.
