    I never write reviews, however I am so impressed with my experience purchasing from this dealership I have to share. Newton Motor Group is the easiest dealership I've ever worked with. Ask for Gabriel Stewart, he is the best! Very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all of our questions straight forward and didn’t try to hide anything about vehicles, unlike most lots. Will definitely go back for future purchases. Great service!!

    Manufacturer's recall repair for "roof-rail" airbags. I do not know what they did, but the headliner of my truck looked the same before and after the work was performed. So, I would say it was well done.

    I won’t be back !!!!! Broke my heart !!!! Driving something after waiting 13 years to buy a vehicle !!! I drive something I didn’t want and priced why higher and realize now !!! car sale is a car sale not about making someone happy with their purchase. Got make money!!!!     The salesperson listened to me and what I was looking for, and steered me in a direction I hadn't originally considered but ended up loving. They got me into the right vehicle for me, and at a much better price than I'd expected coming in. I never felt pressured into anything I didn't want.     I myself am a young individual-- I'm 25. So when I was in the market for a new car I went to a big dealer in Nashville. I was treated like a nieve pest that no one wanted to deal with. I was hurt, angry, and frustrated. I am a grandson of a GM Retiree, and I never in a million years expected to be dismissed like that. However, When I went I called Newton explained to them what happened they swooped into action to ensure that would never happen to me. I was pointed to Dominic who was extremely friendly, patient, and charismatic. He worked his fingers to the bone to get the car that I wanted. Barry and his team are absolutely wonderful, and currently trying to see if they can work with my mom to trade in both of her cars for a new one! I will always recommend if anyone who is in the market for a car to go to Newton!!

    Had an issue out of no where with my Silverado. Came in without appointment early in the morning. Super friendly staff helped me right away, informed me about the problem and gave me a loaner car. Great updates and communication with a quicker than expected completion time!     Coming from a GM family and a GM Retiree myself with 42 years service time including my wife as an active dedicated GM employee with over 24 years of service we had a very positive experience with Newton Chevrolet. I've been buying new cars all my life and i have to say that this dealership from the Certified Sales Representative Sam Simpkins, to the Sales Manager Brian Hosier who both kept in contact with me even though i had another Chevrolet Tahoe in mind through another dealership to just come in and see for myself that they weren't full of BS and truly treated me like family throughout the whole buying process in the least stressful way to buy a new vehicle I can imagine. And also to Dominic Janosek who went over all the no pressure details from financing to warranties. Lastly a special thanks to Justin George, the General Manager of Newton Chevrolet for extending his personal assistance to me and my wife to make sure we were treated right. We drove home in our beautiful brand new 2020 Chevrolet 4WD Tahoe Premier.     Was immediately waited on pulling into the service bay. Got greeted and asked about what was needed, was told the price for the work that was going to be done upfront. Service manager made sure the techs protected my car by using seat covers and floor mats. My vehicle took a little longer to be ready then what I was told, not a big deal. Waiting area kind of cramped, no cream or sugar for coffee, and sales people kept walking like they were trying to find someone to trade their car. I noticed my vehicle sitting outside the service bay for 15 mins so I went and seen if it was ready and it was I just never got told it was. Service was great and my vehicle got what it needed just wish it could have been run through a wash before being given back to me like most other dealers I've been too.

    I called right at closing time and got a quote on a truck I hadn’t even seen yet. The staff was great. I had two working to get the info I needed and to get me a price within minutes. They answered all of my questions and got back with me ASAP! I was very surprised that they even wanted to deal after hours but they did!! When I finally got to test drive my husband wasn’t with me and they sent me home with it.!! Everyone was extremely nice and made sure all of my questions were answered. At least three of the staff stopped in to make sure I didn’t need anything. We went back and purchased exactly what I wanted!! Thanks to everyone! It was an awesome experience! The best one I have had when purchasing a new vehicle!! Highly recommend Newton!!

    My wife and I are very pleased with our new Tahoe. Our entire purchasing experience was wonderful and quick.     I am changing my rating due to the immediate response from Joey at Newton. Not only did he explain things to me he made it right, which mrant a lot. Thank you Joey for being fair and honest. I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation and a 40,000 mile check. I asked what was due for a 2019 GMC Terrain and was told break fluid exchange and the normal oil change. I even asked if the brake fluid exchange was needed and what is was and he made it sound necessary. After I left I looked at my owners manual so I would know what to expect at my next maintenance check and saw that not only was this brake fluid exchange not needed, it was never on the routine maintenance schedule. I lost my husband 10 months ago who normally took care of our cars and I now provide for my children on my own on a very limited income. I feel like I was taken advantage of and flat out lied to. This service cost $200 which is equivalent to a week of groceries for my family and now have to work extra hours to cover the cost of something I didn't even need. I bought 2 cars from Newton in the last 3 years as well as used them for service check ups. I thought I could trust this facility but I now know better. I feel like someone stole $200 of my hard earned money. I didn't like that my receipt said customer asked for this service, which considering I didn't even know what it was, was obviously a lie by your service man.

    This is a great dealership and takes care of its customers.We we’re in the market and they really took care of us and made us feel right at home.I drove almost 2 hours to do business with Drew Hayes the salesman and the lady in back Debra Moyer was really nice as well.The finance dept gentleman Dominic was easy to deal with and I left a happy customer.Came back to get treatment done on my new interior and exterior for additional three year warranty,it went great and Debra was nice and got me a 2020 loaner car to get some food everything was nice and pleasant.Great Place to do business with.     To put it simply I had a fantastic experience here. During my time scrounging for best deals other dealerships fell short and seemed solely self interested and dismissive (which I get they are a business), but here was not the case. Any and all of my questions were respectfully and directly answered. Their no Bs and understanding additude felt like I was being guided by a mentor to make the best decision. I can't say enough about the good humor, sound advice, and abundant expertise given by Mr. Lee.     I bought a 2018 chevy 1500 from this place a month ago. When i bought it the front two tires were pointing inwards. I brought it up to the salesman and he said to bring it back in a week, so i did, they replaced 2 upper control arms and when i got it back it still wasn’t aligned and the tires were not rotated when i asked them to. (after the sales guy said they did) And i called them back and said “we can’t align it, the tires are to big” they said all this after they said they did it, so they lied. When i bought the truck they didn’t do a safety inspection on it, which is illegal by the way to sale a car without a safety inspection. and now, there pretty much saying it’s not there problem anymore, they want me to bring it back up there to align it again, after they said they couldn’t. when they replaced the upper control arms they said it cost $3,000 (which is a lie) i’m a mechanic myself and i know dam well it don’t cost that much for $3,000. Never will i go back and buy another vehicle.

I understand that you did bring your vehicle back on October 2nd, and we paid for both the replacement of the control arms and the alignment, which had to be done at the same time and were completed. We are sorry if there was any misinformation given to you. When we cover the cost of any work on a vehicle, we don't tell our customers the cost of the repairs. We do this so customers don't think they are responsible for the cost. For full transparency, this work would've only cost around $900, not $3,000. You were not responsible to pay that, as it is our policy to cover repairs that may have been missed during our inspection. We perform a safety inspection for every single vehicle, and we can assure you that an inspection was completed on your used Chevy. If you were misinformed by someone, please let us know so that we can make sure this doesn't happen again.     Helped my daughter purchase a keep grand Cherokee for pre auction line, they said as is as we saw but they said vehicle went through a SAFETY inspection prior to selling, Headlight on passenger side has issues immediately! When did the headlights not become a safety issue????headlights for these vehicles are VERY EXPENSIVE!!!!my daughter took it back and they said for 150.00they would look at it?!yea I wouldn’t recommend them.UPDATE!! Received a call from Justin George about my issues and they corrected them,a stand up guy!Maybe just miscommunication on both parts and it got taken care of so give them a try, nice people that do value their customers!!

    Drew, my sales rep, the Newton manager, and the accounting rep were all pleasant and professional. As a rule, I do not recommend a service or person, but I have told everyone I know that I was treated very well at Newton, that I would personally purchase or lease another vehicle from them.

    We had a great experience at Newton. Everyone there was amazing. They really catered to what I needed in a new car for my family. They asked what I wanted and what my price range was and found me cars that fit that. I was able to test drive a few cars before making a final decision. I left the same day with a car that I really love. It was a really great experience and would recommend anyone to go there and get a new or used car. Ask for Sam because he was awesome.

    Very good people to deal with. Had a lot of trouble with another dealership (I won't mention by name but they aren't far away from this dealer) and was sent here at the advice of GM and they did not disappoint.
