Quick, easy, and painless. Closed on our house in under an hour. We worked with Netco through Align Mortgage and had a great experience the whole way through.

The lady we interacted with was rude. She had no time for us it seemed. It was hard leading up to our closing because of various things with our builder. Netco just up and rescheduled us without calling us, our agent, or our mortgage company.

I am a local Realtor and needed some assistance in locating a survey for a client that closed with Netco in 2019. Jessica was so pleasant and helpful. My client was able to get what he needed in a matter of minutes. Thank you for top notch service.

Very unprofessional, Do not use this company at all cost, the lady that tried to do the closing was very rude and unprofessional, the type who was born poor and all of the sudden sees a little light, dress unprofessional, and have all the women in that office walk on egg shells. The lady working for her is more knowledgeable and more professional and prettier than her. She was very lucky that day I did not have time in my hand to put her where she belongs. I called her company to complain, and it turns out that no one cares about customers either, no wonder why she is acting the way she was. They will not give you your closing papers to review until the last minute, and they act like they don't have to do it. By law you have the right to review every single piece of paper before you sign anything. She is not a lawyer, not even a legal assistant but acts like she knows it all, when in fact she does not. Beware she will make you sign papers that you are not required to, but for the sake of her loosing business she will do it. Save your self your hard earned money and use another company that values you as a customer, and does not charge you hidden fees like these unprofessional get rich quick people. Pay attention to details, the next door real estate company is not there for no reason, it is there to make sure that they will team up against you. do not use them.

It was lucky to get 1 star. The only reason I didn't give it less is because you have to at least give one to rate it. This was not my first home so I know how the process goes. The closing agent was very rude and unprofessional. I am sorry if she has a personal relationship with the listing agent. She probably should have excused herself due to conflict of interest. She did not like that I was not happy with the seller's agent because he was unscrupulous and lied. When I try to get things clarified she got snotty and stood up and walked out of the room. I'm not even sure what happened but when I sell my home in the future I will make sure we do not close there. As a matter of fact I will advise anyone I know not to close there. If they're closing agent cannot be professional they will not be getting any money from me.

My aunt (86 y/o) purchased a home in August 2021, made a very large down payment at closing with NETCO only to receive EVICTION NOTICE in December 2021, and her purchased home was auctioned to an investment company. We were informed she will be loosing her home, she need to find a new house and in the meantime, we had to obtain expensive legal representation and await court dates while she is in medical distress. The closing went very smoothly. They had all the paperwork in order, all I had to do was initial where it was required and sign. They were very professional and thorough. I would higly recommend Netco Title for a smooth transaction.

I would give this a 1-star rating, but there are some good people who work here, unfortunately they did not work on my closing. My contact person would hardly ever respond to any of my emails. Only after I kept calling would I ever get a response. Overall just bad customer service by the person that was assigned to me. On a positive I did receive my money when the contract said I would.
