I asked the branch manager if he wanted repeat business and positive word of my mouth from me and he basically said, "no". He did say that he would be willing to allow me to take my business elsewhere. One of the biggest problems that I have had is just the way that the branch manager lies to me so effortlessly. It is a problem with this company because that kind of attitude filters down to every layer of the business. I called the company today and asked to schedule an appointment to look over my file and the branch manager told me that I did not have a file with his organization. This kind of lying is unacceptable. I asked the receptionist to schedule an appointment for me and she refused to do so. The general consensus here is that this company is run poorly.

We closed on our house more than 24 hrs ago, made a down payment, signed a stack of papers, and were not given keys to our home. We were only notified that we could pick keys up 10 minutes before the business closed, rushed over only to be given not keys but a garage opener that doesn't even work.

I buy properties in Bell and Coryell county. The seller chose this company and I agreed. Worst experience, still dont have it in my name, will never use them again. Ask around. If your realtor uses them, find a new realtor and a new title company. Monteith in Killeen should be avoided at all costs.

We closed on our 1st house at Monteith and more recently to sell our home. Brad had amazing patience and customer service during our process. He truly saved the day and eased a very stressful situation. Blessed to have gotten to work with him.

I had to use this title company for my closing since the seller agent has them already setup. I figured hey they must trust these guys and there good since it is his preferred choice. Oh how I was wrong. I will never do business with this company again. If it wasn't for my team and myself following up and getting things solved I would have been out $10,500, in earnest and option money. First they failed to coordinate anything to make the close happen, second they refused to use my preferred local real-estate notary then charged me $225 for theirs. Over priced under delivered that is the Monteith way NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Aaron H.

Rude, rushed us out of the office. Waited hours. Unprofessional. Our title company (Chicago Title) was A+++ felt like a valued client. Not here. Felt like a pest. Avoid this place.

I love Monteith Abstract and Title for all My closings. Ty is my personal friend and he got amazing staff Jennifer, Purvi, Hunter, Ellen, Brad, Shay and everyone there. They all are awesome and very helpful and resourceful. I Guarantee it.
