These people don't have to worry about getting my business. They showed the worst display of customer service I have ever seen. I went with a friend to pay off her car loan and we needed to get the lien release. There were four people helping the one person in front of us. We waited over 45 minutes. We didn't get an apology. When we voiced our displeasure, they didn't care. I would never allow these people to work for me. RIDICULOUS!! Oh, and it was enough for my friend to say she will move her accounts, and she has been there since 1998.

Recently some one got ahold of my husband's debit card info and racked up over 100.00 in Uber charges and the people at this CU caught it, confirmed with us they were NOT our charges and then proceeded to recover our funds by proceeding with fraud filings. I have NEVER had a bad experience in the more than 30 years we have been members here.

I usually do not get to do this a lot, but I could not help but take the time today to write this review and hopefully, save someone from having to experience what I could label the WORST customer service experience I have ever experienced dealing with these people. twice within the same week the level of rudeness was just too much. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS BRANCH. The Disrespect is just too much.
