Kelly is my banker at the 96 th location an I could not ask for a better clerk to help me. She’s consistent an cashes my checks without hesitation an always gives me fast friendly service. I would not go to a different location as long as Kelly is at check n go! She’s the best! I have cashed over a million dollars at check n go so I consider them my bank an she has been the best banker I have felt with since I been going there

Kelly is so friendly and helpful. She is quick and takes customer concerns very serious. There’s isn’t another check cashing place I would go to. I come here because of the amazing customer service! Thank you for all you do Kelly!

Kelly is so wonderful every time I come in here! She is kind and courteous and very efficient. She makes a difficult situation much easier to deal with.

The most inefficient process I have ever seen. People walking out when Kelly snarls at them “it will be at least a half hour!” She always acts like her hair is on fire and the customers are bothering her. Forgets that she has your documents in front of her. Argues that you aren’t a new customer. Horrible! Took me 45 minutes to do a simple rewrite. Poor lady standing there with a new app was in tears. I won’t be back if I can help it.

Horrible customer service!! Checked online for into needed. Brought in 1) ID 2)active phone number 3) pay stubs on my phone 3) proof of active bank account. When I arrived I was told I need a hard copy of pay stubs and a different form of proof of bank account “a letter referencing account number with time and date with in a two hour period of this visit” also a blank check. I returned with printed paystubs and the letter I needed validating my account along with a blank check. All info that was requested.. the rude woman said I still needed proof of income and that she has never seen a letter like that and it was the wrong info????? Which she was specific in saying I needed. Felt she was rude Edith times I spoke with her and assumed I could access my bank transactions from my phone which was horribly frustrating as I was just at the bank and if she would have mentioned needing a list of transactions before I went to the bank to get a letter, I would have had them printed. I’ll go to a cash advance or elsewhere rather than EVER go to a check n go after the lack of any customer service!!!!!

Come in here often and Kelly has been a great help and pleasant each time. Take her job seriously and makes it easy for us customers to do business and want to come back.

When I went in I didn’t have all the info I needed so after driving around town and collecting specific things I needed, I returned to be told the things she told me I needed were still incorrect because she “forgot” to be more specific. Not to mention the horribly rude attitude she had each time I encountered her. To top it off she said “do you even have a job” which is 100% unprofessional and uncalled for as I provided more than 6 months of pay stubs. Won’t ever be back and will be sure to let everyone know not to go to CHECK N GO for lack of customer service skills and making the process more difficult than need be.

Very Rude and Slow customer service! The lady with glasses is clueless about Western Union’s “ Quick Complete Transfer” by the App. She wanted me to fill out the senders application again! Never coming again!

I went to several places trying to cash and remake a money order that was made for the incorrect amount. They were really patient and helpful with me. Made an effort to actually help me and not push me away. Friendly gals that worked up front.

Kelly has always treated me with kindness and respect every time I’ve come in to the store and has always given me great service. Thank you for all of your kindness!!!!
