Fun fact. They won’t let you withdraw money in your account because they don’t have enough. We are moving all our money to different banks and refinancing our house at another institution.

In the mornings they have one teller working and one person assigned to everything else. Expect a long wait time and terrible service. I know someone on their behalf will post “thanks for bringing this to our attention” but let’s be real nothings going to change

This branch is the closes which is 44 miles away but it was worth the little road trip. The service was good and the teller was knowledgeable. Sorry forgot her name but I've met 2 both times I had a welcoming experience. 😁

My wife and I had to travel almost 40 miles to this branch as it is our closest branch. It was worth it. Their COVID system is implemented well and the bankers are all very nice. I will continue to travel 80 miles round trip for my in-person NFCU needs, until they decide to ‘branch’ out further west into northern Illinois. Here’s to hoping! p.s. If you are heading to this branch, it is 1 on 1 only and requires a mask to be worn, as it rightfully well should! Great NFCU branch.

Apparently Navy Federal in Illinois doesn’t offer any assistance for payment deferrals or due date extensions for loans for service members going on deployment overseas. Quite disappointing really. Recommend going with USAA instead.

Great quick and fast service! Very friendly! Drove about 65 miles each way since this is the closest one from where I live would be great if they open one in the south west suburbs.

It's my daughter's credit union. They are wonderful always to her and her husband.

Very unprofessional. Tracy made me feel not welcome and very uncomfortable. They don’t care if you are a vet or served based on their attitude. Hope my brothers and sisters get a better deal elsewhere.

I went in on a whim because we use this bank with our customers. Lulu Padilla, took care of me. She is amazing and very easy to work with. She helped me consolidate some debt and worked with me better than my own credit union. I closed all my accounts at Community Trust to bring all current and future business to BCU. Very friendly staff, great perks and plus if you like Direct Deposit, they make sure you get it a day before!!!!!!!

As a whole Baxter Credit Union is a great place. The hours are incorrectly listed Monday -Thursday they are only open until 5 as is posted on thier door (not 6pm). This makes it very difficult to process transactions when the place is closed. I would like to see the hours corrected on the Internet so people don't waste time.
