Chase Bank Grand Ave, Gurnee

I had charges on my account and went in this location to seek help over the charges and worried about more charges. They told me to call the claims because they were to busy and short staff at the moment. So I leave and call to find out it takes 27 minutes to contact someone just to get disconnected and start all over. Worse banking experience I've ever been apart of!!!! I've heard bad story's but this branch did not help one bit on a simple charge that didn't belong

Went to this Branch tried the door to get in could get in so I looked inside to see if there was a atm machine when I was looking in the window to see if there is one this one lady looked at me with a mean face then me and my friend were sitting in the car for a little bit then this mean lady came outside and was very rude and asked if we can move so they could walk outside they need to fire all there employees and hire more friendly ones.

I got my first Chase credit card in 1977. Although the bank has changed names throughout the years, my credit card is still good. Quality customer service is probably location-specific, but the personal bankers and tellers at this Gurnee location have been very nice to me. Many times they answer my questions even before I ask. I also especially like the Chase App. because I can deposit checks, pay bills, and transfer money without going to the bank. The "Tap" and "Chip" features on Chase credit cards are also very handy. I will probably always have a Chase account.

I’ve had some challenges at this bank - unfortunately it’s my local branch. ATM isn’t always working, tellers aren’t very helpful or friendly, and sometimes the bankers don’t do the best job. I hope it gets better - I’m sure it’s a difficult job and they’re doing their best. If you have the time - check out the Vernon Hills branch, I’ve had a great experience there! :)

So I make about 3-4 trips to this location a week and have been doing so since the Waukegan branch closed due to covid-19. I'm always greeted when I come in someone always tells me "have a good day" when I leave. This location is peak professionalism. Nice job everyone.

If you want kill time of your life time, welcome to this branch. No matter what kind of account or questions you have. Normally they don't know answer. Very slow and not professional. So sad.

They get mad when I put my tip money in my account? Then they ask me where I get it from… Um I work. They tell me to come in sooner but I don’t have a car it’s only like $600 in singles

Worse bank experience ever, came in twice to see a banker and the lady that "helped" me, looks at me in disgust as if I did something wrong when all I need is a simple form done. Everytime I have come in, she has an attitude, body language is everything. If you don't like the business get out. This bank has 2.5 for a reason.

This location has the absolute worst service I have ever had the misfortune to stumble upon. All of the customers are required to use the drive through banking and on a good day they might have 2 lanes open. Unfortunately I am required to deal with them because my company banks with them, so on days I need to simply pick up a deposit slip, I have to leave my house half an hour early and still end up being late for work most times. The worst part is they know they are doing a terrible job and you can tell by the blank looks on their faces that they do not care. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this branch if you can.

I usually don’t leave unfavorable reviews, however in this situation the service I received was so bad that I just have too. The tellers are extremely rude, careless and unknowledgeable. This Chase bank employs the worst Tellers I have ever encountered in my life.
