The paperwork was smooth a different experience than your other dealership. Full explanation regarding details of the vehicle and features. I use to love this car dealer when I first went in to purchase my car they were the best and I was thinking of going back but I won't anymore. They are the worse at getting back to you! I have called several times the fiance department (3/24/22) left several messages, I even tried chatting with someone to give them my information so the fiance department to get backed to me well it's now 4/8/22 and no one has even tried to call me. It's terrible! I can see they don't want people's business back if I can't even get a hold of someone to assist me, maybe after this review I'll get a call back.

By far the fastest experience buying a car you'll ever have. Walked in to reserve a car I inquired about that was being manufactured. Working with Gracie, I was able to put down a deposit and walk out the door in <15 minutes! Three weeks later when I went to pick up the car, I spent <20 minutes with Eric in the finance office! That's unheard of! Whatever company gives out awards for dealerships should create an award for "Dealer that Values Customer's Time the Most" and hand it to this dealer. Price was great, but the amazing thing is that they did all of this with exceptional, personal customer service too. No fuss. Super friendly and responsive. So painless. They even were able to register my car in a different state. That's a huge deal and I really appreciate that. (3 months later UPDATE: The state registration office was running so far behind that my original temp registration expired before my plates arrived, but Samantha proactively obtained a second temp registration that would arrive just in time so that I would not have a lapse in registration. That's the level of customer service I'm talking about.) And they delivered the car as soon as they could, answering all of my questions transparently during the 3 week wait, rather than other dealers that just waste all of your time or pressure you to stop asking questions or say you've reserved a car, but then disappear and never actually get you the car. Would highly recommend this dealer and definitely would return. If you value your time and want to be treated right, go to this dealer.

The purchase of a new car was a pleasant experience. We usually purchase Hondas from our local dealer but they were too busy to call us back. The salesman Pat was great to deal with. He always returned calls when we had questions. Even though Muller was 40 minutes away we made a deposit on a new CR-V Hybrid. It took 4 months for the car to arrive but we were advised of progress along the way. When we came to pick the car up everything was ready. The price was what we agreed to 4 months earlier. They also gave us more than a fair number on our trade-in.

They will straight up lie to you. If the vehicle is leaking fluids, they will super clean it and say it's fine. They will also sneak tons of hidden fees in, say some are included and then charge you. I'd highly recommend going somewhere else. My instance is probably going to turn into an auto fraud lawsuit.

What a great place to buy a car. Our sales person Danny Kim was unbelievable. At no point did we feel pressured to buy or have the typical pushy dealership experience. Danny was upfront, honest and very knowledgeable. Muller Honda has a family atmosphere clearly evident from the warmth of the staff. Brian (Business Mgr) and Don were also a pleasure to deal with and the hospitality felt real. We leased a Honda Passport and will certainly go back to Danny and his team for our next vehicle.

It was time to trade in my 2008 Civic for something newer and with fewer miles. I was very happy with how patient Miriam Z was while I tried several pre-owned vehicles. The entire staff I met were great and when I picked up my 2018 CR-V, it looked like a brand new car. It sparkled and the interior detailing was great. Very happy with the service and my car.

Muller Honda of Gurnee is an excellent dealership with a great team that truly cares about their customers. I had the pleasure of working with Pat, Andrew, Don, Brian, and Edna during the purchase of my vehicle. I give everyone 5/5 stars because they were so much help with my car purchase. When I say that this dealership truly cares about their customers, I mean it. I had already purchased the vehicle and had agreed to the finance terms when I got a call the next day from Brian. He said if I’d like to come in to the dealership to sign the new finance terms with a much lower APR. I immediately said yes and left to the dealership. He was able to cut down my APR by nearly half, saving me about $50 each month. Brian had already done his job but he went the extra mile to save me some money. Please don’t look anywhere else for you next Honda. Go to the guys over at Muller Honda of Gurnee and they will take care of you!

We came to Honda looking for a family minivan knowing there were others we were interested in besides their Odyssey. However, Dan ruined us for all other salesmen. He was so great to work with and so accommodating with our wants and needs in a vehicle. He wasn’t pushy at all and it truly seemed like he just wanted to help us find what was right for our family. We went to see other vans but knew that Honda (and Dan) were what we wanted. We would recommend Honda, the Odyssey, and our salesman Dan 10x over! Dean was very ahead of things, on top of everything. Jason was also very helpful trying multiple different banks for a credit approval, and had all the paperwork ready. Both of them worked on helping my mom for a week. We were in and out of there in less than 2 hours. They got my mom a decent car with bad credit and a low down payment as well.

I have two rules of car buying: 1. Never buy "New", and 2. Never finance.... I broke both of these rules at Muller. I put a deposit down on a new Honda, and came into the dealership a couple days later to finish the deal. Everyone was super welcoming and helpful when we walked in- good vibes. Dan Hammond was our salesman, whom was extremely helpful and won me some rebates that I wasn't previously aware of. Shout out to Eric Bass for his expertise and friendliness during the signing process, and to Nick Reed for his help on showing me how to go about service when I need it. You can't go wrong when buying Honda, and their warranty program is tough to beat, as they don't push it through a third party. Having a class act group of people to walk you through the stressful car buying process makes all the difference in the world. Thank you, Muller Honda!

Great experience working with Muller on the purchase of our certified used car. Our salesperson Luis was very helpful and not pushy. The manager and finance guy were also great to work with. I did a TON of research before buying the car and Mullers prices were some of the best around. The internet prices are very competitive. After spending the past month used car shopping, as we were finalizing the sale I was hot, tired and bored waiting for the paperwork to get done. I got a little crabby with the guys, but they were cool and explained what was taking so long. One suggestion is to explain ahead of time rather than after. One other thing that was different than the zillion other dealerships I’ve been to in the past 30 days was no one offered us a water or coffee. Not a big deal as I bring my own water bottle, but it was odd. Not a reason to not buy a car, more of a tip for the dealer. Bottom line- I recommend this dealership if you are looking for a car at a competitive price. This was our first used car purchase and it was a little different than doing a new car purchase but an overall good experience.

This was the best car buying experience we have had. No haggling was necessary. No dealer add-ons already installed. You choose what you want, if anything. The price was great. The CR-V is exactly what we were looking for. Our salesman Pat was informed, professional and excellent to work with. No pressure was ever felt. The sales manager Andrew was also great. The finance guy was excellent as well. He found us a better rate than we expected by shopping around. There was no pressure to buy additional products like warranties but they were offered if we wanted. This was definitely not the normal high pressure experience we are used to from past experiences elsewhere. I doubt I will buy a car anywhere else in the future.

They don't have loaners at this dealership, which is inconvenient when your repair is going to take several hours. They had my car all day and didn't call to let me know if it was going to be ready by the end of the day. When I called to find out, no one answered, even though it was during business hours, and no one returned my call u til the next morning. Still gave them three stars since the repairs were eventually completed by the next morning, and everything seems to be working now.

Dean was an excellent salesman. Very informative, but not pushy. He answered all of my questions and was very patient with my multiple phone calls. I was amazed at how many items were part of the certified used car checklist. The dealership was very clean and inviting. I would highly recommend Muller Honda. I purchased my car here in 2011. I have put a lot of miles on my vehicle and Jason does a great job making sure it’s always ready to go for me. I have had headlights and brake lights out and they fixed them for me both times without an appointment. I really don’t even think of taking my Honda anywhere else. You shouldn’t either.

Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Typical greasy dealership experience. We were in the area on Thursday and decided to look at a truck. We called the dealership first to see if it was still available. It was still available, however it was getting detailed and wouldn't be available until the weekend. So we made an appointment for Saturday with Jason at 10am. Halfway to the dealership we get a call that they made another appointment at 10 for the same truck. He asked us to put a $100 deposit down to hold the truck. After a very long winded, confusing explanation as to that their deposits actually do (I actually think the sales staff is still confused about this as well), we agreed to put a deposit down. Only to have another sales person in the background say that we can't and it's just the first one to get there gets dibs. We were 10 minutes away, after driving an hour from our home to this appointment (for which were arriving on time mind you), and Jason called again. We were assured the other family wasn't there yet. Once we arrived it was pretty clear the other people had in fact made it there before us, quite a bit before us, because they had already taken it out on a test drive. Fast forward to us sitting around waiting to see what is going on. Finally, someone else has the decency to come out and tell us the other family is moving forward and he'd hate for us to wait around. We didn't catch his name but he is the only person throughout the entire experience that felt honest to us. So instead we went to the Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler dealership down the road and purchased one of their trucks within 2 hours. Much better experience with a honest sales staff. I don't really care who I give my 30k to...but at least this time it was to a dealership that respects a person's time and appointment.

When I was shopping for a Honda Accord, I had a time crunch and decided to email several dealerships to get out-the-door quotes and avoid most of the negotiation process. I emailed five different dealerships and four of them were able to get me the quotes I asked for; Muller Honda of Gurnee did not. I was in email communication with Alan Laudonckas. I asked him several times for an out-the-door quote and he would not provide one. When I informed him of competing quotes I received from other dealerships his responses were "See how easy that was ! My out the door with new plates is about $500.00 more than your quotes you sent us." and later "I'm not sure how you came up with your numbers but I'm here to sell you a car not help you buy one from another dealer". However, he would not provide in writing an out-the-door quote on the vehicle I asked about. His emails to me began to get snarky and condescending until I asked him not to contact me anymore. Needless to say, I got my new Honda Accord at a different dealership in Cook County. Muller Honda of Gurnee could not simply provide me with an out-the-door quote and my experience with them makes me think they are purposely hiding dealer fees. They did not respect my time or my inquiries and did not earn my business. EDIT: I've emailed the owner, who replied to this review, and have not heard a response yet. I sent my email on Monday at 12:50pm (almost 4 days ago). I'm hoping it simply got lost in his inbox and his response isn't just public lip service.

If you're going to buy a Honda, this is the first place to go. Ask for Mark Abraham. He is by far the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He knows the cars top to bottom. He isn't pushy. He helped us find the perfect car for us. He was easy to negotiate with too! We left with a great deal on our new car. After having so many bad experiences with car salesmen I was dreading going in. I expected it to take all day. Instead we had a great time, got an awesome car for a great price. If I could give Mark more than 5 stars, I would.

Leased a car from ALAN in sales. It was easy and it worked for us, but he told us what was necessary to just lease from him, not honest. Have been buying and leasing for 20 years, whole family - first time I ever encountered a problem. ALAN - dishonest salesperson, told us when we returned a civic and leased a new one that everything was zeroed out - we were even. A few months later, I get a bill for $1200 for overage or whatever. He had told us more than 3x that we would not have overage, he would take care of it because it was an issue. We had overage. We call about the bill and basically he said its too bad on us and we need to call Honda ourselves and try and fix it. I will pay the $1200 because I have too, but its his honesty that I have issue with, and his non caring and his manager said they don't do anything for overages. Again, I understand, ALAN was not honest. Will not go back ever. Only problem of dishonesty I ever had with a Honda dealership or salesperson.

I went in for a test drive and walked out with a 2011 Chevy Equinox. The dealership worked with me to pay exactly what I could afford and they treated my daughter and I great.. The car is beautiful, looks and drives like new, the entire process was quick and painless. Overall, our experience with Muller Honda was satisfactory; it could have been better had it not been for a continuing issue with the business department. Our experience with sales was a painless as car buying can be. Our price was fair and the sales person was accommodating. The service department was somewhat lacking; they took almost three hours to change a set of tires, although the manager had said they'd be done in 90 minutes. The one issue that remains unresolved stems from the business end of the operation. We purchased an extended warrenty through the dealership through Warranty Solutions. We were pitched the warranty while closing on the purchase and felt pressure to make a decision on the spot. After researching Warranty Solutions, we found the company was substandard, had consistent customer service issues and was unknown by service stations in our area. So we asked for a refund, which we were told we were entitled to within 30 days of purchase. We sent an email to the business manager and left a phone message asking for confirmation of the refund, but as of this date, we have received no response. This is very disapointing and we await a response from the business department, because it has marred an otherwise decent car buying experience.

Not a bad deal. The Ridgeline is EXCELLENT!! We agreed on an, "Out the Door" price. Which was to include taxes, title & license plate transfer. We received a letter from WI DMV stating that there was a balance due of $121.00 Called the salesperson, Juan on 6/1. Sent to his voice-mail. He called back stating he'd check with the Finance Person & call back the next day (6/2). Did not receive the courtesy of a return call. Paid today (6/8) so the plates were not suspended. Very poor customer service not to mention that both work on commission. We purchase a car every 2 years and are usually loyal when treated like a valued customer. Sad we will NOT return!!

My experience at Mueller Honda Gurnee was great! Jasen Lumpkins ( sales consultant) was very friendly and took the time to explain everything to us. We where able to test drive two cars without feeling rushed into buying anything. He wanted us to be happy with the vehicle of our choice and after some negotiation we did get a honda hrv. He did follow up with us and answered all our questions, I had some minor issues two months after buying from them and still he was very helpful. Avoid this dealer, tried saying the MSRP was $2,000 over what it actually was and added on a bunch of useless accessories that added an extra $1600 to the overall price. They wouldn’t budge on the accessories stating that have already been ordered and already come with the vehicle. One package was a all season package that the dealer marked up $300 what it actually was. The other was a useless $800 paint protection package that isn’t from Honda, it’s from the dealership (also the package did not cover paint chips). After we said no to this they sent a manager over to guilt trip us into purchasing the car that at this point was $6,000 over MSRP. Overall they were nice but I will not be coming back because they use their kind tone to scam you.

If you want to have your time wasted, then this is the place for you. Arrived at 8:15 a.m. for my appointment since they mention it would take all day to diagnose the problem with my vehicle. At the service drop off, the technician said that it would take a long time because of the different electrical parts that would need to be checked. I asked about a loaner vehicle and he said that he wasn't sure and would update me on that at 9 a.m. when the sales department opens. I never received an update about that or about my vehicle. I could see from where I was sitting that my vehicle was not looked at until 12 p.m.. They looked at it for 20 minutes. I waited for a technician to come update me since my vehicle was not being looked at anymore and no one came. I went to the service station and asked what the status was and they mentioned that it needed to be looked at by another technician because what they did didn't work. I mentioned that I could see that the vehicle was not looked at until that time which he apologized and said that I should have been updated and sent a message. I decided to stop wasting my time at this place and left. Waited 4 hours for them to look at my car for 20 minutes. Terrible experience. Do not come here.

I didn’t think I could ever like location as much as the HP one but I did. My partner recently purchased a new vehicle from Gurnee Honda and was helped by sales consultant, Gracie Carrasco. Please let me start off by saying that previous to the new car purchase, we went to 5+ car dealers in search for the right vehicle. These other car dealers were full of salesman who were rude, pushy, and unwilling to take the time to listen to what my partner wanted out of a vehicle. Got an oil change for my 2020 Ridgeline. The recommended oil is a full synthetic. The special was an oil change for $27. I was fully expecting the cost to be a lot more, but was done for the special price. It was a good experience. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is newer chairs in the waiting room.

Honestly this dealership isn’t ethical nor a place you should buy a car. They only want to sell you a car if you’re willing to purchase the all weather package totaling 800$. I received an invoice email which is attached stating that the car was pre sold and I have to purchase the after sale items the person before me ordered. Also on the phone they stated when I asked to pre buy that they don’t do that “incase there is damages to the vehicle” when it arrives but another person “pre bought accessories for the car” it definitely does not make sense to me. But I received a call from the most rudest sales manager stating he really wants to sell me the car but the “800$ worth of accessories were already attached so in order to be sold the car I would need to fork up that additional money” very terrible experience. So glad I bought my Honda hatchback sport at brilliance Honda instead. This place doesn’t deserve the Buisness. Management is terrible. Also got the all season weather mats for a better pricing at brilliance (199$) doesn’t make sense where they are pulling 800$ From. Don’t go here!!!!!!!!

Our experience car shopping started out great. We brought our kids with, knowing exactly what we were looking for, and being referred to Muller Honda by costco we thought we would be in and out with a great deal.. And we were so close to having that happen. Our service representative was very helpful and gave us three odysseys to test drive and look at. Each one had their own problems but the last one seemed to fit all of our needs. We drove it and did a quick look over it. The car itself was filthy and the outside full winter salt and small surface scratches along with the blinkers and emergency lights not working. We wrote down a list of what needed to be fixed, cleaned and completed for us to purchase this vehicle. They said no problem and we closed the deal. They kept the car for two days to complete the list of items we requested. After two days my wife picked the car up and when she got home, and was able to take a closer look, found a multitude of issues and realized only the light issue seemed to be resolved. The car was not cleaned or detailed as promised nor were the scratches buffed out. After my wife spent hours detailing the car it became apparent that what we thought was dirt and winter salt was actually things such as the windshield being cracked, the passenger side window scratched to hell (it resembled sticker residue before we realized it wasn't), the interior has multiple defects where it looks like a door panel fell off and was fixed and putty put in place to hide holes. On top of those disappointments the headphones for the entertainment system are filthy and mostly broken along with no remote that should have came with it.. and a multitude of other small things. Paying thirty thousand dollars for a used vehicle, I would at least expect it to be cleaned with no chips or deep scratches etched into the glass and for the detailing and buffing/touching up of paint to be completed as agreed upon. We certainly don't blame the representative or dealer for our misfortune, but if the car was clean to begin with, we may have noticed the cracked glass and putty all over the door and dash. We also wish our small laundry list of cleaning the vehicle and buffing out scratches would have actually been completed. Great service is in the small details and this dealership missed the nail.

I liked how everyone was so friendly, made me feel comfortable to ask questions, and always had an update ready and apologized if we had to wait for a little bit of a longer time. Everyone was kind, not once did I pass by the front door and not get asked if I needed helped. Alan was my sales rep, and he did an amazing job explaining anything I was slightly confused about. Before signing the contract I was reading it to make sure all the numbers was correct and ERIC told me in a rude way don't worried we see numbers later sign here and there ( in a very rush and rude way ) I was tired and wanted this transaction to end as soon as possible. I trust them and I signed the papers. when I got home the same day I check the papers and the numbers was NOT correct. I went back to dealership same day and ERIC corrected the numbers MULTIPLE TIMES when pointed out." very strange that when they were wrong none of the 4 times was less money". he was making lot of mistake I got stress. Eric did told me If I don't want the car there's no problem I can return it . and I said GOOD bc I don't Want it no more you keep making mistakes on the numbers and I don't trust you no more! he said okay and went for the manager ANDREW. Steve Friedman is a great partner when I'm shopping for a car. He goes out of his way to be sure we don't have to settle for a car that doesn't have everything we want. In this sale, he saw a problem with our older vehicle and recognized our frustration with the repeated repairs for the same thing and worked to resolve the problem before I had to take legal action against Honda. Purchased a vehicle on 3/22/21 with a clean Carfax. Once I got home I found that the production sticker is gone which can indicate an accident. I called Muller Honda in Gurnee on 3/23/21 and left a voicemail for the sales rep at 9am and sales manager around 3pm. In the voicemail I explained the missing production sticker and that had I known it was missing would not have purchased the vehicle. I asked for a callback to see if I have any options and nobody has called back. 2 stars for easy to work with sales rep. Would have given 5 stars with a return phone call regardless if there were options, just looking for a call.

I have purchased and leased my last 5 cars with Muller Honda. I live next to another Honda dealership but I make the trip 30 miles every time, as I know the staff and management at Muller make it worth the trip. I dealt with Steve this last time who found a way to find the car and color I wanted, for the price I needed. I would definitely work with him again. Steve didn’t have the typical car salesman approach. He was very understanding and easy to work with. If you’re looking for your next Honda, I would absolutely recommend Steve at Muller.

One recommendation for improvement is that full bottom line (+ gap, CPO fee & warranty costs) should be presented/advertised & upfront, BEFORE down payment is paid & escorted to the financial office, to allow the customer to make an informed, un-rushed/un-pressured decision. Brought my 2014 Pilot in thinking I might need brakes after feeling a vibration during breaking highway speeds braking. Eric Bock, the Service Advisor, was attentive to my concern. He assured me Muller could analyze the problem and correct it. Eric added that the problem might me other than brakes. Eric called to fill me in on the findings, what repair was necessary, how long it would take and the final cost. I approved the repair. In less than two hours Eric called again to say the car was ready. And yes, at the price he gave me. Picked up the car. Freshly washed. Repaired. Reasonable cost. Done far faster and less expensive than i figured.

I love Frank Pelini and Muller Honda of Gurnee! Frank went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted on the terms I needed – and super-fast! His main concerns were making sure that this was the car for me and that I was comfortable with the financing details. BEWARE: DO NOT TRUST/BUY A CAR FROM “MULLER HONDA OF GURNEE” BEFORE READING THIS REVIEW. My wife leased our Accord from “Muller Honda of Gurnee” for 3 years. At the end of the lease we went back to purchase the vehicle. The sales reps kept us waiting while they were clearly not busy. After about two hours, the rep brought us the offer price on a piece of paper which was way higher than what we saw online as the payoff amount. When we told him about the amount we saw online, he admitted it was a mistake and got a new amount from the finance manager Eric Bass. This went on for a couple of times. After negotiating for a couple of hours, and telling the rep that we would rather payoff the car online, he agreed at an additional pay of $500 (for documentation) to “Muller Honda of Gurnee” apart from the payoff amount and taxes. We were then taken to the Finance department , Eric bass, who told us that we are required to buy Gap insurance ($800) if we opt for financing. By now we were tired and wanted this transaction to end as soon as possible. We agreed and signed the papers without going through the numbers or the contract. Later when we went through the contract, we saw it was clearly mentioned that GAP insurance is Optional. We had to call “Muller Honda of Gurnee” for days to get hold of the finance manager, Eric Bass. And then he asked us to email him the account number (which he should have) and other details which we sent. But there has been no response from Eric Bass. In the meantime, we checked the numbers on the contract and they are inflated. These numbers are not what we agreed upon. Summary of “Muller Honda of Gurnee” Review: “Muller Honda of Gurnee” kept us waiting for hours. “Muller Honda of Gurnee” gave us wrong quotes “Muller Honda of Gurnee” corrected the numbers multiple times when pointed out “Muller Honda of Gurnee” said GAP insurance was mandatory when the contract says it is NOT “Muller Honda of Gurnee” charged us more than what was agreed upon “Muller Honda of Gurnee” does not respond to calls DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM “MULLER HONDA OF GURNEE” IF “MULLER HONDA OF GURNEE” IS THE LAST DEALERSHIP LEFT IN THE WORLD AND YOU HAD TO BUY A CAR FROM THEM, DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT IF THE TRANSACTION TAKES MORE THAN AN HOUR OR TWO. COME BACK THE NEXT DAY. OR THEY WILL INFLATE THE NUMBERS AND YOU WON’T NOTICE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE TIRED. This dealerships quality of customer service is pathetic. Eric Bass is rude and lied about GAP insurance. I don't recommend this dealership. Most of the staff is irresponsible. Worst dealership ever. At Honda Muller of Gurnee, You will be Disappointed! ___________________________________________ Update: My wife was able to speak to Eric Bass. Eric was rude on phone and screamed to make his point. ___________________________________________ Update: Filled the contact us form (twice) at Honda Gurnee website that delivers questions directly to the General Manager Robert Logan. No response yet. ___________________________________________ Update: Facebook chat reply was by a bot. ___________________________________________ Update: Couldn't reach the Honda Finance customer service as we called after closing hours ___________________________________________ Update: In a bid to reach Mark Muller, I had a chat with Ashley on the Volkswagen Muller website. She said that a manager will get in touch with us via email. ___________________________________________ Update: The CSR on Facebook replied; said the GAP insurance still shows active, also said that Bob T (manager) will reach out later today. ___________________________________________ Update: Bob said we will receive the refund in a week or so. ___________________________________________ Update: Received the refund for Gap Insurance, a little less, and no explanation. ___________________________________________ Overall, it was the worst car buying experience. And, it was because of the lies of Finance Manager Eric Bass. The whole transaction cost us an additional $1640 (there is no explanation of why this was charged)

Came in for an oil change, walked over to the shops across the street. Called with my cell phone and left the cell number, after they had looked up my name. We walked back 2 hours later and no record of me calling, waiting 45 minutes more. They said it was my fault I did not get the name of whoever in service took my phone number. We have bought 3 cars here, not again. This is the second issue I have had with the service center. Get a name and notate time if you come to get your car serviced.

My wife and I have purchased three vehicles from Muller Honda. We get our cars serviced exclusively and wholly by Muller Honda. While I don't like purchasing cars, our buying experiences with this company have all been very positive, free of pressure, while also feeling as if we were given a fair price on each vehicle. In terms of service, we could not be happier. Our service manager, Jason, knows us by name. When we are waiting for our vehicle, I never feel like he has forgotten that I'm there. He always comes out and keeps us apprised about how the repair is going. Recently, we had to have a repair done by another Honda dealer while traveling through Kansas City. I had to go out and remind them three times that I was still there to get updates. This negative experience only increased my appreciation for the efficient, caring service that we receive at Muller Honda. Our cars have always worked well, and I attribute this both to the excellent vehicle that Honda builds and also to the great service we receive at this dealership.

I made my appointment for an oil change. When I arrived the service man met me at my car and was extremely courteous. I waited about 20 minutes and the same man came to me and suggested two services that I should consider now, I told him it was not in my budget at this time and he said no problem. My car was ready in about 10 minutes right near the door and it had been washed. It was a great experience and the service man was wonderful. I hope I get him next time . Margaret Drew

Very poor experience. I went in for a airbag recall no appointment needed per the paperwork. I explained to the service guy, I ONLY had today. He said I still needed to make an appointment. I told him I'm going to have to go to another dealership. He did not seem to care at all. I left there and called Pauly Honda in Libertyville. They said the can ABSOLUTELY fix it today seeing how it is a safety recall. Muller's service department needs to work on "trying" keeping potential customers. Pulled into there service department they did not greet me I got out of my car and walked up to the desk with three guys just sitting there one being on his phone. Pull up to Pauly's service department they greeted me at my car. EVEN with several customers being helped at the service desk. Really the service is night and day. PAULY HONDA is where you want to go for sure!

Car buying can be a stressful experience, but with the crew at Muller Honda in Gurnee, They treated me like family. It took all the stress out of the talking and buying of my new vehicle. I called a few weeks back to have my Honda vehicle serviced. I called at 10am on a Friday. As soon as I got to the service department, I got a brash "Please hold" *click*. Sat for several minutes before the same guy came back on, and I explained that I had a door issue and asked when they'd be able to look at it. He states "Well, if not today, then tomorrow, and if not tomorrow, then next week." No commitment from the service department, and lack of manners ensured I'd take this vehicle to Brilliance Honda in Crystal Lake from now on, despite the fact that they are several miles further. Might take this back to your folks in service.

The service department was great. I got my oil and rear differential fluid changed. They gave me coupons for both, which saved me money. They even fixed a nail on my tire and didn’t charge me for it! They seem like a very honest service department.
