The 1 star is for not being able to customize debit cards. I would like to customize my debit card to fit my personality..

Been a NFCU member for over 40 years and they are the best bank out there. Always friendly staff both at the branches as well as their call center. Their online app is simple to use and very efficient.

Love this back/ credit union. Been a member since 1982 and never regretted it. I can go anywhere and bank... they've been on top of technology and always have the members best interest come first.

Member since 1985. Lines have always been an issue but it is to be expected if we all decide to go at peak hours. Some, I know can't do anything about when they are able to do banking business. But just decided to find out off peak days and times to bank. It works beautifully for me. I'm never in there more than 30 min or less. If you decide to go on lunch break well guess what? Somebody else is thinking the same. But I've enjoyed my experience and I wait with excitement for W. Ashley branch to open next month. So, if biggest complaint is long lines, try off peak days/times. Now I have given away a secret.😉✌

This is the most unusable branch, the lobby is always closed, the ATMs are always broken and not accepting deposits, and the staff are rude if and when you can actually get them to do their jobs. If you can choose another bank, I would.

To the people complaining about a long line please grow up that’s at any bank 😂 in saying that I wouldn’t mind waiting an hour if I knew I’m gettin the service I got today everybody is super friendly and very informative I love it the little lady helped a lot 😭

Joined this bank because I wanted to be apart of this credit union, but my God it takes forever to use the ATM. Every time I go, there is always a long line. I can't ever just drive by and do a simple transaction. Prepare to be there at least 15 minutes to use the ATM or even just the teller service. The people are nice, but the extensive wait really kills the experience.

The staff are friendly but the bank always has terribly long waits. I am here now and there aren't enough places for people to sit waiting for service. It's a shame they don't have more staff. The other banking aspects are pretty good. Plan to be there an hour any time you come in and have to meet with an associate.
