I refinanced with Rocket Mortgage 5+ years ago and it was pretty simple. In my opinion, Jason and his team are even easier to deal with and are much more personal. They aren't as pushy either and are really interested in doing what is best for you. Ask Jason about Homebot, which is a really cool no cost tool!
