    I went last month to have the car serviced and while I am used to the dealership's offer of additional services, what I wasn't expecting was to catch them in a straight-out lie. In the highlighted circle, I was told my serpentine belt was found to have excessive wear, cracks, and even a chunk, but clearly, from the attached picture, that is not so. This was only discovered when I changed my belt. I am disappointed in the service department, especially since I bought two vehicles from here. This absolutely could cause some to question the integrity of the business.

    Daniel was awesome! It’s really nice to have someone looking after your interest instead of their bottom line. It was almost whatever I wanted or needed he did his best to accommodate me. I did not have any buyers remorse. The rest of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. One of the better experiences I’ve had with buying a car.

    Jesse Baker is by far the best salesman I have encountered at any car dealership. He is courteous and knowledgeable about Toyotas and helped me find the vehicle of my dreams. He went above and beyond to make my car buying experience smooth and seamless. I flew from out of state to buy a 4Runner since they are always in such high demand and low stock with the pandemic. Jesse picked me up from the airport and got me through all the paperwork in no time! He is the only car salesman I trust and was so glad I did business with him.     Came in to get my Lexus RC 350 serviced and I was met promptly by Mr. James Cage. Mr. Cage made this my visit great. I did not have to worry about a thing. My car was serviced fast and he checked on me in the waiting area to make sure I was comfortable during my visit ! As long as Mr. Cage is there I will be bring vehicle to be serviced at Hendrick Toyota & will recommend anyone that I come in counter with to go there and ask for Mr. Cage ! 20/10 Experience !

    My name is Lisa and I was down for a short trip to take my daughter to a concert for her birthday, unfortunately I had to have my Car towed and it was towed here. This happened at 10 o’clock at night but the next day my car was in service at 6:30am being assessed. Nicole was my service advisor, from the first phone call to her walking me to my car she made this the most easiest and stress free experience!! She went outta her way to make sure service was being done and finished before I had to check outta my hotel, she called me numerous times keeping me updated on the progress!! Absolute BEST customer service I have ever experienced!!! Thank you Nicole and everyone in the service department for helping me when I was so far from home and needed assistance!! I am forever grateful!!!

    Charlene and Adam were amazing. They got me the perfect car the one I wanted and the price and rate were spot on and I wasn't held captive all day. I was in and out in no time.....greatest car experience.... So I had my first service today and it was amazing I went in had my appointment at 9:00 got there at 10 minutes till 9:00 they came out got me registered I went to their little cafe and before I could eat a little small breakfast my car was completed. Josh was amazing I asked him one question and he got me my answers and fixed anything any concerns that I had. This place is amazing I was treated like I was important and their Cafe the Sequoia was delicious. They also had different types of coffee all choices and all sizes. I highly recommend buying any kind of car or vehicle that you may need at Hendrick Toyota of Charleston these guys are amazing.

    Just got my Tundra serviced with Lauren and it is always a pleasure getting my vehicles serviced. On-time for appointments, punctual to let me know when my vehicle is ready and as with any other dealer they will let you know what is found on the multi-point inspection that should be required and or recommended but is not so pushy on it either. I.E. cabin air filter. Will continue to get all my vehicles serviced with her because of the great attitude and knowledge she has on the products!

    10/10 awesome experience!! I came there with my family to get a new car for myself.     Rob was great as a salesperson. Sadly, they didn't have much on the lot due to the chip shortage but he was able to tell us what was coming in within the month. No "covid/chip premiums" added either. The dealer installed options they put on all cars make sense as well (tinted front windows and paint protection) whereas other dealers charge for wheel locks, pinstripe and nitrogen for the tires. Also be sure to check their website for a $25 visa gift card

    I never thought about buying a car can be any pleasant experience, especially buying remotely from nearly 1000 miles away. I reserved the vehicle 3 weeks prior with Bob Bayruns. He kept me updated, picked me up from airport and delivered a dream vehicle at the end. Bob has been super professional and fun to work with.     Hendrick Toyota in North Charleston provided me a really fun and low-stress car-buying experience. Terrell was really friendly and took into account everything I wanted in a car, what my budget was, the terrain I'd be driving in, and more. He was honest and realistic with me but kept the car buying experience lighthearted and enjoyable overall. Terrell also entertained all of my antics and texted me to wish my mom a happy belated birthday. Even if another sales rep has more reviews my review should count for 3 because I had SUCH a good time buying my Mazda with Terrell ✋

    First car time buyer and I have to say Jessie Baker was the most helpful, patient, caring, and dedicated salesman I could have worked with. I told him my needs and he provided them to me. I really appreciated the support I received as my sale took longer than 24 hours due to personal reasons; I was horrified that the car I bought would sale, but Jessie stayed dedicated to me and made everything work out for me. I have already recommend the dealership and Jessie to multiple friends. Accounting/finance was also 5 stars amazing! I did not feel like I was getting ripped off and I felt like he also listened to my needs and worked with them.

    While actively looking to trade my vehicle, Billy Medders goes above and beyond to notify me of new and used vehicles that fit the criteria I am looking for. It's hard to come across a brand-new car on the lot.     I would encourage you to look elsewhere for a vehicle and service. I bought a pre-owned vehicle from them a week ago, which I still have yet to actually have in my possession. While I signed the papers on Thursday, I was told I’d be able to get the car the next day. But by the end of the day on Friday, I hadn’t heard a word. I called the sales manager and explained that I had to make arrangements to have A CAR TO DRIVE, and he said they’d give me a loaner, but that the work wasn’t quite done. What work? I couldn’t get anything specific and the salesman who had closed the sale was unavailable. Saturday then came and went as well without an update or explanation. Monday morning, I got a text message from the salesman that they were waiting on a serpentine belt to come in and that he would update me at 9 am today. 9 am today of course came and went, so at 3:20pm, I sent him a message from my desk asking for an update. I still have not been told what exactly, besides a serpentine belt, is being repaired, or when to expect that I will have my car, only that he will update me tomorrow. I hate the run- around, and all I ask for is open and timely communication about what I should expect regarding MY VEHICLE. What’s being done? When will I have it? These should not be difficult questions to answer. I lament that the level of customer service I have received is sub- standard, and left me with very little faith in them

    So listen, I was in a pinch. My Honda 2011 Honda Pilot (390K miles) decided it was time to retire, and I needed a vehicle. I travel a LOT for work, between Indiana where my home base is, and my place here in Charleston. We have three kids, who all play multiple sports, and we travel even more for that. I knew I wanted a Tacoma. We are still dealing with the Pandemic, supply shortages, vehicles sold before even hitting the lot, and inventory was at its lowest level in decades. I reached out to Hendrick, and specifically Denny Loomas. He made it his personal mission to find me EXACTLY what I was looking for. He found exactly what I wanted, made sure it was allocated for me, worked with me every step of the way, and kept me updated DAILY, and I mean DAILY on the status. Offered a ride from the airport as I was without a vehicle when it was delivered to the dealership, and took the time to personally make sure every option was explained, and everything I wanted was taken care of. THEN, get this, THEN, I get to the dealership, paperwork is ready, there is no haggling, there is no waiting, I mean I walked in, we sat down, and we got things signed. The experience gets even better.... Went to work with the finance manager, Adam Tounkara, and he wasn't there to upgrade, he wasn't there to "add on" to the sale, he was there to make sure that I had total protection on my new Tacoma. We discussed usage, mileage driven per year, what was important TO ME about protection, and longevity of the vehicle. He personally worked with me to find the best fit FOR ME, not for him, not for Hendrick, for ME. All the while, we discussed family, friends, and life. I walked away from this experience happier than I could have ever expected. You want service? You want people who are concerned with you, and not making the "extra sale" for profit? You want people who genuinely are looking to make sure YOUR experience goes well above and beyond the expected? Go see Denny, go see Adam. Tell them Jimmy sent you. Fantastic experience in EVERY SINGLE WAY. This is my 7th new car purchase, and was by far the best experience I have ever had, and exceeded my expectations in every way. Thanks Denny! Thanks Adam!     I worked with them remotely from Indiana to purchase a new RAV4 configured exactly how I want (so I wouldn't have to wait 6+ months to order one locally). They didn't have one available initially, but Sean in sales made sure to keep an eye out for me if one were to become available (which it did). He notified me right away and was helpful throughout the whole process. Keevin in the financial department was also extremely helpful and attentive of my situation, even though I wasn't there to work with them in person. Great team!

    I have been going to this service department since 2012 when I bought my Camry , the last 3 visits I ran into problems they did not check my oil during a service and checked off it was fine even though I found out after checking ourselves after service it was a quart low . Next visit I had a vibration so took in for service and they said is was not my rotors just need to balance tires so I did when I picked up vehicle it was still vibrating took it back it was the rotors. My visit yesterday to get new tires and a service my car had been wrecked and no one choose to tell me . I know situation can happen but 3 times in the last 3 visit they have been very slack .

    First & foremost, I’ll say that I did not get my car serviced there, yet I am happy with the service provided. Service technician Andrew discussed his experience with 3rd party hybrid batteries & he was spot on because he flawlessly described the problem I was experiencing. My choices were, a 3rd call/service appointment with the 3rd party company or a new battery via Toyota with a 3K price tag. I chose to go with Toyota. Unfortunately, the battery that was promised the next day and the next day and the next day never arrived and at minimum, the repair would take a week to complete. I chose to go with the 3rd company as I was in a time crunch and having service *possibly* be completed a week after expected simply would not work for me. Although I didn’t receive service at Toyota , I feel that Andrew and Cody did everything they could to answer my questions and assist with my service.

    I took my car in for its regular maintenance oil change. This has never been an issue. What I was not please with was the fact that they told her many additional things were needed, which were not needed! I was told my windshield wipers needed to be replaced because they were streaking and jagged....This was not at all true.... I just replaced them 2 weeks ago. Then was told I needed to have an alignment due to mileage and age of vehicle.....Well the Toyota dealership just supposedly did an alignment and replaced the front wheel bearings 3 months ago! So was it not done then or was it not really looked at this time. The car shows no signs of needing an alignment. I don't think these items were really looked at they just looked at the year of the car and made assumptions. For someone who does not know better this would have cost them an additional $450 for all of the additional things the car "needed".

    Had a great purchase experience of our new 2022 Rav4 Hybrid.     I walked in today around 7:15 pm to essentially purchase a new vehicle and will continue to do business with Hendrick, however there was a cohort of wholly unprofessional employees who made my spouse and I very uncomfortable with outrageous laughter and loud music during our shopping experience. Had it not been for Peter, who did a stellar job, by the way, we would have left in that moment. Customer perception is EVERYTHING and when people are spending tens of thousands of dollars at a business, they should NEVER be subject to such an indecency.

    Service was a little slow due to corporate meeting at 10:30 am on a Friday. Tech that was assigned to me was very nice and apologetic. All in all, I was very satisfied with the service and would not take my Highlander any where else. One suggestion....provide more benches for people who want to wait outside.

    First of all, I've been coming to this service center since I purchased my vehicle. I've never been satisfied with the customer service. The customer service techs act as if they don't see you or want to assist you when you drive up. It takes a long time for someone to even speak to you and many times they don't come to assist. I have to go inside to get some assistance. Once they finished with my car, no one came out in the lobby to inform me. My wife and I sat there watching others who had came in after us leave. Then my wife went in to inquire about our car and the customer service tech questioned my wife as if we had something to do with what was wrong. No one told us where to find our car, we had to search for it ourselves. Extremely poor customer service received that day.

    Worked with Danny Marflake and had a great experience. They offered to ship the car as I am from NC, but decided to make a trip to Charleston with my wife and pick up the car, and enjoy the weekend. Danny made the process easy, and it wasn't the "bad experiences" that some people feel comes with buying a car from any dealership. Also, the Business Manager Manny was fantastic. Manny was a no BS guy, and didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. This was really appreciated, as it definitely helped me respect and trust his judgement. The only thing additional that I did purchase was a warranty. While not the cheap, the peace of mind it is going to give me is worth it. I was more than happy to buy a car from this dealership, and definitely recommend others do the same!

    Having recently lost my 2006 Highlander with 270k miles, my husband and I stopped by Rick Hendrick Toyota to look for a newer one. He was straightforward and pleasant to deal with and even laughed at our terrible jokes and made a few himself.     I had to have my Prius towed. Buckley explained what need to be done and then added my oil change and 5000 mile checkup though I didn’t have an appointment for that. Battery replaced and everything done and I was home in 3 hours. I’m so thankful.

    Buckley Fulghum and tech M Hyman did a fantastic job on our 1999 MR2 Spyder! It was struggling with several engine codes and I was worried it may be beyond repair due to its age but these guys fixed it up with a superior level of expertise and care - even took the extra step of hand washing the car because it’s a rag top - wow! You just don’t see that anymore. I’ll be back!

    Customer service was poor!!! I made an appointment for my 85,00 service on Friday, which I was adviced the services is for tires rotations. To make story short on Monday, they did not rotate the tires and instead did an oil change. The representative blame the representative I spoke on Friday and when I went to speak to that representative he blame the other representative who blamed him in the first place. So I was tired and gave up to easly because in the past they always won!!!! I am just exposing my story for you to pay attention please.... It is a shame but I also I saw a young lady with a toyota sienna arguing with one of the representative and he did not showed her any sign to help her or at least investigate her allegations of a part that she lost of her mottor the last time she visited them. Please pay attention and report all bad services. My goal is not to damange the Toyota Customer Service but let them know that they need to offer a best CUSTOMER SERVICE, we are chosing to go to the dealer for a reason and it is because of Quality and it should be in all sense of the word. I am very disappointed 😥.

    On April 26th I purchased a 2022 Toyota Camry. We came to a payment agreement. I signed the paperwork and everything was fine. On May 9th someone text me saying that they need to pull my credit report again. I received my first statement and it's NOT what we agreed to. I've been calling for the pass two weeks and NO ONE would return my phone calls. I signed paperwork for the first agreement. How can you'll change the agreement without letting me know. This is VERY unprofessional! I should have been contacted if the original agreement needed to be changed. myc

    I want to thank the Service Department for the swift service I received. While on vacation visiting friends in Summerville, my 2006 Corolla let me down at a Circle K on Main Street. I was towed over by a wonderfully concerned driver who patiently waited until a ride came to pick me up. Your Department did the repair in less than 24 hours wich was a great relief as I was scheduled to return to Florida the next day. The Advissor, Lauren Hunt, was polite and respectful when she called. As I have nearly always had every service at a Toyota dealer, I informed her to look into the computer in case she had any questions.     Everything seemed to be perfect, at first. It’s tough times out there and we were lucky to find an incoming vehicle about 6 weeks from delivery. Talked to a salesman, put down a $1,000 deposit to hold. Explained at initial time we were pre approved with Capital One Auto Navigator, which is a program the dealer participates in. Salesman communicated throughout process. All good! Vehicle arrived and there were some minor discrepancies from build specs. Again, thankful to have a vehicle lined up. Flew from Raleigh to Charleston on pick-up day. Salesman was fine. Got into finance office and this is where it went sideways. First, had talked about being pre-approved with Capital One (with a fantastic interest rate) from day one. Was told that “due to current times we are only financing with Toyota Finance”. Was more than 2% higher rate. Was told to just refinance after we bought it from them. Whatever! We’re stuck in Charleston and need a ride home. THEN extra pressure to buy all the extended warranties. First, I know the game. NEVER pay full price for the extended warranties. These are all profit for the dealership. They will deal and cut prices if you want/need the coverages. Most are just fluff and a waste of money. Anyhow, ended up with a reasonable extension once the price got cut by about 40%. Left dealership with car mildly happy, intending to refinance a ridiculous rate. A week later, second car implodes and we have to buy another new vehicle. Thankfully that dealership used our Capital One pre approval and was the best buying process ever. - Back to trying to refinance this original purchase. Capital One won’t touch it due to the LTV on the extended warranties. Called dealership to cancel same, which is a permissible by contract and they would never contact back. Stuck with high rate Toyota finance contract paying $100 a month more than I needed to be paying due to bad/dishonest communication about financing from the get go. - I love the Hendrick brand. But these guys do not live up to expectations.

    I showed up today ready to look at and buy a new highlander. Samir the sales man who approached me was a little rude to start out with. But then after a short conversation where he was not very knowledgeable about the cars he had on the lot. He asked if I would come look at my options at his desk. He showed us like 4 cars that didn’t match what we wanted. I asked about ordering or finding me the exact car we wanted. Samir then informed me that Toyota doesn’t order the car you want you get the car they let you buy and that if I didn’t like it I can go elsewhere. Samir never looked to see if there was a car that he could get from another dealership. It felt like Samir was only interested in our business if it was a quick and easy sell. I would not recommend doing business at this dealership. The sales representatives at Fred Anderson Toyota we’re super friendly and got a great sale today

    Went in for some tire noise since I purchased a full set in January 2021. Got a call back that my car was done, and Jeff advised that my tires were choppy and that I needed ANOTHER full set and that I needed to make sure I was doing my alignments. I told him that I purchased my tires through them, with an alignment and he said that there was nothing he could do and that he could do an alignment for $100. I said there is no point to do an alignment if I need a full set of tires. I told him that these tires should have a warranty and he said Hendrick wouldn't be able to do anything. I went home and called Goodyear and they said the tires are under warranty and sent me to one of their tire stores since Hendrick didn't want to do anything. I went there and was told that the tires had some defects (issues) and was going to do a warranty claim. The only thing they needed was a receipt for the tires. I went and searched for the receipt and found it. What I also found on that receipt was a statement from Hendrick that said if the tires have any issues, I could come back to them for a replacement tire. I called Hendrick back and spoke to Cody, and advised him that I had the receipt and that they need to replace all tires, that THEY said was bad. Cody argued with me and said he wasn't going to give me a set of tires. I explained to him that I had a receipt saying that they would, and he offered me an oil change! I told him no to the oil change, and that they needed to do what they said on the receipt. He said he would call back in 15-20 minutes. I never heard back from him. Its been a week. So, beware of Hendrick service department and keep receipts for large purchases. PS. Hendrick replied with a generic response. Please feel out who you want me to contact, instead of Manager First, Last, Phone number. That would help. I already spoke to Cody and left message for Chad. So, who else! ***UPDATE **** Just was told I was "fired" from going to this dealership! Sad that companies don't want to have anyone question there business tactics.

The reason she/we keep going back is because of their customer service, friendliness, positivity, knowledge and personalities. Everyone there has the ability to make it happen no matter what! Funny story, we’re moving to Hawaii in a week & we decided to purchase a vehicle FIRST before flying out simply because of our relationship with Robert Bob Bayruns and Torey Lunsk!     It was busy when i got there to drop my car off so I was taken care of by the 2 young ladies in service. Very helpful, sweet and friendly.     I knew what vehicle and I wanted and started shopping around online. I had already talked to 2 other dealerships who couldn’t give me their best deal and wasn’t willing to negotiate. I found my vehicle here and Jesse Baker responded to my inquiry. Third time was a charm in my case, because Jesse came through. He was very polite, courteous and he listened when I told him what I was looking for. What I really liked was that he was not pushy at all, he never made me feel like I was just another sale.     I had a very last minute need for a very quick oil change. When I first arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was informed that they were very backlogged and it might be a while. Carolyn was my service rep and she listened to my need of Express Oil Change only, with no other inspections or work that need to be performed for this particular event. She did all that she could to have me out the door faster than I thought it would be. I'm very thankful that instead of being how much more can we add, what else can we look for that needs to be done, she went direct and did the one and only service need that I had for today. She is very kind, friendly to work with, would recommend her as a service rep.

    This is my second time at Hendrick Toyota. When I made the appointment they were able to get me in within a few days. I went for an oil change and a tire rotation, and they were very fast and efficient. Also the people that work there are so kind and friendly.     Everyone knows there is so much stigma and stereotypes when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships and I was terrified as a first time car buyer. However, I had THE best experience with Hendrick North Charleston. Specifically, I can not say enough good things about Tyler Hewitt and Manny. They were both patient and never pushy, informative, present, and overall amazing. I felt so confident during the whole process and got a great deal. They definitely do not fit the stereotypes that people have and for that, I will continue to recommend this location and these two guys to everyone who will listen. Someone give those guys a RAISE!     James in the service department is excellent. Really glad I bought the Tacoma from here. All good experiences so far, and all good people. I only buy Toyota because the quality and design are a step above their competitors, but there’s something to be said about that brand loyalty having a lot to do with consistent positive experiences, and Hendrick is no exception.

    Picture this: you need (or want) a car. You walk into Hendricks toyota and Boom. There’s Jesse Baker, willing to deal with all 100 of your questions and to help you get into your dream car. He makes it simple and isn’t pushy at all. Adds humor throughout the whole process to really make the situation feel as comfortable and fun as possible (never thought I would associate car buying and “fun”..but now I can).     Great service. I booked online for warranty service. Josh Marshall was friendly and efficient. He explained what the service would entail and how long it would take, and sure enough, my car was ready earlier than they said. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.

    Twice within the last year I have had the pleasure to deal with Mr. Jesse Baker in the purchase of two cars. Each time was very easy, also without sales pitches or gimmicks trying to sell me something I didn't want. Never did I think for once he would even try to apply pressure like most car salesmen think necessary. As long as Hendrick Toyota keep salesmen like this they have my business in the future.     I purchased a 2022 Rav4 Hybrid from Denny this past Sunday. He was more than helpful. I started looking for a new car about a month ago and I reached out to Rick Hendrick because they were the only ones in three states that appeared to be getting in inventory. Denny took my information and called me when he knew he was getting a car that fit all of my requests. He called me on a Wednesday and I had the car within two weeks. I drove from Columbia to Charleston to pick up the car and the process from start to finish was quick and without any issues. I have dealt with dealerships all over South Carolina, Nevada and Arizona and Denny is the first person who I didn't feel like was just out to sell me things I didn't want or need. He was 100% honest from the start. I always wanted a Hybrid and he took the time to talk to me about the differences and whether or not I would really need a Hybrid. I ultimately bought the Hybrid. They gave me top dollar on my trade in. I will definitely be sending people to Denny.

    I visited Hendrick Toyota hoping I could get a 2022 Venza. Chris Pugh looked at the allocation sheet and there was 1 Coastal Gray coming to them. I put down a deposit and a month later got my car. They also gave me a fair price on my trade. Very good dealership that I would highly recommend.

    Joey H was my service tech that assisted me today. Very professional, on time, explained every thing in detail checked for preventive maintenance. I had to get my spark plugs replaced and drop off my vehicle he arranged my shuttle and called with the price before proceeding with the service ! Even on his day off, he answered my texts about new inventory. He explained my buying power (how to provide proof of income to get financed since I work for tips).     Not only were we pressured to purchase a vehicle that was way out of our budget,(they wouldn’t take no for an answer…I understand it was our decision, but that kind of pressure didn’t allow for rational thinking) but then promised to fix some things that were broken but never called back to reschedule the appointment. I have called and left several voicemails with no response. I wish we could return the vehicle, and purchase somewhere else that honored their word. I’ve always purchased from Toyota, this dealership doesn’t meet the usually high standards of the brand.

This second vehicle took a couple of months to make it to the dealership (with all the shortages) but he stayed in touch with us each step of the way.     I had the worst customer service experience today with a so-called" service manager named CHAD!! First of they couldn't get my center cap back on after rotating my tires because of a broken lock srew, not my fault, and then I noticed a minor scratch on my back passenger door. I had already left the dealership because I needed someone to remove the broken lock screw and put my Center cap back on. While at the rim place I saw the scratch and called back only to get a voicemail so I drove to Toyota to speak with my advisor to inform her about the scratch and get my lock for my wheel. She started she needed to get her manager to handle the scratch issue. Ok, I'm waiting for them to come out and the manager CHAD was rude from start to finish of our conversation saying that you have a lot of scratches on your car and we didn't do that. First of all how he would have know if they service tech did it or not, I know it wasn't there before I took my car and I stated on my back door no where else! I asked to speak with his manager he told me " I the highest and you can't speak to anyone else" he dismissed the advisor before acting unprofessionally so there's no witnesses except him and me. I asked was he going to try and buff the scratch out and how long would it take because I couldn't stay long, I already had been there four hours. We couldn't come to an agreement because he was truly showing his true colors and told me not to come back there. I told him karma will visit him soon. I really don't want to go back but I paid for new wipers and they didn't install them but I promise after I get them they won't have to worry about me but Chad might be careful on how you treat people.

    UPDATE 3/14/2022: I spoke with "Jack", their Customer Relations manager, following her response three weeks ago to my original review. I was offered a free oil change, to compensate me for my "time wasted" on that second trip. Hendrick Toyota, shame on you for wasting my time yet again. Another -1 star which, sadly, is pretty much my only recourse in an unregulated industry. To the customers: Understand that the cards are stacked against you when dealing with auto repair shops. They have all of the information, and we have virtually none. I trusted Hendrick Toyota to provide the service that I requested, and they broke a trust that has been developed over decades of business with me and my family. The car I drive has been handed down from other relatives, in addition to all of the other vehicles we have purchased from them. ORIGINAL: This repair shop will upsell you on unnecessary services if it gets an opportunity. How do I know this? I had issues with cabin noise which required two visits to identify as missing windshield seals as the root cause. The fix was FREE -- except I had spent $1400 on unrelated and unnecessary repairs before the technician from my second visit figured it out. The tech from the first visit declared it fixed and at the time I was convinced the money was justified. Until several days later when the same cabin noise returned. It wasn't until my second visit when the tech from that visit sat in the passenger seat and I drove the car for him. A five-minute trip is all it took! I've been playing phone tag with management for weeks over my complaint. And why should they care? They've got my money, and years of business from me. So -1 for lazy techs who don't test drive their customers' cars and another -1 for their managers' indifference. Another -1 for the untrustworthiness. Is this shop unique in its practices? Nope! This is just how the industry is.

    Bought a used Honda Ridgelone from Jacob and love yhe truck. I would not buy a car anywhere else again. I loved the way they handled their business and the professionalism was top notch.     Almost 2 weeks since I purchased a new car from this dealership and they still haven't sent a copy of the purchase agreement to my bank so they can initiate financing, after my bank and I calling several times. After reaching out to Toyota directly they got someone from the dealership to call me and insist they had sent the bank what was needed and would forward to me. They then forwarded me a copy of their email to the bank which very clearly did not include a copy of the purchase agreement - only title application and funding request which bank has acknowledged they received already. Extremely frustrating that I am being told my loan is at risk because this dealership cannot differentiate between sending the document that was left out of their email to the bank and simply re-sending the same email that was missing 1 of 3 required documents as clearly spelled out on the bank's funding request.

    Car deal basically done in 40 minutes. Not much else to say. We had a bad experience up the road at the new Mitsubishi store where they were trying to get more money out of him, and are glad we came here. I was helping a friend from base (first time buyer) get a starter vehicle. He was planning to lease to have an affordable payment, however we managed to work out him purchasing a 2022 Corolla LE in Ruby flare for roughly the same monthly cost as a lease. He’s thrilled to have a brand new vehicle and will likely swap it in a year or so for the RAV4 or a tacoma thanks to the value Toyota keeps. Hard to beat buying something that’s Incredibly reliable and holds value so well. Finance staff was great and his salesperson (I’ll add his name when he sends me the business card) was straight forward and didn’t fluff up expectations. This is a branch of hendrick I would have gladly worked for had I made it this way when I was in the Industry. He picks it up tomorrow evening. For a straight forward car buying experience see them!

    My wife and I came in for routine maintenance for our old Prius. Chase took really great care of us and we felt very welcome.     I’ve bought several cars from Hendrick Toyota and each time I’ve had a different sales people Barry and Katrina were two of my sales people who were great. The current sales person that I am dealing with is David Resek and I have to say by far the best experience I’ve had at Any car dealership I’ve ever had in my life! He text back right away he’s very professional and easy to get along with and I never once felt pressured by him,in any part of my experience. Overall by far the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with in my life and that’s mainly because the great team over at Hendrick especially David Resek. I’ve even recommended friends to go to him to buy their cars because the experience I had was top-notch even better than Chick-fil-A! If you ever want to buy a car at Hendrick and want to have the smoothest car buying experience in your life. Walk past all the sales people waiting outside go to the front desk and ask for David Resek!!

    Took my wifes 2014 FJ Cruiser (which we bought from this dealership) in for a AC diagnostic and mentioned that my research online suggested the first thing to check was the relay. An hour and a half later, they came back and told me it was the compressor and could be fixed and out the door for 1700.00. They told me the part could not be ordered until the following Tuesday since Monday was a holiday. I took it for a second opinion on Monday and let that business know they were strictly a second opinion. Low and behold, that business was able to fix the problem for 34.95 which was the price of a relay. I have been a faithful customer since we bought the vehicle there and that is now out the window. Not only will I never deal with this particular dealership again, I will not deal with Hendricks again.

    Good salesman but the finance guy got upset when I wouldn’t buy the Ridiculous Warranty that wasn’t covering what I wanted. I respectfully explained to him I am a vet/certified mechanic which just upset him more but I won’t rate them bad because I got a good $10,200 Honda that I would have paid 13,500 Columbia.

Unfortunately my credit is awful and when I thought I was being turned away he said stop and we got together and he helped me get into the exact car I was looking at with no down payment.
