Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) Rivers Ave, North Charleston

Their drive through is always closed lines are always long staffs are super slow I can go to the bank of America in goose creek and be in and out within 5 mins in the drive through that is always open if I were to go in I wait 10 min max

Wait for a teller is too long. For the first 10 min I was here there was 1 teller assisting the entire lobby. National large banks should be better staffed

Every time I come into this bank the wait time is so long...even if there is NO ONE in line. Why?? Customer service on the front line is lacking. They are nonchalant, do not seem happy to be there, and in NO hurry to get your transaction done quickly and efficiently. To add salt to injury, the supervisors and/or trainers are not much help. It was evident that the customer service rep was having difficulty with my transaction, but they just sat back and watched with no assistance. This location really needs to get it together.

Always ridiculous lines with two tellers for the dozen or so people inside and the line of 6-7 cars outside in the only one of 3 lanes open. Never more than one lane open. It’s easily a 45 minute ordeal every day for me. (Business deposits) Banks might want to look at overhead costs and how much their upper-level management makes, including bonus, when trying to lower payroll expenses. Your tellers are your front line and keep your customers happy. Take them away, you have dissatisfied customer who have no reason to be royal.

Closing so many locations and the one soon close at 4 on a Friday! That's ridiculous! When can ppl get to the bank if their working all day. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Worst bank ever after 10 years with them they won’t even deposit a check because the clerk didn’t feel like it I guess

Absolutely laughable customer service. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. No one was checking people in. When I finally asked who could help, I was told I had 3 people ahead of me, yet the business advantage guy was in his office with the door closed, feet propped up on his desk and playing on his phone. Pathetic. What is the point of having a business account with this level of service.

I have to go to this bank for my work deposit. The wait in line (inside and at the drive through) is ridiculously long! I am typing this as I sit in line at their drive through teller. When I pulled up 20 minutes ago, there were only 3 cars ahead of me. Now there are 2....still! Saturdays in line are the worst! I have waited an hour to make a deposit! They need to hire more staff to accommodate their customers! This is ridiculous! I would NOT reccomend Bank of America. Especially this location!

Every day the line is always out the door. Today I waited 45 minutes. When I reached the teller, he was extremely rude. He tried to tell me the bank does not take coins. Are you serious? Hard working people have bills to pay and you are going to deny a few quarters because you don't feel like counting them. Too bad. Do your job. I did mine.

They need to put something to protect people from the sun, I was standing for almost an hour outside in the sun when it was over 100 degrees. Seniors were there too, I don't see them being considerate of customers.
